Large indoor shopping mall with many smart high-street shops and department stores, plus eateries.
Large establishment. Ample parking spacesOver 1500 in different car parks in and around in near proximity. Almost all main shops and brands available. Just exit the mall to Watford high street and enjoy street food and further shopping. Great place to take kids. Adequate disable and parent and kids parking slots. Various activities organised depend on the seasons of the year.
I actually hate going to town but unfortunately I have to.Its becoming so boring and feels run down. The Christmas decorations are always the same ugly ones they use every single year. They spent so much money doing it up but still not up to standard .Just your basic town nothing amazing about it.
Everything you can find here, shop , eat , education, fun , game and entertainment. I love it so much!
I prefer Watford shopping centre is much better than Westfield Shepherds Bush its clean they dont have many seats you can sit down to go to the bathroom you have to wash some long long long distance but Watford shopping centre is much better than Westfield W12
Bigger than I expected, wide variety of shops available here.Clean and well kept
Good shopping centre, coul do with a few more conveniently placed maps to easily find stores.Could also do with a couple of more toilet facilities.
Very vast shopping centre, with essentially every shop you would ever need! Surplus of parking, with easy access, and helpful staff. A perfect place for a day out!
Lots of cheap indoor parking, a good variety of stores and restaurants, some seating but could do with more, stairs and lift access. Visible security presence
Lots of good shops and plenty of choice. Very well set out .
Good amount of shops with a wide range of items easy to walk through and find shops you want. The downsides being the restaurants and fast food are mainly outside and it does get boring after walking round due to the size of the shopping centre. A good few hours out I wouldnt call it a day out your better going to Westfield.
I love this shopping centre, I used to come here alot when I lived in the area. Just occasionally now. Never disappointed.
Has some good shops, always clean and thanks to Tikka Nation, always smells good! There is good lighting and overall a family friendly atmosphere! Would recommend to shop or grab a bite!
I don’t often rave about toilets but this is quite an important point. The baby changing facilities are absolutely to die for. Ample room. Clean. A gate to stop toddlers running off. There’s even a breast feeding booth with a comfy chair and curtain. Genius. The place itself has a good selection of shops, places to eat and entertainment. They clearly take pride in how it looks and how engaged people are. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because there are a decent number of shops currently closed. This may not be the fault of Atria itself, more leaning towards financial issues on a national/international scale… but it does look a bit derelict.
Nice and clean, could be better with lifts (some are broken down but other than that a great shopping centre
They are running a Free Halloween Event this October Half Term. With characters entertaining children with fun games. Can drop by between 11-4pm
So the place is well maintained and clean, however security can be less than helpful. They often wont let customers through after 6pm due to "shift changes". Customers would always come first and I am sure centre management are not aware that this goes on. On the plus side you have a big Cineworld with special screens like screen X, a great bowling alley and a large variety of stores from high end to independents. Recent additions for children include a bungee trampoline which although a great 3 mins of fun was fraught with issues due to staff being unclear where to queue people and not being able to control queue jumpers
Fantastic array of shops, restaurants and things to do. Really impressed! Easy to spend the day here!
Its such an good shopping mall. It has lots of shops and restaurants and even a cinema. I love the design of the mall.
Great shopping centre with a good variety of shops. My only qaulm here was there wasnt a lot of choice in places to eat. Lots of juice bars and cake and coffee but I didnt find a day time hot food eatery!
If you come for a visit I highly recommend going to the Lower leval and getting some Indian street food. Absolutely my favourite place to lunch. Its just opposite boots
Was there today when a fight broke out….Was amazing security stood back and watched as these girls ripped chunks of hair out each other. After a crowd had gathered (great viewing point from upper floora non staff member stepped in to try to break it up.This made the situation worse and the kicking/ slapping/ and screaming started. What’s the point in all this security if there going to let a fall blown fight break out in a shopping center full of kids.Feel sorry for housekeeping as pretty sure there going be sweeping hair and teeth all evening.
Large shopping mall, nice places to shop both inside the mall and the surrounding roads. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or to go for a sit-in dining experience.
Ample parking and lots of new shops. The regeneration of the shopping mall has made it much more desirable to visit. Newer designer brand stores attract more visitors. The cinema and bowling also make this a perfect place to have a day out shopping and then a nice meal.Lots of wheelchair access and pushchair friendly. Lifts are also available.Nice pay and ride train for kids and adults runs along the top floor.
I can honestly say that apart from one store, YOURS, there were no dress shops for size 18 plus. I searched for two hours. The centre has changed so much since pre lockdown. Even John Lewis have gone. I hope its temporary as I understand that sadly some shops went under. Will review again in 6 months
Very clean inside, most of the shops are suited for the more trendy type of people.
One of the best shopping experiences inside or out this side of the Thames.. All the usual High Street shops and neighbouring a multi million pound redevelopment of Watford town centre with its Cinema , Entertainment , Street market and array of eateries..
Really nice shopping centre. Very clean inside. Shops arent too busy. Good range of shopping also. Also has some places for entertainment such as mini golf and cinema etc. Parking was ok and didnt have to search long for a parking space. Certainly saved going to Westfield which can be stupidly busy and difficult to park at during peak times.
Stopped here to waste some time before driving to Heathrow back in April. Same shops as any other shopping centre across the country nothing interesting at all. Car park in the multi storey is very tight and upon leaving I scratched my front bumper against the curb whilst trying to navigate the incredibly tight, steep and ridiculously long spiral exit. Wish I never bothered to visit.
Its the most fun to shop on a hot summer day in an air-conditioned shopping center. There is a representation of most of the well-known and beloved brands here. There are several cafes, cookie stands, chocolate shops, and restaurants. At Primark and Max & Spencer, there are cafes and you can eat & drink inside the store.A special Watford Football Club shop, with memorabilia for fans .I loved the new additional section. There are clean public toilets and a large parking lot.
Massive improvements being made to this shopping centre. Lots of things to do.. bowling, mini golf, cinema etc. Plenty of food, restaurants and shops.Definately massive improvements in the last 5 years.
Watford High street has changed a lot in the last years. The mall is very big, but you can find literally anything you need, loads of shops and many different restaurants. The mall has a cinema as well. Really like coming here for shopping or lunch/dinner.
Loved the place and it has ample car park facility , after 5 they charge only £2.00 for car park.Beautifully layout of shops and definitely day out for family
A nasty place with no charm or character. Could be any shopping centre in the UK as its hard to tell it apart. To many empty shops mean business is not going well with high overheads for the companys trying to survive there. Its killed the high Street so Watford is nothing more than food outlets of which there are a great multitude. Wont be back. 👎
A good place to shop and eat, spacious and many brands in one place
Half empty shopping centre is a sad sign of the times and the effects of lockdown. Hopefully the confidence will return. No lack of shoppers keen to spend..
Great shopping centre with all you could need, brilliant facilities and spacious. Will definitely be coming here again because of the convenience and atmosphere. Doesnt feel overly crowded.
Amazing Comunity and great activities for young people to get involved in.Wholesome, healthy and definitely contributing to the children/ young people wellbeing.
Very nice centre, went to the clinic for an eye appointment. Nice staff and not too much patient in the waiting area. When you are at the door u cant see the reception desk, when you ring the bell, a voice say push the door. They also have photos of all staff members on display in reception and another board showing their achievements, comments about the centre and inspection report score.
Very good place to shop and meet up with friends and family over a bite to eat.
Good collection of stores in one place. Nice places to catch a bite. Parking is a nightmare with a lot if traffic. Spiral drive for the multistorey parking quite narrow
A good mall in nearby area with lots of retail shops, kids entertainment, food and cafe options inside the mall and outside too. Clean and well maintained, not over crowded and overall good place to spend a day with family or solo.
Really nice place to visit, Christmas lights and decorations were very beautiful and the shops were organised and clean despite the busyness
This is a mall in Watford this has recently been taken over by AtriaDuring the half term holidays they put up life-size dinosaurs 🦕 so that kids could go and have a look. The mall also includes shopping and restaurants if one needs to make a day of it
Nice place to visit and do shopping or just hang out. Many shops and good places to eat, have a coffee, tea or smoothies. Its clean and tidy. Plenty of inside parking spaces but the price could be lower. Next to the shopping centre on High Street youll find other shops and eating places. Depending from what direction you come you might need to drive all around the building to get to the car parks.
Lots of shopping places . Good place to visit with kids . Kids have train to ride on . Have pay and park near by .
Being from out of the area, this was our first time at this restaurant. We absolutely loved it. It looks incredible. The decor, lighting and even thoughtful scenting, make it an amazing sensory experience. The whole atmosphere was superb. The food and service all on point too. Just couldnt fault it. A real gem of a place. Will visit again when in the area for sure.
Good shopping place. Good deals and options for lunch. Really tasty food at Tortilla. I recommend it.
The Mall / Shopping Centre is quite good but many stores are closed due to COVID-19.Many stores here but honestly, I will not be coming here for the next year or two as there are much better , interactive centres then this. The mall can be updated and aim to create a better customer interaction in order to attract more customers. There is lack of creativity as I can see many areas that could be updated with a little bit of flexibility. For example: Mall of Emirates or Dubai Mall has amazing support for business that allows them to expand and create ways for business to grow; also to interact with their customers better.Overall, clean and tidy!
The family wanted to check the area, so intu Watford was on the list..The shopping centre itself was rather nice, had many retail stores that youd expect, along side a few food joints for refreshments.Another plus side was it had a little play area for the kids and seating for the adults to sit nearby which was great for us seeing our little one wanted to drain some of her extra energy it seemed.Altogether is was a good experience.
I had great time at this shopping centre. It’s nice and clean and they are expanding. The natural light gives it a great feeling, great stores like Apple, Cineworld and restaurants are in there.
