Every Wednesday SUPER gehaktbal evening, nr 2 of Holland, very good services and great balls

Very terrible service! Rude and Unfriendly waiters that chased my guests away from the table. Food portions were small and wasnt remarkable in taste. Very disappointing visit, especially when it was recommended by the nh city Amsterdam Hotel located just next door. All in all it was a let down to visit. Will not recommend!

The bar has recently re-opened on Wednesdays only - the bar owner was serving and is so friendly and generous. He gave us samples of the Genevas and told us about his meatball-making adventures before giving us free samples for my birthday! Wednesday is meatball day in the Netherlands and they were absolutely delicious! We even managed to get a tour of the restaurant which dates back to 1627, thanks to one of the lovely waiters. Everyone was really friendly, and the whole experience was a perfect, random birthday evening in Amsterdam! I cannot recommend more highly.

Favorite cocktail bar in Amsterdam! Never disappointed here. Dont order the usual cocktails but let yourself be surprised.

Lovely little drinking hole with very original cocktails and a peculiar, but very kind bartender/owner. Dont expect to drink anything standard here!

Excellent restaurant, la carte proposée est composée de plats exclusivement dinspiration du chef, excellente carte des vins, un peu réduite mais qui contente toutes les poches et qui présente aussi quelques grands vins français. Le personnel en salle est à la hauteur des attentes, très agréable et disponible. Je retournerais sûrement.
