אני חושב שזה סוג המקומות שבשבילם צריך שישה או שבעה כוכבים!!מקום קטן ומדהים.קואופרטיב - ז"א שעובדים פה מתנדבות, והמקום פוליטי בעליל. בוודאי אחד משלושת המקומות האהובים עלי ביותר בעיר אם לא ביקום כולו. הייתי פה בפתיחה ובימי ההולדת של המקום, ולפעמים אני סתם עובר ועוצר לומר שלום.המטבח טבעוני וטעים, והאוכל משתנה לפיי הטבח/ית.תמיד תהיה שתייה חמה, קרה, ובירה🍺

בית קפה קהילתי- אקטיביסטי. טבעוני. שעות פתיחה משתנות, לפני שאתם מגיעים, עדיף לשאול בפייסבוק.

כיף לשבת בגלל האווירה. אל תצפו לשירות ואוכל מתוקתק כמו בבית קפה, זה לא בדיוק הקונספט

A great place for a short break with some simple food and cold tea. All the payments are a contribution to the cooperative. If you go there start a conversation with one of the volunteers- it’s fascinating.

Both eat well and take part in change and contribute for a better world.What more than that?

For all the veggies that are barely chopped up, the prices should be a lot lower.

A rare sanity in Jerusalem

Vegans rejoice.

Imbala is an activist cooperative which serves as a coffee place from Tuesday to Saturday and as a closed space for the cooperative through the rest of the week. It serves only vegan dishes which are excellent and they are perfect for a quick snack on a busy day through Jerusalem. The waitresses are volunteers at the cooperative and the revenue is allocated toward activism within the city of Jerusalem. So if you need to refresh yourself and support marginalized communities in Jerusalem Imbala is perfect!
