Hotel apartment with fridge , stove and washing machine. Maintenance is like ok ok . Staff are friendly.

Rooms very spacious and good washrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. I had a toddler with me so kitchen was a good help for his food and milk bottle requirements. Fridge, stove, microwave, sink and all utensils were available. Balcony was also a plus point.But I will give 2 stars to this hotel mainly bcz of its cleanliness. Room was handed over to us before making sure everything was up to the mark. We had to ask about toilet paper etc ourselves. Bed was not clean, we found ants and one small spider from it and cleaned it ourself. We asked for seprate mattress for our kid but it was in very bad condition that we slept all in one bed.so cleanliness was main problem bcz of which we might not visit there again.However if you have a big family or group of friends then their spacious rooms and lounge will help you a lot.

Booked online about 45 minutes before arrival. Tucked down a side street not far from Salalah garden mall.Only 10 rial for a studio room with private bathroom however on arrival we were upgraded to a one bed apartment at no extra cost.Clean towels and sheets. Shampoo and soap provided.Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.We didnt use it but the room had a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, some utensils and limited crockery. Local restaurants leaflets were in the room and all delivered if you wanted. A quiet and comfortable nights rest.

Nice, big Rooms, everything is clean, friendly stuff. There are missing a few things (towels, dishes in the kitchen.... But the price-performance ratio is very good.

Excellent service by Jibin, location, comfortable stay with flexible check in and check out timings.

Poor hygiene. Rooms are stingy and have too many insects.Paint was off the walls and TV and phones didnt work. Had a peculiar smell in the lobby as well.Only thing good was I got the refund for remaining 3 days of my stay from the hotel as I told them I didnt like their property and needed to shift somewhere else.

Perfect hotel in reasonable price

I can only say good things about this place. The room is absolutely massive, I have a full on kitchen and sitting room and a huge king sized bed. All of this for just 9OMR a night, what an absolute steal! Plus anything I could possibly want is within 30 minutes walking. Incredible! If I visit Salalah again I will definitely stay at this apartment.

Normal facility

We had booked our accommodation in star grand apartments in salalah. After 1000kms long journey ,we were just dying to unwind and was shocked to know that we had been overbooked and we had no room and have to find an alternative arrangement ourselves. They didnt have the courtesy to call us to crosscheck before giving off the room or even say a sorry.During our brief stay at the lobby they couldnt even provide a neat toilet to use . The staff were clearly not professional, many customers were kept waiting at the reception while the receptionist attended personal calls. They finaly sent us with a guy promising a good flat nearby, and after a tedious drive through a lot of small gullys, we were taken to a very substandard and unsafe place.It felt so terrible being stranded in an unknown place, with family, including small baby, after such a looong drive. The mental agony and distress caused to me and my family was immense. It completely destroyed our trip.

We had booked a one room and it was nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly and everything was readily provided. But there was a really bad smell in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel is nice and has a great location with everything nearby. Highly recommended!

If you want to spend your holiday hassle free in Salalah, never book this hotel; unless if you really want to go for a budget hotel.Rooms are ok, but not very clean as in the posted photos. Bathroom drainage system is worse and after having a bath it always full of water. At evening water supply was very poor and had to remind the staff to full the water tank.Corridors are always wet due to AC leaking water.Only good thing; staff is very helpful in providing transportation and guiding.

Apartments are very spacious and clean. We stayed in a two bed apartment it was massive. It is very good value for money.
