Had spicy chicken wrap there.1. I like how the interior looks like and appreciate the effort. And the branding2. The service was good. Could be friendlier though.3. The wrap was overpriced. Seriously Rs 150 for a ~15 cm wrap. It deserves Rs 90.4. Im slightly health conscious and theres not enough vegetables in it. I think 2 leaves of lettuce or some tomatoes or carrots would do the trick. Have a cheat on Subway. But make sure that the vegetables doesnt start to perish in the wrap when left out for too long.5. Was not spicy at all.6. The chicken was great.7. I like the wrapping paper.8. Rapid service.Went again.. Had a spicy chicken burger..1. Was delicious and just crunchy.2. Slightly overpriced ~Rs 1683. Was not spicy.4. Rapid service5. Had some lettuces.6. Was clean.1. The tacos had a good filling and was tasty, I wish it had some salad.

I used to love ichicken more than any other fried chicken outlet..and i was a frequent customer there.. i havent eaten ichicken for about a year.. i was excited to have the chicken tenders burger.. i had the spicy one and it was not cooked.. the chicken was still raw and the taste was not like back ago.. i am really dissapointed.. kindly brimg back the taste.. And the staff, there was a man there who does not have basic manners.. kindly educate your staff specially that man working in ichicken vacoas

I ordered 2 burgers and 1 panini, the lady was very nice .But unfortunately they forget to add the panni in the parcelAnd the burger was salty

Good quality chicken which is both crispy outside and tender inside.Only issue is the food is TOO salty.I love salty food but this one is wayyyy too salty, which is a bit unbearable and unhealthy.If only they could reduce the salt it would be perfect.

Closer to my place than KFC, and food-wise it is quite worthy of the overall value for money. The Tower Spicy is much better than a KFC Zinger if I was to compare apples with apples.

If you want to avoid the disgusting KFC in Mauritius, I would fully recommend iChicken.Tastier and less salty. The choice of getting different sauces also is a nice touch.

The staff dont know whats 5 mins mean. They tell you to wait 5mins then make u wait for 20mins. But the food is good

I would have given 5 star 🌟 but giving only 1 because of the disgusting experience I just have had!I used to love Ichicken tacos, the chicken was always fresh and with lots of creamy sauce. Today i bought tacos for my whole family and chicken was not fresh at all, lots of skin on the chicken and looked like they used chicken that wasnt sold in the previous day. Nausea feeling! Whole family disappointed with the taste!

If you like KFC, then this is the closest one you can find, the food is very tasty and affordable price. Value for Money.

Its a nice place to eat with friends and relatives providing hallal chicken which is absolutely delicious but the negative feedback is that for the debit/credit card 💳 purchase isnt acceptable yet hope they are going to accept it in the future as today many people prefer to use their card to purchase.

Portion isnt same, bread became shorter and so are the chicken which is disappointing half bread i get chicken other half i get salad. Huh does your place lack of chicken? I do know some people who sell chicken at good price.

As unhealthy as it may sound, Ichicken has become a lifestyle for me, it is literally a lifesaver. They have the most delicious and tender chicken bites and pieces Ive ever had, 3 addicting sauces, each of them unique in taste and the ultimate best burger and wrap! I personally prefer the wrap for its juiciness and because of the matchmaking of these ingredients. I highly recommend visiting, it has this cozy vibe with kind staffs that we all need at some point in our lives.

First time went to eat there, french fries are soggy the chicken piece was too dry and my burger as Ive opened the clam a foreign object (small piece of scratch pad was hanging onto the chicken Patty. Another fresh burger was replaced after informed them but I didnt felt hungry after seeing that... Please be more vigilant

The food is good but service quality and eat-in restaurant is bad. There were many flies inside restaurant and service quality is poor. Such a waste considering that the food is good.

The chicken pieces and burgers are much better than we have another famous brand. The Tower Spicy Burger is very nice. The chilli Thai mayo brings a value added which is unique. Must taste..

Thoroughly impressed with the place - the deco, the branding, etc. The food is tasty and almost match KFC. I would prefer to have the spicy version a bit more spicy but thats my personal preference. Overall, money well spent!

I really luv the food..it has a very good taste..but the thing which I hate is.. sometimes if u have command a food which does not cost too much..they dnt serve you when its ur turn..they prioritize customers who has bought more food than u even though they have come after you..they make u feel less important..which clearly shows dat there r not concerned abt their customers but they r rather concerned abt their money only..

Customer service not good ! I came a before 11 am because I didnt know the opening hours. It was as if I was disturbing the lady . There was not even a smile ti greet my daughter . . Very disappointed !!
