I LOVE this place! Its such a good place to go when your really craving some boba, so friendly and good boba i orderd the Coconut boba tea. Its not too sweet its perfect! My friend was trying boba for the first time and she orderd the milk tea and a honeydew, she did not like the milk tea haha!overall so good

Ive gone to many boba places in dfw, but iTeaLounge in Euless has the best tasting drinks! Boba coffees are my favorite, and this place never disappoints. They are less pricy and provide a nice & quiet space if you want to get work done or read a book ☺️

I ordered strawberry milk tea with mango pops. It was a little on the sour side but overall it’s good.

Tapioka boba is definitly not Fresh maybe had the bubble sitting to long..

I loved the bubble tea and the woman who worked there was so friendly and nice. But the guy there, wow was he rude. I said hi and he said "what do you want?" and after he took my order i said "thank you" and he was like next. I mean, I feel bad giving 3/5 because I enjoyed the place but rude guy really.

Drinks came out fast and they were good ! I got the honeydew milk tea. I enjoyed it more than other boba places because it wasn’t too sweet. Usually I have to ask to have the sweetness adjusted. They also had a bunch of snacks for sale to. Good place to stop by for a treat while shopping in the area.

This boba spot has SO MANY DRINK OPTIONS! Service is quick and great, space is clean and comfortable, and of course drinks are delicious. Come here for all your boba cravings!

Disgusting powdered tea that tastes like sugar water and mothballs. Had to discard our drinks after first sip.

I had the Honeydew milk boba tea. The taste was great but it was warm with very little ice. For $6, I wish they had added more ice.

Today, my rose tea had no sugar nor could I taste rose. My sons juice had that gross, gunky boba in it instead of the strawberry pop.My last 4 orders have been wrong.I genuinely once loved this place.I will not return.

I have been coming here for over a year and my drinks are always consistently good no matter what I get. The staff is always quick, nice, and it is cozy inside. There is also a huge selection and different milk choices including almond, coconut, or even protein blends. Tons of topping choices too. It is also in an area that is easy to get to. I have yet to be served a drink that’s so bad I need to throw it away..For the people complaining about the straws..there are two sets of straws. The left is small straws and the right is boba straws. This location also appears to be family owned or a small brand..so it isn’t exactly going to compare with the big boba tea franchises with multiple locations that have fancy machines and a full staff..with that being said the prices are much better here and you don’t have to deal with the huge crowd. (Spent almost $9 at a boba place in k-town vs $5 here for the same drinkThis location is also one of few boba places in the area. Overall though, it’s still good and I enjoy visiting smaller businesses.Also some of the workers are elderly and one is special needs. Communicate if you have a problem! :)

Got the Taro Coconut Cream Blend and Watermelon Ice Blend with boba. When I went, it was deserted, so my order was made pretty quick. The boba was fine. The drinks were okay. The Watermelon Ice Blend was okay, but I have definitely had better. I don’t think there was enough ice. It was already melting or mostly liquid by the time I got it, and the consistency at the end of the drink was not very good. For the Taro Coconut, there wasn’t enough Taro. I felt like it was mainly coconut. I thought it tasted fine at first, but after drinking more, I couldn’t finish the rest. I know these are powdered drinks, but something was off. I drink a lot of boba drinks, so it didn’t seem right. Just threw it away. I’m from out of town, looking to get a good boba drink, but this wasn’t it. Don’t recommend.

Bought a vanilla latte bubble tea. It was the best! Very cozy place, definitely returning!

I had their thai tea and honestly I have had better. My daughter had the taro and it was amazing! I will definitely be getting that next time.

The place is cute with books and a seating area but the tea is not worth a trip. The boba didn’t taste good and we got 2 different kinds. When we walked in no one greeted us and when I went up to the counter to order the guy was more interested in his phone than us as customers. After the tea came out my daughter was a bit fussy about it and the lady was like it’s good it’s good she just need to drink it. I tried mine and it was trash so I threw it away right in front of her and she said nothing. I ended up leaving with my daughters drink but before I even left the parking lot threw it away because my daughter didn’t like the taste and couldn’t get the boba due to the straw being too small. I’m frustrated that I just wasted $12 on 2 drinks.

The location is easy to get to. Plus my order came out very quick! However my grievances are with the drink I ordered, it tasted like the pearls had been made and then were stored for a few days and then they mixed other pearls from a newer batch. The consistency was off, and it just seemed watered down.

My favorite Boba in HEB. Most people get their drinks to go here. Its a quiet sort of vibe in there. But the drinks are good af.

The best thing about ordering through UberEats/DD, if your order is wrong, theyll take care of it expeditiously. I love boba tea, but I always get the pearls and never the boba. For me, the boba taste ruins the drink and I have a hard time getting past that. Well, two of our three drinks were made with boba, and not the requested pearls. Yuck, that was a complete wash.I may order from here again, but Ill make sure to visit the store and not use a delivery service.What a disappointment.

Good drinks, kind staff, and fast service. I ordered the taro milk tea with boba and it was really good. The staff was very friendly, greeting me when I entered and helping take my order. I have no complaints and would defintely recommend iTea Lounge to anyone in the area looking for boba!

Wish I had a better experience like everyone else. I ordered pudding in my drink and it was obviously expired . It was so sour and rancid !! I wont be back, just knowing that they dont have fresh ingredients or the respect to tell me theyre out and offer me another alternative.

Great experience, cozy fun vibes. and fresh boba tea it taste great and a fun chill spot for a kid day break alone or with freinds. the sofa in the back was very comfy. Mango green tea with mango popping bubbles was my order.

Drinks are good but the staff is daft, I ordered a lychee ice blend with boba and lychee jelly very clearly and for some reason all I got was the jelly. Its really not that hard to pay attention and listen, if you are unsure ask. I didnt notice until halfway home because I had 2 other drinks for other people that were wrapped in a bag which should have been in the same bag because they were the same and mine was different but for some reason they wrapped mine with 1 of the 2 that were the same, real bummer to realize you didnt get what you ordered until its too late.

I have recently discovered Boba tea and I absolutely love it. I could not find a location open on Easter Sunday until I stumbled upon this location. The customer service was great and my service was fast. I will definitely be visiting anytime I am the area again.

I have been looking for a place like the iTea Lounge in the Bedford Euless area, and by far this is the best place to go for Boba teas, milks, juices, smoothies, cream blends and iced blends. They use fresh quality ingredients, blending the frozen blends to a smooth and perfect consistency. My favorite is the White Chocolate Mocha Frozen Coffee Blend with Almond Milk & Flavor (by special requestwith Boba. This is a small family owned and operated business (sweet, older couple). Please give them a try next time you crave a bubble tea drink, you will love it! Lets help our community small businesses stay open and be profitable, especially the really great ones! The atmosphere is actually a lounge as the name describes; couches, chairs, small tables, and bookshelves with magazines and books (kind of reminds me of the Bon Giorgio coffee house atmosphere You could definitely relax and read a book, get together with friends, or meet your date here talk while enjoying the delicious drinks. The prices are reasonable and the cup size is a step larger than other places in the area, and the place is very clean.

I love the milk teas here! I’ve been here a few times and these guys never fail to satisfy my boba addiction. Although it might look a bit small from the outside, there is a lounge inside which I can spend hours in. Due to covid, last time I went and stayed was a while back and there was a pac man machine, which I loved.

Its a really nice place to hang out when covid is over or gone but the staff is really nice and they have a little lounge thats interesting they have books to read and study. They have little board games to play and have some of peoples art some made on the wall. They have a nice tv and have light music in the background while it does have a really nice aesthetic atmosphere. I got a honeydew boba milk tea so far its pretty good. The staff is nice and friendly very attentive and there wasnt any hassle trying to figure out what to get since there is a board showing their flavors. They also have customer favorites on a blackboard too so try those out

If you know what youre ordering then I highly suggest this place. Very delicious and authentic.Our only problem was we had no idea what foba balls were an ordered them in our tea. Very strange and awkward when they go into your mouth! So I cant give those things a five star review haha.

My experience with the cream blend is not a good for me. Somehow it taste water down. I order two different drink and both were very watery, not a shake thick consistency, maybe it meant to be like that. I dont know. I will give it one more try, if the same. I wont be buying here again. I bought from other place and the thick shake consistency remain even 30 minute drive from the store to my house. Im only 5 minute from this place.

We ordered 4 drinks: Taro Milk Tea, Jasmine Honey Green Tea, Green Apple Ice Blend, and Blueberry Cream Blend. Our whole family enjoyed all of our drinks. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The prices are reasonable.

Walked in and they had an extremely inappropriate/disturbing movie playing. The sound was playing so you couldn’t fully ignore what was happening. Other customers in the building were requesting it to be changed, and they were not changing it. Got my tea to go, I ordered Boba and there were hardly any bubbles in it and the tea did not taste good.

Stopped by here due to our flight being a few hours delayed. The staff lady was super nice and friendly. We ordered our drinks and they tasted good! We weren’t sure how sweet the honey and sweet ones level would be so we asked for less sweetness. After tasting the drink, the staff member was kind and offered to add more honey and sweeten it up. We will stop by here if we’re ever flying back to Dallas. :)

The drinks tasted great, I loved how you could see all the flavors of tea and poppables and boba on the wall. Service was pretty fast, but while I waited, there were lots of little decorations that were fun to look at. Ive been wanting to go back but just havent found the time.

Friendly service. Too pricey compared to other bubble tea in other Asian bobba tea store and Asian restaurant. The drink is okay but very diluted. Smoothies needs correct amount of ingredients and not tasting like a regular milk drink.

We love coming here on our lunch breaks! So many options for boba and so much more. The owners and staff are always so sweet. They have a rewards program and some quick bites as well. Will be coming back!

Great customer service. The taro coconut with red bean was really good. Plenty of customize-able combinations for a smoothie, tea, iced, hot or blended drink. There’s options to how sweet you’d like your drink too which is a plus.I will definitely come back and visit.

Very nice place. Location is great between shopping area. The owner is very friendly and the menu offers vast range of drinks from coffee, tea, cream blends, juices etc. Toady was my first time trying this place. I got mango pineapple smoothie with lychee pops and man I was impressed. This place is little pricey but it is totally worth it for what you are getting. Highly recommended and will definitely go here again.

Free WiFi, friendly staff, and plenty of comfortable seating if you want to stay and hang out. But the drinks themselves are a little underwhelming and definitely a little overpriced. The flavors arent strong enough when many drinks are $4.50 or nearly $5. Smoothies will be closer to $6. If youre looking for boba tea, you can probably find a similar quality for cheaper.

Been here two times already and had awesome customer service each time! I get the milk green tea boba and my fiance gets the taro boba. Its been amazing each time and I love the lounge set up. With me being pregnant I want to stay on the couches here all day! And they dont mind haha!

I like this place, but sometimes you know you order a strawberry mango smoothie and they decide to give you a strawberry or the bobas frozen but the staffs still cool.

This was my first time at their establishment. I was there to attend a local group gathering and the owners were so incredibly nice and accommodating. Within minutes I met both of the owners, a lovely husband and wife. I had their Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Tapioca, it may have been one of the best smoothies I have ever had. I will step out of my comfort zone next time and try some of their tea. I look forward to going back.
