Fantastic old school country pub atmosphere, right down to Guiness the one eyed pub dog.Joan and the locals made me feel at home with country hospitality.Great price.Rooms simple but adequate and clean.Conveniently located less than 10 min drive from Morgan Park Raceway.Will stay there again the next time I want to do a few laps around Morgan Park Raceway

Best pub in Warwick with the most affordable accommodation and Neely renovated throughout. Friendly small town atmosphere in the bar with Joan the owner always on hand to help or give friendly advice to travellers.

I used to live in Warwick in Joans place for almost 3 months of my life, when I was a backpacker looking for a farm work...The rooms, kitchens and bathrooms are very spacious and clean.I have a lot of very good memories in this place and aI met lot of good friends.The owner Joan she is a very generous and nice person.She is always very helpful and care about the customers.Surely the best customers service in the town.The Bar have a beautiful and huge collection of international alcohol.I remember I saw this bottle of French Ricard and have never seen it in another pub.Thank you so much for the good time in your Hotel.When i come back to Warwick it is my favourite place to stay.Cheers

its a nice place to spend a few days

A group of us stayed recently and loved it. We were on bikes. Joan arranged for us to put them undercover on the hotel grounds . The rooms were clean and comfortable. Share bathrooms were very clean. Tea and coffe available in share kitchen. The hotel itself was just beautiful. The only down side was no meals available but a short walk to town with heaps of options. Will definitely stay again. Loved it.

Friendly reception and old world charm.

Very old, interesting building but always looks closed. Need to open those doors and have live music and add a bit of life to the old place. Maybe floral hanging baskets outside and a jazz trio playing.

Loads of character, lovely staff

We asked for a rental refund for part of the week paid. The manager was kind enough to do that. We decided to leave because of the people who live there on a semi permanent basis. They act out violently towards others, swear, and act aggressively towards the manager. It is definitly not a safe environment for kids or women. It is a lovely historical building but the Tennants are ruining it. It is a shame that the manager puts up with it.

We stay here every time we come to Warwick for our motorcycle racing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the building has plenty of country hotel charm and its close to town. The beds are always warm and comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Its our favourite place to stay.

Its a great Hotel. Very clean and accomidating for all needs. If you want a single, double or more beds in room they can accomidate you. I have found it very clean and great service. A person does have to take to mind that you cannot exspect ensuits and central heating in a country pub. But the facilties are clean. and in winter there are open fires downstairs for people to enjoy.
