Food amazing as usual, staff so welcoming and friendly from floor staff to managers. Zeta had great customer service skills and was just incredible, and it was only her first day! My go to lunch spot.

Awesome staff and a decent venue. Was really busy when we visited. But we didnt wait long and the staff were attentive and food came quickly

The meal started off badly as our (couldn’t-be-botheredwaitress took some of our order wrong, she then left her shift. Our new waitress Mo then asked if everything was ok..!! We explained what was wrong and she went above and beyond to ensure we got what we had ordered! I have to say that this lady was adorably helpful and sweet. AND as it was my birthday meal gave me dessert on the house! Mo, if you’re reading this then show your boss!! You deserve a raise for your lovely personality, fab attitude, kindness and willing to do whatever you could to rectify our problems! We need more people like Mo in the world!

Went to wagama Printworks last night with my sister and nephew and it was great, we loved the costumer service by Moe she made us have a great experience by suggesting a variety of things on the menu for us to try, she was also very friendly and kept on checking if everything was OKThank you Moe for the great experience

Harry was amazing. I came in today and the restaurant was extremely busy, staff were clearly occupied but Harry, my server, managed to maintain a polite and efficient service despite having many people to tend to. The food was good & ready very quickly. Only thing I would question is the wheelchair accessibility of the restaurant but I didn’t double check that!

Had our evening meal here yesterday. Ashley our server was fairly new and she was brilliant, she was friendly and attentive.Unfortunately my daughter was given the wrong meal by another server, but it was very busy. The manager did eventually give us discount on one of our starters. I would definitely be going again.

The food was mediocre at best. I was disappointed with the Pad Thai I ordered. The dish overall felt quite heavy and void of flavour, and the noodles seemed to have been broken up during the cooking process. The pulled pork gyoza were not fully cooked at the crescent as it was noticeably white and hard when biting into, and the oil sitting on gyoza wasnt a pleasant sight. The customer service very average.For Asian cuisine, Wagamama is okay if you havent been to countries in Asia and experienced the food there. However, if youre accustomed to the quality of the food in Asian countries and Asian restaurants then Wagamama isnt worth it. The prices dont reflect the quality of the food.

Love eating here when in Manchester, only down side is the noise level can be too much at times.

The beef ramen with the rich broth was outstanding served along with the salt and chilli edamame as a side. Service was swift and polite. QR codes linking to the pay site was clever, if you like that sort of thing.

Our first experience visiting Wagamamas, and we both really enjoyed. Server was great and very helpful; and the food arrived very quickly and was delicious.

The staff are great. My 10yr granddaughter eat everything. Good for a quick lunch.

Weve been to Wagamamas various of times but surprisingly we were extremely disappointed on this visit . The food was tasteless I got a Chicken a Shrimp and there was barely any chicken at all on the plate and about 4 shrimps. We were rushed out of the restaurant quite quickly. Once we sat down we were immediately given the bill before even starting our food. Anything we asked the waiters seemed like we were bothering them. It was a very unpleasant experience overall. Would not recommend.

The four stars are for the Manager who served us as he was lovely but this was the worst of the many Wagamamas Ive visited. Firstly, they wouldnt adapt the pad thai for me (the GF version to make it vegetarian by switching to tofualthough the St Peters Square branch has done this for me. If this is impossible due to the potential compromising of allergens then this needs discussing between the Wagamama branches. Further, the dish I did eat just wasnt very nice at all (Ive eaten this previously at the Salford Quays branch and it was very good). I wouldnt revisit, sadly, but credit to you for having a lovely Manager.

Good food, although they get quite busy so the service can be understandably a bit slow. Order it all at once, we struggled to order dessert/get the bill.

This is a very cute location, feels very intimate with hanging lights. You can to go down a few fights of stairs. Service was really quick and food was delicious as always! Try their katso jackfruit, surprisingly yummy! (Im not vegetarian)

We visited here for lunch today and had a disappointing experience. We’re fans of Wagamama and visit regularly in our home town but had several problems. The food we ordered was specified as needing to be without prawns. The server noted this and repeated it was “no prawn” on the foods arrival but unfortunately it still included them.We also ordered a Diet Coke and the glass provided had dried old smoothie or similar on it. The server brought a new glass and this was also cakes in food. Not good.Just to point out the staff were friendly and helpful but the food and drink were not great.

Fantastic food and staff, our desserts took 10-15 minutes to arrive, which we had no issues with and found perfectly ok, however the manager still offered to give us both desserts for free for the wait, amazing treatment of customers even though it wasnt much of an issue at all!Will definitely return here when in the area.

Came here 3 weeks ago. Never been before so wasnt sure what to expect. The service was great and the food was absolutely divine. We got a couple of vegan starters as my friend is vegan, and they were really delicious too (coming from a meat eaterhas the teriyaki salmon for main. All so delicious and fresh. Will be going back again soon

Been coming here since it first opened, its a great place for a variety of Japanese food, honestly the vegan/vegetarian sweet potato katsu is PHENOMENAL! Im not even vegetarian and its so good, plus the rest of the food is on point.I took a group of my friends and we ordered a great variety, Ive no complaints really!

We were served by Celvin today and they’re so lovely and made our experience 10x better!!! The food was smashing as always and the wait time was fast!!

Food is delicious and so are the smoothies, staff really friendly and paciente, went for a late sunday dinner with husband, we didnt get rushed at all by staff, everything 5 stars, great decor and will for sure be coming back many more times. Not as expensive as other places, good value for money paid. Pity other restaurants dont treat you with this kindness.

I have loved Wagamama for many years, at least 20, and so happy they’ve ventured out of London. Myself and a colleague ate here after arriving in Manchester the night before. I ate a dish I’ve never tried before and wasn’t disappointed. The service was good and all dietary needs catered for.

We ordered through Deliveroo and what arrived was utterly disappointing. The ‘ramen’ had no soup and no flavor. The ‘pad Thai’ was flavorless with 2 bits of tofu. The portion sizes were half of what they should’ve been. Sad because I usually love wagamama and order from there a lot, I will no longer eat out or get food from this restaurant as it was definitely the worst takeout I’ve ever had. Absolute waste of my money!!

The food was okay, didn’t have much flavour like they described when we asked the waiters what they recommend to order. We had to season our food quite heavily for it to have some flavour. The chilli squid was good but the overall service could have been better since we had to wait a while before we could even order.

Great food and excellent service. We were well taken care of by Esme today.The food is very tasty.The only downside was the lengthy wait queuing to get in.Worth the wait though. Ill go again.

Staff and food are so nice good value for money

Cant go wrong with a vegan katsu curry, and their vegan squid was surprisingly lovely and had a good texture! The vegan dessert menu is looking great too, will definitely need to give it a try sometime. Bit of a wait even though it wasnt busy, but always worth it.

This was our first experience at Wagamamas, and its first few days of opening after the nationwide lockdown. Dining was alfresco only. Booking wasn’t required so we waited for a table. In less than 5 minutes we were seated. Friendly and helpful staff were on hand. The drinks and food menu was extensive. A mix up in our order resulted in us waiting over 40 minutes for our main. The staff were apologetic. Although disappointed by the wait, the duty manager Francis was extremely attentive, professional and understanding. He resolved the situation effectively and efficiently. Sometimes restaurants get it wrong but when handled in this way, it demonstrates the staff have Customer Satisfaction at the core of their values. Well Done Francis and staff. Excellent Covid protocols in place to protect both Customer and Staff.

Would highly recommend. The staff were friendly, efficient and high spirited. They were closing early for Christmas, and guaranteed to have us in and out in no more than 45 minutes. They kept their word and everything we had was excellent. My husband and I are quite picky, but all the dishes were to our liking. The chicken gyoza and yakitori, pork belly panko buns, duck based don buri and wagamama ramen are all worth mentioning and trying. Thank you guys so much for a great evening. Merry Christmas!

Good menu choice, it even has a vegan menu. One of our meals was cold on arrival, but the staff was really nice and ordered up a freshly cooked meal without hesitation and was very apologetic. The new meal was hot and fresh.The vagatsu vegan meal is katsu chicken, but vegan, and it does taste like chicken.Not perfect, but the staff were helpful, nice clean restaurant and a nice atmosphere.

A bonus star because I really love japanese cuisine so its always a pleasant day out. The service in wagamama was fantastic, although our waiter was admittedly new he did a great job at keeping us well stocked with drinks all evening, which for a table of 6 celebrating a birthday in a busy restaurant on a saturday is no mean feat.The food was good, tasty but it didnt leave me with a sense of "wow", likely a reflection of the fact it is a chain establishment and the food lacked the nuances of a smaller family run enterprise. That said the vegatsu curry my wife had was very nice, the seitan was a first for us both and it made for a nice change from tofu based dishes.I had a the Wagamamas own ramen bowl which came stacked with plenty of seafood. The broth was rich and tasty and all round a pleasant meal. We also enjoyed some side dishes of veggie tempura and bang bang cauliflower, which did indeed have quite the bang. The flavours were all well balanced and the presentation well executed.The only downside we felt is that its a bit loud, being that the restaurant is subterranean the sound was kept in the room whcih at the times got quite loud. Also not everyone enjoys the long tables shared with strangers feel, so that rules out any intimate 1 on 1 couples meals for me.Good food, Great Price, would visit again in a group

Very noisy when the place is busy, but the food and service was great! The menu and drink list surely has something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and fast to collect your orders and empty plates.

Its underground, which I didnt expect. Service is fast until you try to get your bill and pay. They have bad signal when you try to use your cards to pay. I tried pad Thai, and it was not bad, but definitely not the best Ive tried for the exact same price. However, the waiter was extremely polite and even took his time to explain some dishes for the kid that didnt like any spicy meal.

I had never used a wagamama restaurant before, so didnt know what to expect. The food is fantastic, fresh and healthy. I had Vegan meal which was so tasty, my wife had a chicken dish.The staff were excellent and efficient.Decent prices too.

I have been to many wagamamas, the one in Copenhagen was amasing! And the one on st peters square was a disappointment.... i was a bit worried that it would be the same here but my friend said she really liked the food here so i thought, lets givit a try. And Im really happy i did! We had buns with beef and with mushroom, soooo tasty! My ramen was really good, not the best i have had but good, her nudles were really tasty!! And for dessert. We had fried bananas! My big time favorite! And these were better than any i have had before! Sooooo crunchy and good with caramel icecream and the sauce was a perfect match! The waiter was also amazing, so funny and nice!

Delicious, gorgeous food.Polite, efficient staff.Great and not too expensive menu.Incredibly presented food - a true work of art and a terrible shame to have to disturb the beauty in front of me on my plate and actually eat my meal.Please go!! Its fab

This is the best Wagamama Ive been to in over 3 years.Food at the various branches in the City in London had been quite poor for a long time now. So I just stopped going.Very Happy I decided to give this branch in Manchester a chance. They seem to have recaptured the original Wagamama essence of the early years....fresh tasting food full of flavour, served by cheerful and attentive staff.

Always had a great experience at this restaurant, great service. Recent refurbished and refresh of the menu keeps the place feeling contemporary, great vegan and vegetarian options too. Im assuming its out of plain sight location is the reason its never been very busy when Ive visited at lunch time.

Standard wagamamas menu but the staff are helpful, food tasty and pretty quick. Staff member was happy to take a picture of us for the party. Not the best camera skills but thats ok 😂

Great downstairs restaurant. Staff are always friendly and the food is great. The service is quick and now you can use an app to order more food or drink so you don’t need to wave your arms around to get more dindins. The prices are around 30 quid for two starters and two mains without drinks. The drink are a touch steep but that’s the norm now.

Trust me - it only looks good. We have just came back from Japan and this ramen has nothing to do with proper ramen. Tasted like water, no spices, wouldnt recommend.

Fantastic restaurant tucked away underneath the Printworks. Quality of the food was excellent and the service was also of a very high standard. Give it a try if you are nearby and you will not be disappointed.
