One of the better restaurants at MyZeil mall. The food was delicious especially the pasta with spicy tomato sauce. The service could be better. The waiters werent paying attention to customers and at the end, when I paid bill, the waiter didnt bring the change back which I think is not good. If a customer wants to give you tip, he or she should based on the service...you just dont automatically assume the change is yours to keep. Giving 3 stars for this reason for their service. The restaurant does not have bathroom.The atmosphere n the vibe was good. Recommend for good food.

Nice place. A robot waiter. We ate meat balls over a delicious eggplant creamy sauce, a fresh salad and, rosted beef. Fully recommended. Service staff is very nice, particularlly Sabu.

The view of the balcony section is perfect. I ordered hot chocolate but it wasnt hot nor does it have a lot of chocolate in it. Strange 😀

Food was okay, not great but also not bad. I ordered a chicken fillet and a Hamburger. You can definitely get similar food quality for cheaper price I have to say. When waiter was asked to clean the stained table, he grabbed a dry cloth and swiped the table one time and left, stains and sticky table was still there even though I specifically asked if he could spray the cloth with some disinfectant spray, he didnt eventually, so the table remained dirty and sticky with juice stains which I could feel when putting my arms on the table. Nice robot delivering food, but really not necessarily when they have this much of waiters.

Robots serve the food! Very nice for kids to experience. And Good food, especially the Sundays brunch reflecting Turkish Cousine in a way that nicely modernised for international customers.

I visited this place only to try their exotic cocktails after seeing their menu. I must say, the cocktails were very very nice and the ambiance is good as well!Unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to try out their food menu but the French fries with cheese was top notch. Obviously, I’ll visit this place again to try some more cocktails and food!!!Great staffs, Keep it up guys!

Today me and my mom was at big chefs. Place is really nice. Ambiance is cool. Prices affordable. Food was ok.However, we did not like service. They should be more smiling and caring.When it came to payment, I asked for Card payment he said price does not include tip. I said ok make it 38 (it was 36.8). I am student and do also mini job. But never ever asked for tip. He texted there 40. Ok? I said no make it 38. He said ok ok. And 40ok. I was just in shock that how person can ignore and just type whatever he wants.I did not argued as 2more extra euro does not worth my nerves.But definitely I decided never to go there and I did no recommended my friends too.Would be nice if restaurant takes care of its personal and teaches them tips are not mandatory. If guest wants s/he gives. It is really annoying to ask and even to decide by themselves the amount🤦🏽‍♀️

Regardless of what I ordered ; the waiter’s behaviour was very bad , i dont recommend any one to came ! ‘cause the way to deal with the customer is important than the food and place !!

Best food ever as usual same taste with the one in turkey.

I had a cappuccino and their chocolate cake. The menu says it’s supposed to be moist and soft but I was very disappointed with the cake! It was so hard and dry. It felt like leftover cake from weeks before. Guess how much it costs? 8 euros. It is not even worth 2 euros in my opinion. The place has a nice ambience and even have a robot server but a hard old dry cake for 8 euros? Will not come back unless they improve!

Totally disappointed with everything. I had high hopes for this restaurant as my colleague and friends said good things about this chain.Love the idea of incorporating technology within the food industry, such as ordering meals online and using a robot to serve their customer their foods. However, the robot just ended up being pretty much useless. The server still had to wait for the robot to arrive at the tables and put all the food/beverage on the tables. The digital menu didn’t work properly also. All the foods were shown “sold out/unavailable” on the menu, and we still had to ask a server to take our order. They messed up our order with the table beside us. My sister ordered a cold caramel macchiato; instead, she got an extremely sweet latte. It’s like drinking sugar with coffee. She couldn’t finish her drink. The lady on the other table was so nice when they messed up her drink TWICE! When we were about to pay, they gave us the wrong check. At this point, we were running out of our patience. What upsets us the most is that they didn’t even apologize for their mistakes.It was by far the worst experience I had eating out in a restaurant in Frankfurt. Overall, the food was overpriced and mediocre, the staff was inexperienced, and the only positive thing I could say about this restaurant is that the robot is nice to look at. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I would never return here again.

We came twice for this Turkish restaurant, once for lunch and once for breakfast.. the seating and the view in the terrace was excellent.. the service also excellent however the Turkish breakfast was ok but not wow.

This is my new favorite cafe bar restaurant in Frankfurt.Very well behaved staff, they all speak perfect both English and German.The food is really good and compare to value for money, is even better.Also the cute Miau robot brings the food from kitchen to get served. So cute and lovely.Its located in Foodtopia food court in MyZeil.A definite must try and highly recommended.Additional comment:In second try, I wish I could give more star to this great restaurant, their chef and staff.Everything is more than perfect.P.S.Behavior is much more important for me. And I can say they all need a prize for the best behavior Ive seen.They even ran after me as I forgot to take my headphones. A huge appreciation to their dedication and kindness. Its another flavor all restaurants need.

Almosted wanted to leave as the staffs are not helpful. We dont understand your language, you should have basic service line attitude. Not recommended for non-local.

OMG..... This restaurant is absolut lovely. Turkish cuisine and cozy atmosphere. A robot that serves food. The staff is friendly and the food simply tastes as good with spices as if you are in Turkey. Perfect for adults and children.

Had a couple of drinks but no food here. No too bad as a venue but the service wasnt amazing. At the arrival no one was really caring about us so after waiting for a bit we just decided to take a sit in one of the empty tables. Order a jug of aperol spritz, no too bad, some of us received a glass with a straws and fruit while the others didnt, no sure why. When the drink was almost finished we saw the waiter robot (see videoand I asked if ordering more we could receive the drinks by the robot. It didnt happened, just a waiter. So disappointed

Nice ambience but overpriced dishes and not so friendly staff. First time visit here..Was hoping to get more Turkish kitchen but not much in the menu..also went there alone as my mood was not good and wanted to have couple of drinks and eat something after..but then i see the staff with zero smile and came out just having a drink and salad..it is a weekday with not so much crowd, so definitely not a overworked staff to miss a smile..Strawberry lemonade margarita was not filtered properly and i had to keep removing the fiber part from my mouth which is totally unacceptable. Salad doesn’t come with bread which is again a no-go for me..overall a place which has lot of scope to improve.

The location is the biggest advantage here. The service and food are good though could be better. But there is no comparison with the one in Istanbul!

Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely view. Everythings just great at this place. You can enjoy the view accompanied with a delicious food or you can just sip on your delicious coffee and do your own reading.Whatever you do, dont forget the Oreo cheesecake. Its one of the best 😍

A lot of businesses are closed on Sunday. Luckily we found Big Chefs, where my wife and I had an outstanding breakfast.We both had Rühreier and a Chai Latte.Too bad we didn’t discover this restaurant 3 years ago when we first visited Frankfurt. At least we know where to go next time!

Beautiful presentation of drinks. Unfortunately, the taste is deplorable. The drinks we ordered are Mai Tai Mocktail and Virgin Mocktail. They are EXTREMELY SOUR and not even drinkable. The taste and the price does not match, very much like supermarket quality. Awfully disappointed, and I hope to see further improvement in the future. Ps, not coming back again. If you want to throw money in the sea, this is the perfect place for you.

The restaurant had a long line outside, so we thought that it was a great place to dine. The menu is a book. There are so many different cuisines and plates to choose from!! There are about 20 waiters/waitresses running around, a bit overwhelmed with everything that is going on around them, so theyre not quite sure which tables to serve and what to do next. A bit more training might be necessary. The food itself was delicious.

This restaurant is in a top location. Staff was friendly. I did expect to pay what I did, but the quality of the food was rather disappointing. It didnt seem to be authentic levantine cuisine, i.e. fries and burger and Guinness on the menu, but hummus and efes beer missing. You need a mobile phone with WiFi in order to access the menu. Unbelievable! When I asked for more bread, I was served small 3 party bread roll. I did expect at least tandoori naan bread. Food was not well presented. Most Doner takeaways sell better for less to pay. 2 stars for location and cleanliness. A restaurant in this price class must perform better. Hence I do believe it wouldnt survive long, if it doesnt change very soon.Edit: I just spotted Hummus on the online menu. Must have missed it, when ordering. As I wrote, you have to download the menu and it is hard to see anything when looking on that tiny screen. However, why cant you serve Turkish bread like any other Turkish restaurant, where it is standard ? Please tweak your menu and be more authentic, as you restaurant would have great potential.

I have ordered number 7 and my husband ordered number 8 for breakfast 13/2 ... number 8 tasted really good but number 7 was not really tasty ... the place are amazing nice location and decoration but the table for 2 was very small for the diches .. the service was ok but it could have been better ! The manager was so nice she came and asked us for our opinion and offered free turkish coffee for us and that was super NICE !!!! thanks :)

Yesterday we decided to visit BIG CHEFS because it is my favourite restaurant. We were in celebration mode because my sister in law, my mother in law and me were having birthday this month. We were the first table at around 1420pm we got the table right next to the kitchen the one you see at the entrance. I was excited. We ordered tomato spaghetti for our kids and burgers for adults. I ordered beef bowl because I wanted to try something new. At 15:10 we got pasta for the kids at around 15:20 we got the burgers except my meal. I guess the chef certainly did not process the waiter order. That was the first mistake. The kids didnt received the usual kids cutlery. French fries were cold and one burger did not had cold slow on the plate. My sister in law ordered sweet potato fries but got the regular ones. Yesterday was a total disaster and we had 3 new guests. We told them that was the best place but ofcourse after all they got a negative impression. The bill came and we got 15% discount and my dish was not charged. The sweet fries were also replaced. That was a nice gesture. However, we tried to tell the lady in charge that the menu had a price difference. It was a silly difference but that is something the restaurant itself needs to take care of. I mean, it is their job to show menus with updated prices. Anw kids pasta was €3.90 in the menu but in the system it was €4.20.We ordered orange juice for one kid and the lady in charged said we got an adult glass. Not to mention that the kids pasta was charged as chicken spaghetti and we had to swear that we got tomato spaghetti.Yesterday was a total mess :(I personally loved the place because I always had positive experiences and food was always nice.I hope the main manager fix this situations.1. The menu should be updated2. At the bar they must know which glasses are for which kind of drink. That is not customers job.3. The kids should always have the usual cutlery, apron.4. The waiter shall follow up the orders with the chef to avoid delivering food 45 -60min late. Specially if meals are simple.The team needs to improve to give positive experiences ❤❤

When you want to treat yourself with flavours of Turkish Cuisine! We had quinoa-salmon rolls, crispy manti, stuffed artichoke and spinach-white cheese filled pide. Beautifully presented Mediterranean Dishes were so delicious!

We stopped a few times while in Turkey. We were delighted to see it opened in Frankfurt. It hasnt been two months yet, but the system seems to be in place. They welcomed us and we got off. The staff, the services were quite good. The food was delicious. On top of that the "katmer" was fantastic! Weekend; we will try the traditional breakfast with classic Turkish tea and simit!

Hi,just been there two days ago on Wednesday evening, as I had heard about them and was curious.1. Ambiance: Very nice, various options to enjoy your food. Classical on a chair with table, or on a couch etc. kind of open kitchen with living and dining room experience.2. Service: The waiters were all very friendly and fast. Didn’t took long to order, to receive the food, request for more and pay.3. Guests: It’s a Wednesday evening and it was almost full, not full full so you have to squeeze yourself, they don’t allow this to happen anyway. We tried to get a seat on a Saturday evening and they didn’t accept witht the reason that they take only what the kitchen deliver in appropriate time. I like that mentality. The people where there to enjoy they all are relaxed but know how to behave4. Accessibility: There is a parking house in the basement with enough space, elevators and roads allow that disabled people can get there without barriers.5. Food: just deliciousGo there and enjoy it, cannot understand any of the suboptimal comments.

Average Food / Its Pricey / Cool location.New restaurant at Foodtopia (food court MyZeil). Based on the name of the restaurant, they literally offer everything on food ... pizza, pasta, salad, poke bowls, steaks, burgers etc.Service takes quite long, but I guess they are not that much professionally trained? Food was nicely presented but was cold, fries were dry and hard. Taste wise I would say looks better then it actually was.Concept and ambient is nice and cozy. Maybe I would come back for drinks but not for food.

Just happened on this restaurant while shopping in the mall. While waiting, I read some of the reviews that referenced the slow pace of food coming out of the kitchen. I have to say that the restaurant must have made significant improvements to the pace of food prep. My food came out in a very reasonable period of time. So, kudos on listening to customer feedback and adjusting accordingly.I also appreciated that the manager stopped by to check in. Always, a good sign in any restaurant, and critical to a new restaurant.Although I tried only one dish, the pides, it was well prepared and very flavorful. And the beer was cold!Great job. 2 stars only for taste. We ordered the Breakfast platter for 2. It took them 1.5 hours to prepare a platter of cheese and jam and some olives for God’s sake! It was honestly frustrating. The place is great and the ambience was really attractive but the waiting time for the food is just over the top crazy. We were planning on coming again when we first entered and checked their diverse menu, but after waiting 1.5 hours for our very simple food, we decided not to. Think twice before eating there..
