First and last time i will use shuh online ordered boots didnt fit right sent back with post locker 4 weeks later stll cant find parcel shuh dont seem to care neither post locker i am £120 out of pocket terrible service by both

Large shop plenty of stock all the staff are friendly helpful and will take their time to assist you in getting a perfect pair of shoes or trainers. Cost of footwear and read this is average.

Although I didnt buy from Schuh on this occasion, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was looking for new boots and the lady who was assisting couldnt have been more helpful. She even went to the length of getting insoles for me to try with the boots.The shop was very tidy and they have probably the best selection of Footware on the high street. Very impressed - Thank you Schuh

Hit and miss with Schuh, sometime the staff are great, other times you dont even get acknowledged.

I recently ordered some converse and they were faulty, one of the rings where the laces go through was missing. I am giving schuh 5 stars for their excellent customer service!I called straight away and the lady was very apologetic and sent a new pair out. She told me they might take up to a week with the delay at the moment. They came the next day! I have sent the faulty ones back easily and received back pay for the delivery cost.

Walked in to return my sons trainers which didnt fit him and were tight he is 6 months old and doesnt walk obs however the worker just refused to take them back even though they were taken 1 day before. staff are quite rude and especially the lady who dealt with me i didnt catch her name but she is african.

Ok customer service. They spent a while looking for the shoes I wanted and ended up not having them in. All in all just slow and not much communication between the customer and the employees

shop was busy but we got served quickly and efficiently by a lovely young lady who ran around to make sure my daughter got exactly the shoes she wanted.
