Stayed in a cabin. Very clean, well kept and maintained. They where very helpful and accommodating to our booking.

Lovely, helpful welcome on arrival. Got a great spot, easy to access for our long vehicle with help offered should we need it, which we didnt. Not a large park, but nicely laid out. Spotless, updated amenities. Great spot for us to stay on our way to Brisbane.

I was one of the first few guests to use new cabin no4 for a quick overnight R&R stay before flying back to south Australia and I’m so glad I picked this caravan park. A gorgeous cabin, such a comfortable bed and beautiful hot shower. Just what a gritty horsey girl desperately needed! Thank you

I payed for two nights left one night early I have called 24 hours after I was supposed to check out because I left a full bag of clothes in the caravan and they through it in the bin. No phone call from the caravan park. they through all my belonging including 20k worth of finances on a hard drive into the bin.

Lovely little caravan park but not much to offer no pool or playground for the kids & the amenities are way to small with only 2 toilets & showers but from the time you arrive you are made to feel welcome my 1 of the Lovely managers Ive ever meet.nice little spot to stay

Barely did the job. Stayed a week in an old cabin in need of some tender loving care. Broken locks on cabin door, holes in flyscreens. The roads in the park are in disrepair. The park is on a busy highway with noisy traffic day and night. Dont think I will stay again.

A lovely park to stay at. Owners are friendly and keep the park looking nice. The vans are clean and reasonably priced as are also the amenities. There’s a general air of welcome about the place and while I can’t actually put my finger on what that is, it was relief after a long journey. There is some traffic noise it being alongside the highway, but I didn’t find this too much of a problem. Recommend a stay if you are travelling through Warwick or working in the area.

We stayed in a cabin. It was small but then we were only sleeping there. We enjoyed our stay and price was very reasonable. Read about someone posting about traffic noise the only noise we heard were birds and that was nice as we are all use to bird noises.

Pleasant older caravan park. Excellent amenities block. Helpful staff. Dog friendly. Able to get a drive through site. Right beside roadhouse accessed directly from the park for a good meal. Reasonably priced.

Mr ed caravan was awesome cool themed air con was cool bed was great.owners were more than helpful and friendly give them a call you wont be a sad panda if you stay here

Well located on the northern side of town. Excellent friendly reception and care for the visitor. A number of long term residents make you feel welcome too

I can highly recommend rose city caravan park. Beautiful views, Close to town, neat, tidy and clean. The park managers are loverly people and make you feel more than welcome. We will be stoping in again on our way back.

Very nice cabins. Plenty of room. This is the second time e staying the Rose City. We stayed in the Mr Ed van is was a very cute van, loved the theme. It was my pleasure Mels Print to be able to print the Mr Ed Sticker for the fridge for this van. Very clean amenities and super lovely people, very helpful. Very highly recommended.

Home away from home. I’ve had to travel to Warwick a lot in the last few months and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Beautiful gardens and the sweet scent of flowers as you stroll the park.

On highway - noisy. Very limited facilities. Park information shows Dump Point but the dump point was next door and is perminantly closed.If Warwick as ever an RV Friendly town - it is not friendly now!

Cold night and our cabin kept us warm, we had a warm welcome and we even had heaps of room parking up our car trailer. We had everything we needed and lovely and clean. Thank you guys well done.

Old fashioned, country town hospitality and genuine friendliness. Darren and Michelle went out of their way to help us after we broke down and had to be towed in. Permanent residents are super lovely and helpful. Need a mechanic? Ask for John. Facilities small but all you need, clean, lovely hot showers. Felt safe and looked after. Thanks guys.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Amenities were very clean and new. The manager helped us back the van in which was appreciated. Laundry facilities were good. We didnt find the highway a problem at night. We would stay here again.

Right on the highway,so very noisy all day and all night. Owner helped back the van in, and after that he never bothered to speak with us again. Showers and toilets clean, however the middle louver windows were non existent in the ladies.. Making for a cold shower, although the water was hot, and drying yourself in the cold air after.. the men had no windows at all... a lot of permanent vans in park . More than casuals

We stayed in one of the cabins over the weekend and it was ideal. Clean, quiet and everything in the cabin you need. Mickey and Daz the owners were great.

My girlfriend and I stay here for 4 weeks, we loved the park. The managment were lovely and super helpful. The shared bathroom has been renovated and looks amazing. We look forward to returning.

Very nice place to stay with well maintained amenities. Darren and Michelle are fantastic and will help out whenever possible. Its closest to town as well for those that like a walk by the river. Will visit again.

We moved up here from NSW in August of this year and we stayed at the rose city caravan park for 3 weeks and Darren and Michelle, they went out of there way to make sure that we were comfortable as we had an awesome place to stay highly recommend it.Darren and Michelle helped us out a great dealCan not thank you guys enough

We stayed during the pandemic and Darren and Michelle were very helpful and lovely people. Excellent place to stay the amenities are nice and clean. Dog are allowed. we will Stay there all the time when we are at Warwick.

The showers where disgusting they looked like they had not been cleaned in months and as for the caravans ,power points were broken and dangerous no hot water in the kitchen sink . Very rude staff the owners yelled at my six year old son for playing on the dirt extremely un professional I thought .Especially after treating a little child like this he should be ashamed my boy cried all the way home. I would never go back there again and do not recommend this place absolute disgrace .(Definitely not kid friendly very grumpy)such a shame for a lovely little town.

Really nice caravan park just before entering into Warwick. The place is really clean and has power and water on each site (we didnt use them since were traveling with a van). Has a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The place also has cabins.

We stayed on a spacious, drive-through caravan site, within easy walking distance of the amenities block, which is old-style but very clean and functional.The park is on the outskirts of town, there is road noise from the main road running past and the servo next door, but this didnt bother us and faded to nothing when we were inside our little van.The owner/manager, Darren, was welcoming and friendly and even helps to direct vanners into their site.Well happily stay again.

This is perhaps not the best park for families. Some permanent residents made complaints about the children being noisy but we were right in amongst the permanent vans and maybe we shouldnt have been. Been travelling 14 months and this was only the second time anyone complained about the childrens noise but here, apparently, the complaining was continuous. Disturbing their TV time at 8.30 pm or something. Felt like the manager may have been floating about trying to bust them being noisy so he could act on the complaining....? As a result our stay didnt feel welcoming.On top of that, unclean livestock trailer parked in adjacent service station periodically made the camp stink, at least I think that is what might have been causing it, and then there was an ashtray come recycling centre smell about too. Wasnt smelling roses for me.

Fantastic stay while in town, or on your way through. The cabin was clean and suitably priced, and OMG, those crisp, white, ironed sheets were a delight after a couple of days on the road.Thanks for a comfortable stayDavid and Robyn.Melbourne

We came here after a 3 hour drive, 4 hour flight and another 3 hour drive in pouring rain. We thought we were staying in a cabin but NO. What we got was a tiny caravan with stains in the beds, very dirty, and the bed was wet and very uncomfortable!! I had to use a towel as a blanket!!Not very impressed 😭

Lovely smaller caravan park which is dog friendly. Very clean amenities & laundry. Well stocked service station next door which is handy for reading material or a quick takeaway.

This is the second time we have stayed here since these owners purchased it.Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to assist in anyway they can. They are always busy doing renos in the park to make it even better. $30.00 a night for 2 people in a powered site is a great price and if you stay a week you get a day free. There is noise from the road but you will find that at any parks on a road, or highway. As I said we stay for a week and the road noise does not worry us.

Vintage on site vans, but very clean, heaps of crockery & utensils, comfortable bed, air conditioned comfort and best of all its dog friendly. Overall I was very happy with my overnight stay.

Michelle was helpful and friendly as well. Hope to be back one day to show off my reversing skills. Lovely grassy park with concrete caravan pads. Spotless older amenities, great laundry. Terry greeted us and kindly directed us onto the site (he called this his anti-divorce policy : Had a very restful evening. Loved it, would definitely recommend

My wife and I are the owner-operators of Rose city Caravan Park and have been for the past 11 yrs. during that time, we have not received ONE adverse review. A check of our records back to 1.1.14 shows no record of the poster of the poor review having stayed at our park. We can only conclude that the review is malicious or refers to another park. We pride ourselves on our level of service, presentation and accommodation.

The service received was by far quality.Luckily the cabins them selves were clean and comfortable.Definitely will look else where next time we drive through.Turned off for good...
