I usually come here on my many visits to Kharkiv but this time I was insulted by a waitress before I could even sit down. She asked to see my vaccine certificate. I showed it. She starts studying it hard to the extent that it was insulting. Businesses need to make sure that their staff know how to behave towards their customers especially over delicate matters such as private medical records, which normally are confidential. And to not imply that people are lying. Simple. No good excuses for this poor behaviour. None. I walked out. Done.

Great food, a bit pricey for Kharkiv...but wifi and you can work there as well...

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Kharkiv. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. My personal favourite is some like it hot waffles. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in kharkiv.

It is a very good place for hanging out with frieds, coffee, and desserts, or yiu want a quuet place to work. The place is very ambient and staff are really nice.

Amazing food especially their waffles are to die for. A few mishaps by the staff when they forgot our order and some unusual lengthy wait time, however! Got compensated with a piece of cake for both me and my s/o. As well as coupons for free coffee at next visit. One of my favourite places to relax and enjoy good food. Will also recommend their milk tea, truly delicious

Absolutely amazing service and very friendly staff. The menu is diverse, the food and drinks are absolutely delicious - theres different sorts of breakfast served until 1pm, a wide array of cocktails & alcoholic beverages, a lot of options for lunch and dinner and great coffee. Suitable for English speaking tourists, vegetarians and vegans (limitedas well. Its recommended to have a reservation for the outside tables as they tend to be crowded, but youll always find a spot inside. Can only recommend.

Its a Newyorker cafe in Kharkiv with minimal contemporary design. Barista is 8/10. They have a reach menu with vegan options for breakfast and lunch as well. Cookies and tortes are not very special but still going good with coffee. They have also wide infusion tea options. The cafe is large enough but tables are very close with each other and some seats are not very comfortable for a long sit. I suggest you always bring 10-15% tip for the service in Ukraine.

Tasty food, quick service, some waiters speak rather good English. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner , snacking or just coffee with or without smth sweet. My fav is green tea with pear, its sour and just terrific!

maybe, probably, the best coffee in Kharkov; unfortunately (or maybe it is goodit comes in very small glasses... very cosy place, very trendy, can be a bit full sometimes - especially in the summer evenings when the whole city (it seemsis promenading up and down Sumskaya from the center to Park Gorky - the Ukrainian version of the Volta :)
