The pizza came out in good time and service was superb. Pizza inn always nails that Hawaiian pizza right on the head with the juicy 🍍🍍 and ham and 🥓🥓, come to think of it lakini the tomato sauce ,the tomatos arent fully blended or fine, its chunkyy (I dont mind it 😋im too busy savoring the mautamu, ... But some do). So maybe blend the tomatoes up just a bit more ok cool. Thanks. 👍🏾

Some of the staff lack etiquette, the place was over crowded, inadequate chairs and tables, awesome meals

The day was full, thinking of students closing n having an offer of buying 1 get 1 free I think that was s brilliant idea to esteemed customers n there children.Kudos

Early and mid morning saturdays are awkward but much less crowded. Good chilling point at those times. Please have backup water though for the washrooms and sinks.

The staff are very very friendly,the food is finger licking good and the eating space is quite great. We forgot a phone at the counter but the attendant had kept it well for us. Kudos for your great customer service.

Pizza is good but they always either get my order wrong or spoil my order when they get it right. Always expect disappointment and you wont be disappointed.

The pizza was good. Crusty on the outside and cheesy on the inside. Pineapples do really belong on pizza😂

Pizza isnt a big chapati. The toppings must match the pictures in the advert otherwise it is just a large piece of dough.

They a have a tasty pizza .. but some of the cashier doesnt have a good customer service and sometimes u order something and they give something different..

We went to Galitos and had the family fest. The food did not disappoint, but the place is always so crowded. Nonetheless, a life saver for those who are hungry late into the night, as they are usually open till late.

It was alright, I wish they improved on the ticketing system. Call out when the order is ready instead of having customers just sit.

A bit crowded because of it location which is ab added advantage because at the centre of town,easily accessible, definitely no parking but the service is good,polite and clean

Service is fast. I had my pizza pie made fresh and it took about 10 minutes. And now you can eat at the restaurant which is great for a quick bite.

Their pizza, the chicken and fries are amazing. Their milkshakes are good too. But I didnt like the ice cream that much. Tastes like whipped cream.

I was craving a pizza pie and l went to this branch to get one today evening around 7pm and after confirming that they are receiving cash l went ahead to pay with a 1000 note and the cashier told me she had no change for that amount after a whole day of business. My phone was off hence l couldnt use Mpesa or cashless pay so l left without ordering or getting the pizza pie.Sad.

Loooove the pizza with corn my fave.Though now halal so Macon. Not the same! They may want to be patient guiding someone on the menu esp on terrific tuesdays. One time i ordered chicken got something else. Found out at the table having taken a bite. They might also want to redecorate. Give it a special new feel. The place has become old. It lacks personality

Located in same place with galitos, creamy in, chicken in pizza in is a pizza restaurant located at heart of Nairobi opposite Kenya national archive. It has plenty of sitting place and quality food. It ussualy has offers on Tuesday so the service is slow on Tuesday. The service here is exceptional and you would not regret dinning here. From the top floor of restaurant you can observe the busy Nairobi. The place is open everyday.

Must be the pizza 🍕🍕. From the room setting with red and maroon colours, comfortable seats, nice tables, romantic sections, a good view of the surrounding CBD (Central Business Districtand to the fast food: 🍕, 🐔tikka, drinks, ice-cream and so on. This place has awesome people, nice customer service and enough security.

It in the middle of town. Great place to chill but really gets crowded. Pizza are standardized. Love their innovativeness and alway coming up with new pizzas. What i dont like though is having products on the menu list and when you order you are told that they dont have.

Nice place to eat, relax, chat, meet people. Waiting for food can be exhausting but it is a calm place with a good playlist. Plus the view of town from the top floor is worth appreciating.

Good variety of pizzas. Not very generous with their cheese topping. Always ask for extra cheese. They have an offer every Tuesday (buy one, get one free). Normally, the waiting time is about 15 minutes for your order. On Tuesdays, be prepared to wait a bit.
