Their prices are good, but the quality of food, esp. meat, is not. Their chicken shawarma, for example, was overcooked and doesn’t really taste like shawarma and wasn’t that juicy. Their location is good, but doesn’t have its own parking lot. So make sure you go early in order to have time to find a parking spot. Also, there were hardly three people working when I was there two days ago, you need more people. Most importantly, why would you choose the Cross as your brand? I don’t find this comfortable!

It confuses me so much with good reviews that I write my first bad review.Somehow they managed to create a very bad salad and gyro plate for my order. Meats (beef kabob and lamb gyrowere dry like cardboard, even the lettuce was so “dead” (and dry!!), it brought absolutely no joy chewing on them. The dressings were too sour to eat with anything - both Italian and vinaigrette. Hummus was the only good thing, to be fair.If it used to be good, now it goes south. Just skip this restaurant for no bad experience.Long wait time and no mark for service as well. Fortunately there’s an ice cream place nearby to compensate for my tastebuds :(

Staff are kind and helpful. Food prepared quickly. Sandwiches are great, not the biggest fan of the nachos there but still healthier then nachos elsewhere.

I want to preface this by saying I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one after this experience. this place has gone DOWN HILL, Zeus whats going on? The food quality is horrible, and the prices keep going up and not to mention smaller portion sizes. I ordered food recently from here and threw up and got sick from it, the chicken tasted gamey and old and the bread was soggy. I will never ever order from this place again. Go else where, unless you want to get sick!

So I went to this place recently and was really happy with the quality of the food and the service given. We were running late in traffic and we had an online order we would be there after a couple of minutes of the closing time. The staff was kind of enough to wait for us.Food tasted delicious the white sauce was sour in a good way. Lamb had great flavor along with the chicken. Salad helped balanced the food. I also really liked the rice which also a nice balance and tasted good.Food is on the pricier end here though.I’m not sure about how the indoor dining if I had to be completely honest but they raised there standard again I saw a lot of 1 stars but this place is nice.4.5/5 would recommend

We have been “to Beirut” countless times. The food and service is always excellent. I think out of literally hundreds of times they made a mistake once with our order and they were kind and tried their best to correct the issue. Our go to when we want Mediterranean food.

This place really fell off! They used to serve good-quality Lebanese food but yesterday was a disappointment.A HUGE gripe I have is that when I tried to order two Sharwarma Slam wraps on their website they cost $11.99 each, plus tax & $1.50 "convenience" fee. (???The grand total was $27! So I called in the order instead and upon arriving ended up paying just under $20. This was a pick-up order..so beware that you will pay over $7 more (more or less depending on what you orderjust for ordering on their website. The service used to be friendly too but the owner who was working the front counter did not greet or even say a word to me despite making eye contact.Waited about 5 minutes before the other employee put a tiny burrito-sized bag on the counter & pointed at me. I was confused because I thought it was one wrap but upon looking in the bag I found two pencil-thin wraps. The Sharwarma Slam is supposed to be stuffed with four different meats..these werent. Very disappointing experience overall. Wont be going back here.

This place used to be a great spot to visit. They used to provide great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. USED TO.Now they play some weirdo music. The food is mediocre. They serve you in paper plates. The attention is horrible and dismissive. When you try to bring these things to their attention they all play stupid and look at you like you have 10 heads.I will never step foot in this establishment, nor will I ever visit their next door butchery. We are done with this business.Do not go!!

Awful. My first time going here and I seriously regret it. They literally served a green tomato in the pita. The lamb was super dry and zero taste. Spicy chicken is just buffalo chicken. Some weird steamed vegetables when it didn’t indicate so on the menu. No one puts lettuce in a gyro? There were like 2 French fries in each gyro. This was horrible. I am so disappointed because I was so excited to surprise my husband. It tasted so bad I had to throw it out.

I’ve never written a negative review before, but this store is truly deserving of one. We ordered four deluxe shawarma wraps with sides of Lebanese salad, and instead got loose dry meat pieces and this horrible-tasting salad. The salad was SO sour and soggy. The meat was stale and tasted like it was scooped up from the counters. There were only three very small pieces of pita bread. We were very kind over the phone and we tipped a good amount too in appreciation, and this is the service we got. I called over the phone and spoke calmly and civilly about the situation, and all I got in response was an “oops, sorry.” Unacceptable. Overpriced garbage.

BEWARE: UNSANITARY, FOOD-SICKNESS.My family ordered from here and started throwing up three hours later after eating the food. I have seen complaints that the food here is reused beyond its expiration date and some of the workers do not care about being clean. The food might’ve fallen onto the counters and still used. Worst experience ever, never buying again.

1st time ordering from To Beruit on a recommendation from a friend. I was extremely satisfied with the friendly service and excellent food and I will certainly return to order more and spread the word to my friends and family. I had a bad signal on my cell phone when I placed my order but the gentleman who took my order was not only patient but also empathetic. The famous chicken shawrama roll up was absolutely delicious and the French fries were hot, crispy and insanely tasty. I ordered it without pickles and with regular garlic sauce but do as you please. I will add that the atmosphere in the restaurant was very cool with nice music, wonderful aromas and spotlessly clean. Also, very fast service and very fair prices. Thank you for a wonderful meal. UPDATE: I have been back to To Beruit several times since my initial visit. I have tried a couple menu items and have been extremely satisfied, each and every time. The entire staff, including the owners, work hard to provide a great dining experience with both take out and dining room services. The food is truly delicious and fresh. The chicken roll up with garlic sauce is amazing, the rice pilaf is delicious and not soaked in butter, the kebabs are perfectly seasoned, the salad is fresh and delicious with vegetables that are delicious, amazing hummus, the superb and wonderfully addictive GARLIC SAUCE and the service is friendly and personalized. I love ordering from the text message ordering system. Everytime I walk into To Beruit I feel welcomed and leave with a great meal...then I go back again. I look forward to getting more adventurous with the menu next time I order. .EDIT: 7/21/21 I have been back to this awesome restaurant many many times since my last update and I continue to receive excellent service and amazing food for a very fair price. They always get my order correct and are always very friendly. The restaurant is always spotless. Recently, I have tried the vegetarian stuffed grape leaves which are absolutely delicious and filling yet light and refreshing in the hot summer heat. Also, I have tried the falafel and I am beyond impressed with the delicious flavors! I keep coming back for more…give it a try and see for yourself. UPDATE:To Beruit has become a regular stop for me when I want delicious fresh food prepared by great people for a very reasonable price. I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff is friendly and always prepares fresh tasty food with a smile. UPDATE 11/26/21: ordered my usual chicken shawarma roll up with regular sauce on a white pita and it was not only the best food I have had at To Beruit but it was the most delicious food I have consumed in several years. The chicken is seasoned to absolute perfection… it does not get any better anywhere! I was absolutely blown away by the tonight’s roll up. My wife ordered a cheeseburger as she is a very simple eater and it was fabulous! She loved every bite and the French fries they make are the best I have ever had. These guys are great cooks. All of the food is amazing and the owner (Azeez is absolutely the coolest and nicest guy in town. Get here and eat is all I can say. You will be treated with kindness and respect and eat the best food in town!

This place years ago was good. However, every year their prices skyrocket and they make their plates smaller and smaller, makes absolutely no sense. The owner is incredibly cheap and rude. I ordered the chicken tender plate online which comes with rice and salad and when I went to pick it up they only gave me the chicken with no sides. After going back, the owner refused to give me my sides stating “we don’t do the chicken plate anymore” to which I explained to him his online menu states otherwise which he acknowledged that he knows it’s online but that they “simply don’t do that anymore”. So he charges me full price but only gives me the chicken??? Had to argue with him for him to finally give me the rice but he didn’t want to give me the salad. Will not be ordering from here again. If you order from here, which I do not recommend as the chicken tenders barely had any chicken and just breading….. don’t use their online menu because you will get ripped off.

The food was good for the value. The chicken is perfectly seasoned. Service was friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean and well lit. My whole family got our meals in 20 minutes. The kebabs are good. The beef kebab was very tasty. The shawarma smelled really good. My auntie ate it before we could steal a bite from her. There were others waiting for their meals, too. It was busy, but didnt feel busy.

I have been here 7+ times in less than a year and if I didnt live so far up on the north shore, I would be here more often. Nice selection of fresh, tantalizing entrees and once, the grill cook customized my liver lunch with add ons that were not on the menu. So, selection, fresh, flavorful, no long big-deal-like-a-bogged-down restaurant setting, nearby parking, and a staff that wants me to come back. Worth the trip. Every time.

You will be hard-pressed to find better Lebanese food items in the Boston area than To Beirut. Always fresh and delicious and authentic, and a solid value. A large menu offers you many meat, vegetarian or combination items. Stop in for a lunch or dinner, or order catering that will surely be a hit at your party or gathering (we have done so multiple times and it always was a big success to those who are accustomed to this cuisine and newcomers alike). Aziz and his team are great. Highly recommended.

Authentic flavors is the name of the game here. From a local Lebanese perspective, this is very similar to authentic falafel, shawarma beef and chicken that you would find in tasty restaurants in the streets of Beirut. If youre in the mood for tasty Lebanese food look no further. This place had great taste and add I learned is owned by a Lebanese family thats passionate about taste. We will be coming back.

My girl friend and I really like this place. Even before I read that it was a multigenerational business, I could feel the family atmosphere. Very friendly. Many of the customers are welcomed by sight as repeats. The food is great, although I rarely get past the lamb kabob with just the right amount of spices to bring out the lamb flavor and with their excellent hummus. The menu has a lot of variety I look forward to working my way through. Its a standout.
