The ambiance is very nice and the view is great if you are sitting right on the entrance. Waiters were very professional, sweet and helpful & in line with the hygiene requirements. The carpaccio could be better (it was okay for its priceit had a gummy bear feel to it. The Burrata could also be classified as an “okay” since it was a bit soaked with the tomato’s juice but the plate itself went amazing with the bread they brought. Bread and butter were served only when we asked for them which wasn’t very “fine dine” of them. Goat Cheese Salad was great I loved the plate, very rich and tasty. The cocktails were absolutely fire. The dessert was out of this world! It was a delight; super tasty, sweet and intense…

Worst sevice from Vitaliy. First he got the order wrong (wrong berriesthen he just left dirty plates in front of us as he chatted with another waiter by the bar. Absolute garbage that makes 11 Mirror "just another" restaurant-bar instead of one of a handful of top places.

Excellent food and cocktails as well as the service at the restaurant! We have tried a couple of starters, cocktails and deserts. Food has been delivered at perfect timing, food looked mouthwatering and tasted delicious, our service was very attentive and polite. Will be back here again for sure. The views from the rooftop are stunning! We came here during the daytime and saw some beautiful city views, but will definitely come back to see the beautiful night lights.

A very chic and stylish rooftop bar, it is closed place on 11th floor of a boutique hotel.When I went there, they found a table for me, but said that if you would like to sit near windows it is better to call and reserve it prior 1-2 days.It has a nice bar menu full of cocktails. They smell nice, taste great and have a decent price for luxurious place!Have fun!

Great atmosphere, great views, excellent food, and the staff was incredible. Went for a date, and was truly impressed. While it was somewhat expensive, it was certainly not overly-priced considering the level of services and overall quality. If youre looking for an upper-scale dining experience in Kyiv, this is a must-see.

Thats a very nice place to hang out with your friends. They provide a very nice atmosphere where you can easily have a nice conversation. Music is not very loud. Venue also provided different events throughout the week.And a view is undescribable.

Hehe - 1280 for lamb rack or 1250 for a tuna steak. Nice place to chill out with a drink and a view. Price for food is the same as 3 star Michelin awarded restaurants. Will await the stars before I order anything but drinks. 5 stars for the view and service.

Loved it! One of the best cocktail places in Kyiv, the staff is amazing, we had Roman, who was an exceptional waiter, passionately waited for me to choose a drink, helped with the food and wine, because their wine menu is quite big. I have to note their view, come at the evening, and enjoy the city centre, the place is very relaxed, if you need to relax and enjoy a few drinks definitely come here

A very nice cocktail bar and restaurant. It certainly stands in the top list of attractive and trendy bars in Kyiv. Here you enjoy a great view of the city while youre having your favorite meal or drink. Special cocktails and drinks are of course the highlight of the menu, but slightly overpriced. Well, it is the rooftop view. Service is great, prompt, but not yet excellent. Bartenders performing and waiters keep up with clients. Very clean, easy accessible. I would come back and I would recommend. Worth trying when in Kyiv.

Perhaps it was an off night at 11 Mirrors kitchen, but the food here was by far the worst Ive had in years. I am never a negative person and rarely post a bad review about anyone, even after a bad experience. But this is more of a warning to any international visitors who may be lured into this spot based on looks..Long story short, both my girl and I ended up back in our room vomiting and regretting the entire experience. Basically, a ruined Friday night. A night we were truly looking forward to spending together and enjoying after a long week..We are from NYC and used to great food. We also travel all over the world and eat at both Michelin restaurants and not-so-fancy restaurants which offer incredible local cuisine..On the positive side, 11 Mirrors is a really cool place, awesome atmosphere, great drinks - feels like youre in London. But they should stop right there. At most, maybe offer some small bar bites. Stick to serving incredible cocktails..Their kitchen is a classic attempt at refined cuisine by a chef who clearly has no experience in true fine food. He or she is simply only good at adorning beautiful plates. They are pretty, but that is about it. The moment they touch your pallet, you immediately understand this is no better than subpar hotel room servivce or late night delivery of McDonalds..Their seafood is NOT fresh, we should have understood this when they brought out a Monkfish taster compliments of the chef. It was really bad. I ordered black cod, and when it arrived it was completely overcooked. It had the consistency of chewing gum and tasted as if it were sitting in a refrigerator for a week. Perhaps it is not ordered so often as it is the most expensive menu item. But they should throw out old fish, not save it and wait until someone orders it. Totally unacceptable for this price bracket. At least fresh fish..I apologized and gave it back, told them its ok to charge me for it but that I couldnt eat it. They were kind enough to take it off our bill..I then ordered a fillet mignon. Figured to stick to their meats. Sadly, it came grossly undercooked, fully rare on the inside and just not a good quality meat. I asked them to please cook it a bit more, as I had ordered medium rare. Yet it still wasnt ok. It was just then burnt on the outside, with the inside exactly as it came originally. The chef had thrown it on a searing pan instead of an oven to properly cook the inside. Finally they brought it over a 3rd time, with half the filet properly cooked and the other half same as before. Was an unfortunate mess..My girl ordered the Lamb rack, which was decent at first but after a few bites discoverer an uncooked slab towards the middle. It just seems they dont have proper kitchen equipment or just dont have experience in cooking. She also had a nori salmon roll, which tasted like old refrigerated supermarket fish..Overall, I truly feel bad writing such a review but this cant just go unnoticed. Specially with the confusion that occurs with reviews for the hotel. The hotel is amazing, the rooftop is super cool, the drinks are awesome. But DO NOT come here for dinner..They should truly reevaluate their strategy. Perhaps just serve simple bar bites and focus on being a really cool rooftop. You dont have to be everything - be amazing at the things you do very well..As a business owner, this is my advice for 11 Mirrors. Stick to what you are good at. If you will be serving food, buy fresh and high quality meats and fish, invest in a proper commericial kitchen and hire a great chef. Your investment will pay off handsomely as you have a beautiful venue with tremendous potential. You could be world class with the right chef in the kitchen..If we had come here just for drinks and a good time, Id be a regular and more than happy to spend money here every night without thinking twice of the bill. Unfortunately, after the experience we had, I would never want to experience this place again.

Restaurant with the best view in Kiev! Today we had a lunch with my family here and it was our second time at this place. First of all, I’d like to notice that service is on the highest level. We ordered all positions from Ukrainian kitchen and were satisfied with the taste and serving. Staff is very kindly and work quickly.I recommend 11Mirrors Rooftop Restaurant for everyone who wanna enjoy the beauty and the taste of Ukraine!!!

Very friendly staff and absolutely gorgeus view! The chicken Kiev is a must!!!

The view is amazing, the food is slightly above average, waiter was ok, but the organization and planning was disorganized and unaccommodating. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday, made the reservation in advance ( for 3 hours, as the restaurant was gonna close at 10 for private party). Upon arrival we were told that we must vacate our table 1,5 hours earlier so the staff can prepare the event. We spent over 10 000 UAH, felt rushed and not very welcomed, not to mention that the glasses were sticky and the a napkin not very clean.

Fantastic location and atmosphere, great service, friendly staff, delicious cocktails from a World Class Bar menu. And last but the most important is a breathtaking view from the top of 11 Mirrors Design Hotel! This place should be visited at least once (or better many more timesin a lifetime!
