Clean, large rooms. Secure, covered parking garage. Great for motorcyclists. Very reasonable rates considering the location. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Ill definitely be back next time Im in town.

The room was ok. Only giving it one more star due to its cleanliness as it was quite clean. But there is a lot of miscommunication if Spanish is not your first language. We were told breakfast was complementary but when it came around and breakfast was completed they walked over with the bill expecting payment. I do not advise foreigners to come spend their vacation here. As in comparison Hilton, best western and residence by Marriott are not far off the $100 price and these do include much better amenities along with the world around name you are going for. Writing this review as a advisory for anyone thinking of staying here local or not… they don’t seem to be honest people and there are much better choices in the city not too far away.As a side note; Panama is a nice country with great infrastructure but they should learn a thing or two from the Costa Rican tourism industry.

I wish I could rate 1 star. I book group rooms and the hotel never mentioned prior to me arriving that I had to leave a HIG cash deposit. I asked for the Manager which was not on site. The HR lady went down with a HORRIBLE attitude. Very prepotent, I tried to pay the deposit with my card but they were not considered at ALL. This used to be a good hotel. Dear owners, is time to change management. The rooms are spacey, old furniture, big shower. The restaurant schedule is limited and we saw the cooker WITHOUT A MASK ON! So we did not buy any food from the hotel. The pool still nice, great view, bad schedule.

Showed $45 a night on website. They said $65 when I arrived but switched when I showed them. They show airport shuttle bus which they dont use. They have a private guy that charges $30 when a taxi is $15. Advertised free breakfast but did not have. 2 stars is only because its clean.

This place was a hotel, today is a motel, second class and the restaurant is not a place where you can eat every day.

This hotel is good to stay at if you dont have a budget... Although accommodation is fairly priced you will end up paying more for food... There are no amenities like a microwave, kettle, etc so you will need to go out for food which can start adding up... The restaurant at the hotel you are expecting to pay about 7$ for breakfast (fruit salad, omelet with ham and cheese, coffee and fresh orange juicebut I must say the food is delicious... The beds are pretty comfy but only 1 pillow (we ended up taking a pillow from the couchalso dont expect a cupboard to unpack your luggage

We only needed a room to shower while in the area for a few hours. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Just not impressed with the shower :/ affordable

We stayed 17 days and stayed in a room with our own personal door to the balcony. Stay was good, rooms very clean, friendly service, breakfast was sufficient.

Excelent value for money with a good hearty breakfast and great pool.

Very good hotel for when traveling for bussiness

I arrived at 3am and the security gard was wearing a jacket which was written in the back " I dont care" it was my first impression and I knew It wouldnt be any pleasant stay. The receptionist who seems to be sleeping or consuming drogs, she couldnt keep her thoughts together, she was not helpful whatsoever. She gaves us a room charging $69 for three people and indicating we need to leave that room by 6 am, because our room was occupied which is understandable, I paid that much no breakfast included, we managed to stay in the same room for the rest of the days. The last days we need to take a bus to Costa Rica which was leaving at 11pm, they want us to pay full charge for a extra day if you considered that regular check out would the following day.Negotiations is a lack of touch theyre missing alot and customer service is unexciting. The room big was with workable barhroom, old towels and rusty handles. Never again. Dont stay there.

A good budget place to stay in downtown Panama city. A cozy swimming pool on the rooftop with great city views. Easy to get everywhere from the place.

Hotel is at a good location.** security at night is terrible the doors on every floor is unlocked in the hallways.** TV too far away from the bed and too close to the door the curtains need changing.** theres no good illumination of Lights in the bathroom or room one light in the bathroom dark in the other side.** you only get two towels for the whole room nothing to be put on the floor and two pillows no extra pillows.** one trash can in the toilet needs another trash can in the bedroom area.** need to buy new lamps one lamp in the bedroom was not working and needs replacing.** front desk woman was not too friendly does not smile too much.Needs two people to work because its very busy in the lobby area.In the bedroom, door is connected to the outside balcony area ...anyone could come up on the stairwell and try to open the door. Make sure you door is locked.** air condition in the room is above the bed it says set on automatic but its not automatic constantly blows cold air on you needs to be repaired or fixed to work properly.

Service was good. Air conditioner worked well. Good location. No view of the ocean. No Mini fridge.

They put water in the room, without any price tag or information and then at check out they charge you for it. In rooms there is no fridge or bar so you just assume its complimentary. No-one at the reception speaks any English. The hotel itself isnt too bad but it could do with some proper cleaning.

Really good hotel , the road tha was in front the hotel got repaired , it was destroyed for months .

The kitchen staff was the worst. Very rude and VERY slow. I watched them make fun of a tourist for asking for properly cooked eggs when they messed up his order. They then proceeded to tamper with his food EVERY DAY for 4 days afterwards! I was disgusted; I would not eat here. The level of disrespect and attitude is the worst Ive seen in a lifetime of traveling. Rooms were ok, but nothing special. The pool is small, and somewhat maintained. Would not stay at this hotel ever again. Spend your money elsewhere.

Quite comfortable place, and well connected being centrally located..

The hotel attendant was friendly and even gave us a discount seeing that we were not having complimentary breakfast and only staying for a few hours due to flight delay.

Terrible experience, everything cost, no breakfast includes, bed is a disaster, people find rats, no airport transport, a.c. dont work properly.......please find another place to stay.

Cheap and basicIt was clean, but no hot water in the shower unless you ran it for 10mins before you get into it. The bedside lights didnt work, and pillows (just 2 in the roomwere a lot to be desired, had to ask for 2 more.The nicest part of the hotel was the pool. Hotel was clean, but a little outdated. construction surrounded the area, so got noisy in early a.m. Staff were helpful and a few spoke limited English. nice breakfast included. is walking distance to several great restaurants and bars.

Reasonable prices.Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was included which was a bit on the scanty side for those that love to eat hearty breakfasts. Swimming pool on the top floor...which we loved. Security a bit poor. Taxi service right outside of the hotel was great. Hot and cold shower..wonderful!

Despite the construction...it was a good place to stay for 3 people...we each had our own bed. It also provided a pretty decent breakfast for free. I would stay again....hopefully there will be no construction.😊

So unfriendly staff at the reception without any English. Normally, I really dont care that much but it was unbelievable. They couldnt help me at all and didnt even look interested in trying to help me. At least the cleaning lady was friendly and communicative. Breakfast, location and the rest is okay. But wouldnt stay there again, its just too annoying and dimms the mood. There are much better options, for example in Calidonia.

Pleasant, simple accommodations. Front desk staff speak little to no English and this may be a challenge if your Spanish is not good. Otherwise the service was great for the price.

Dim brown hotel, WiFi did not work on my floor and they did not fix it or seem to care, dirty plates in corridor, strange smell in room, colleague dropped off bag which receptionist claimed to never have received (only discovered 5 min before leaving to airport- stress). Would definitely not stay there again

Horrible place horrible service. Arrived at 1:30 am and the woman at the front desk said we didnt have reservations (mind you she never checked her computer AND we were showing her our confirmationbecause the check in was at 6 am and there were no rooms available. After more than 30 min going back and forth and threat her to sue them a room miraculously was available. The room was nasty, beds were not made, the place in general is filthy.

Absolutely disgusting place, internet modem was hanging from the ceiling in the hallways and did not transmit into the rooms, staff was horribly unfriendly and rude, AWFUL PLACE!!!DO NOT GO THERE!!! AWFUL PLACE!!!!

I have been here three times and this will be the last, sure the price is reasonable, but limited tv channels, none in English, ( not that I came here to watch tvbut i would like at least one channel in English.And the internet is very bad and slow.On top of that the same staff has been here for years, I guess that is why they never smile😕They definitely need some schooling in customer relations.On the plus side its close to pretty much everything and theres a pool on the roof which you can access pretty much 24/7And Jose the bellboy is very nice, he at least smiles.Oh I almost forgot, for you naughty boys out there, if your looking to bring a Chica back, expect to pay an extra $40.00
