Yum. I’m not vegan but this spot is close to where I’m staying. The empanadas, hot dog, and potatoes were absolutely delicious!

Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I get the Hawaiian and the caprese and find myself craving it often. I don’t know how they get so much flavor on those pizzas. The tiramisu is too dry with extremely thin layers compared to authentic tiramisu, so I would pass on that. It’s still cool that they serve it, and I enjoyed it for sure. Just not what I was expecting compared to what I’m used to. But still, my favorite pizza of all time. And the people who work there are the best.

The vegan pizza is a thing, however terrible service. The pizza comes in a decent individual size for MXN 145, and a family size for MXN 255. The base is super thin and crispy while the toppings melt in your mouth. I like the “veggie lover” which is with mushrooms. I could still feel the taste which kept me returning. The place is tiny and cosy, with a hippie design and many mismatching chairs. If you’re lucky you could grab one of the comfy sofas.Took a couple of stars as the staff is greedy and the service was super disappointing. Last time I went by myself, I got a table, ordered and paid upfront. A group arrived 15’ later so I moved to a smaller table to accommodate them. Then after another 15’ the group got their order and I was still waiting and asking multiple times. My pizza ultimately came and the base wasn’t well cooked, not crunchy at all. I had paid in advance including a tip and had the best worst treatment in return.I won’t be coming back. You lost a regular.

Lots of meals with fake meat and cheese. If I want to feel the taste of meat, Ill go to BBQ restaurant. Service also could be better.

Service is very slow. The place was small and there were only two other tables to be served. I had to go up to them to actually get a menu and in general it really took about a whole 45 minutes from walking in to getting our food. However I will say that once we did get our food, it was actually excellent. Best vegan ampanadas i’ve had in a while. I’m torn really hence the 3 star review. If you are not in rush or are a very patient person (i am notthen stop by, the food is great.

My first trip here I ordered the sopitos which were delicious but the serving size was more appetizer than entree. During this visit I saw a woman get a beautiful plate of lasagna so I came back a few days later and ordered that. A generously-sized slice of delicious vegan lasagna and a Bohemia dark beer set me back $11 before tip. Its a nice restaurant with friendly waitstaff and offbeat decor, with pandemic-friendly outdoor seating.

We waited for around 45 minutes for 2 good pizzas and 1 average grilled sandwich (I dont remember its name in Spanish). The place is tiny so I consider it a really long waiting time.

Absolutely must try the Hongos Empanadas and Tiramisu. The Tiramisu is life changing if you are new to eating vegan. Next time I am in #CDMX I will be sure to come here again. (No pics due to being devoured upon delivery!)

I love this place so much. The food is delicious, the service is extremely nice, the spot is charming, the prices are so reasonable that you wonder what the catch is. Well, there is none, except that it might not be in Condesas trendiest areas. But this gem is definitely worth a 5 minutes detour.

The food here is amazing; it’s served hot, fresh, with good presentation, and has always been delicious. My favorites are the sopecitos, pizza Mexicana, and the tiramisu. Make sure you also get the aqua del día—I like the surprise and it’s always been great. The staff is very warm and attentive. All together, at a reasonable price point, this restaurant is an easy 5-star recommendation.

Excellent vegan fun food. The unique pizza and roast potatoes were top notch. Also they’re super chill and accepting of people’s human rights choices regarding medical tyranny!

I try so hard to support the smaller local places, but when I walk up and am greeted by a maskless employee, I just leave. People need to understand that pulling up your mask once a customer arrives doesn’t help anyone, because if the employee has Covid-19, that employee has been breathing the virus into the air before the client arrives. It is hard to feel sorry for the restaurant industry when they behave so recklessly. I was excited to try this place, too, but not excited enough to put myself then others at risk.

Decent, but not brilliant food. Pretty slow, disorganised service. Disappointing to see Heinz ketchup served in sachets, both unhealthy environmentally unfriendly; hardly seems in line with a vegan philosophy. Wheres the homemade Ketchup?

Delicious vegan meals with gluten free options. Cosy place with vintage furniture. The whole menu is vegan and the most famous saucer are their pizzas. They also offer Mexican saucers like sopes.

The food was good but after coming here before and requesting gluten free I was told it wasn’t on the menu. The server there was a bit rude to me about it. I came back again with some friends and was treated rudely by the same person a number of times, unfortunately I won’t be coming back here again.

Amazing place to try vegan pizza. I tried Al Pastor pizza which tries to emulate the flavor of a mexican traditional taco; and in my opinion, it was a success. Instead of pork, they used mushrooms, and cheese, though it was pretty mushy, is made out of tapiocca and potatoes. One must definately give this place a chance. Additionaly, it has pretty accesible prices.

So far the weakest link in a series of Vegan restaurants my partner and I have visited in D.F. Its a cute little spot and I dig what their about: the mural on the wall with the little animals saying no somos ingredientes and the posters for protests etc but the food was pretty lack lustre. We ordered the brochetas caprese, the tofu was super salty, the strawberry balsamic reduction was more like strawberry jam and the fresh basil was a tiny, almost imperceptible sprinkling on the cheese. We also got the veg pizza, the base left a lot to be desired. It was soggy and you had to use two hands to pick it up. Their potato cheese was tasty and had a creamy texture. Again the pizza relied heavily on the salt.We did enjoy the couple of American IPAs we drank. I cant remember the brand but they were cruelty free and donated a percentage of proceeds to rescue animals.Overall 3 stars for having their hearts in the right place, but it lacked the sophistication of some of the other spots we have checked out.

Excellent vegan pizza. The "cheese" is really potato and a nicer texture and taste than the cheese substitute Ive had in the US. Very cute, hipster feel in a very small cafe. The front is open so it feels airy. Variety of vintage chairs and rough hewn wood furniture. The staff is pleasant and the service quick. My husband and I are not vegan and thought everything was delicious.

Pretty average pizza. They were out of most things when I arrived, but managed to create something from what was left. You will get your vegan pizza fix. Including fake cheese, but dont get too excited. Id suggest eating in house as it was stone cold and hard by the time I got back to my hotel 5 mins later.Staff could do with some cheering up, everyone seemed a bit sad.

A good place for great tasting vegan food, Utopía is at its best when you arent strictly watching your weight. From vegan pizzas to sandwiches everything is meticulously prepared and carefully presented. My only gripe with this restaurant is the service. Its not bad perse, but as the two owners scramble to prepare your meal and get it to your table, they can take a while and they can be a bit careless. The ambience and decor is very charming as well.

My wife is a faithful, devout and frankly speaking, a picky vegan, and when we travel outside the US, it can become a comolicated feat to find dining options that are vegan or even vegetarian friendly. With that said, we arrived in Mexico City yesterday evening and decided to go out for lunchtoday. After looking for vegan options u.to.pi.a seemed to be the best choice. My wife ordered the quinoa burger and I had the chapata de hongos (mushroom sandwichand we were blown away by their welcoming service (they are pet friendly and we had our pet shih-tzu with us), everything in their menu is house made and with the best ingredientsts. Hands down a great localspot for lunch!! U.to.pi.a comes highly recommended

As a non-meat eater, this place is a heaven sent. The pizza is FANTASTIC. It is worth your time, energy, and money. You WILL enjoy the food. The restaurant itself is a bit small, so depending on the time of day, you may not be able to dine in. I suggest you give this place a try.

The service was great. The food was tasty and was very surprised with how good the "meat" on the pizza tasted. The chef spoke to us and said their menu is dynamic and changes almost weekly to give customers new flavors. I will be going back!!! Highly recommend!

Pizza was pretty decent but the salad was the saddest salad ever. 3 whole leaves of lettuce, not torn or cut into small pieces, topped with canned corn, canned olives, and vegan ham. No dressing. Completely tasteless and only enough for two bites. Complete rip off for 65 pesos. Service was very subpar. They didnt even acknowledge us for about 5 minutes, until they finally brought us the menu. They served us drinks we did not order and eventually gave it to the table next to us. Youd think they know not to serve completely new customers who havent ordered or received menus yet that we didnt order drinks.. Just a weird vibe overall. Wouldnt go back.
