A real getaway in Phnom Penh. Impeccable service and beautiful place to relax
What a great experience we had at Roha Garden Hotel! Fantastic gardens, beautiful breakfast, attention to everything little detail. The staff is very helpful and friendly.Special thank you to the owner of the hotelWe will definitely come back to Roha home, because it felt like home.
This resort, its facilities and the staff are fantastic! We recently stayed for a month on holiday and family visit and it was like an oasis in the middle of a busy city. The staff could not do enough for us; location central and very quiet and peaceful. We referred to Iroha as "home" during our stay because that is what it felt like - very comfortable and friendly.
I had the best stay here. The nicest nicest staff. It felt like coming home every time I returned to this beautiful villa set in lush gardens … tasteful, welcoming, unique
The best hotel in the world :-)Great service, great food, great place!!!
We spent 4 nights at the iRoHa and had a great experience. The pool and gardens are lovely and set in a great location, very quiet street and little distraction from the surrounding city.Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, could not ask for better service! Thanks for a lovely stay.
Incredible staff, great food, localisation is nice too… I would definitely recommend, without a doubt. Thanks again for your hospitality!
Go there for the tranquil rooms, the beautiful gardens, and great location. Stay there and return for the best customer service of any hotel in the world. They anticipate your needs before you even knew you had them! Going for a swim? They will bring you a towel and glass of cold water. Ready for bed? You will find a bathrobe and flowers prepared before you reach your room. I cant recommend this place highly enough!
Very nice garden hotel. Property is clean and quite well maintained. Restaurant is good but priced too high. Service is fine but sometimes feels messy and unorganised. For example, at check out we flagged a small missing item on our bill, staff said it was fine. But the next day, someone else from the staff ran to us for paying it. Overall, quality was lower than similarly priced hotels we visited in Cambodia.
Location is in the central which is closed to Royal palace, Independent statue...etc.Price is very fair, and you will be more than surprised what you paid for.Service is amazing!! They service you as family members and sometimes the owner comes to greet and seek for more advise. Simply smiles and more smiles to come.Perfect from 6months old till 80years old. Because of great hospitality all guests seem to be very friendly. Well, I am definitely staying for more days. 😁😁
iRoHa is such a wonderful oasis in the heart of Phnom Penh! Rooms are comfortable, swimming pool large enough to swim laps, lush garden full of bird song, delicious food, wonderful spa service… but what sets it apart is the wonderful staff, so attentive to every detail! We were impressed with how they anticipated our every need. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
I stayed here during a very difficult emotional and physical time. The staff and owner were wonderfully supportive and kind. The garden and swimming pool beautiful. I recommend this hotel highly.
Wonderful,Great resort with very nice design rooms and all clean. Quiet and peaceful you feel out of the city. Beautiful garden and pool. The service was excellent.I highly recommend.Iroha Garden we will be back.Thankyou for everything!
A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh where the staff go beyond the call of duty to make your stay extra special.
Wonderful place & people. Great service & food. Its my second home in Cambodia. Thank you very much❤
I only stayed for one night but everything was amazing! The food, the room, the pool but especially the staff. They’re all so friendly and accommodating, they did everything to make my stay enjoyable. I haven’t seen hospitality this good anywhere else in Phnom Penh! I will be telling all my friends to come here and experience it first hand.
The value of the Iroha Garden Hotel is exceptional. The staff are like your family. Its not cheap, but its also not too expensive either. And therein lies the rub: You get a nice comfortable, modern, contemporary, stylish room. You get a great breakfast (anytime during the day). Everyone is there to help you with anything, large or small, and they do so quickly, and efficiently, with a genuine smile. They make you feel like your are part of the family. The owner is very friendly and works hard to make every guest feel welcome. And this attitude and work ethic is reflected in all of the staff. People that live in PP come here for a long weekend, and that is telling. At the end of the day, you feel like your money is well-spent. You wont find a better value. You are basically paying half price for the service level. To get this service level anywhere else, you will pay double. The hotel is located on a semi-private, gated road, so traffic on the street is minimal. It is a large garden compound, set away from the street. It is very quiet most of the days and nights, yet in close proximity to the hustle and bustle of PP.A very helpful young man on the staff helped me obtain a decent hardtail bike, which I rented for $10 a day, to do local rides around the city. But I dont recommend this city riding for beginners, as it is challenging urban riding in and out of thousands of scooters, tuktuks, cars, trucks, etc. Crazy but also fun!I dont want to mention staff by name, but all the young gals and guys were so incredibly friendly and helpful and caring. Thank you to everyone that made my stay wonderful! If you stay longer than two weeks, they will work with you on rates. If you need to make changes to your booking schedule, they will work with you.I will probably return to PP just to go visit the Iroha family again.
I have 10 fantastic nights in this hotel. The manager is from Japan, thus the rooms are of MUJI style. Maybe you can get a much lower rate if you talk to the manager in person or by email. Dont miss it if you stay in Phnom Penh!
A beautiful hotel - The staff make you feel like family and welcome you back every time you return to the property.A 1950s hotel, enclosed with private gardens and a lovely half sunk pool - an oasis in the middle of the city. Surrounding the pool their are plenty of sunloungers and cabanas which are perfect to relax in after a day in Phnom Penh. Sun or shade there is a spot in the garden for everyone.Location is great - the property is down a private road that has security 24/7 due to the embassy. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance and the hotel can get you a friendly tuk tuk wherever else you need to go.The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Our only grumble would be our shower was over the bath and wasnt very powerful and not a rainfall shower as described & The wifi is also a little slow but neither of these points would discourage us from staying again. The breakfast was a la carte and you picked from a menu - plenty of choice and very tasty and it was a great start to the day sitting in the garden having coffee.A brilliant stay and we cannot thank the staff enough.
This hotel was the sanctuary we needed after a busy week. The atmosphere at IRoHa is amazing. But nothing compares to the compassion and care of the staff. I would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone in the Phnom Penh. Thank you for the time we had with you.
An oasis tucked away from the hustle and noise of the city. The staff is over the top kind and attentive, with the owner marking his rounds assuring you are happy with everything. Good food and lovely dining pool is perfect. We would highly recommend if you are looking for upscale & relaxing lodging.
What a lovely oasis. Away from the noise and traffic. We stayed here 2 nights. After being on tour all day it was great to come back here. Rooms are great, comfortable bed and good shower. Decent size pool. Both nights we had dinner here. Good variety of food with local, western and Japanese. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner is always around and welcomes all new guests and checks that you are happy.
Absolutely exceptional. Thoughtful touches throughout our time here. We are traveling around the world for 6 months and this hotel will definitely standout. The owner (a world travelersaid, "I wanted to create a place I would want to stay." Exactly what iRoHa fulfills. The rooms and whole grounds are beautifully designed. The location is quiet. The A/C gets the room cold and the shades kept it dark for sleep. And A++ for glass bottles of drinking water that you can self refill. THIS is what I have been searching for all around Asia - nice to see someone do it right! Thank you. And the staff is as friendly as you will find in any hotel.
Such friendly staff, and the best breakfast offering I’ve ever had at a hotel - with multiple different options ranging from American to European to Japanese to a variety of local options, and available all day!
Honestly one of the nicest and friendliest hotels I have stayed in in a long time! The staff are exceptional; from the minute you walk in, they are attentive and keen to help in any way. One of our bags was damaged in the unloading from the taxi. The porter insisted it was emptied then took it to be repaired and brought it back the same day. He absolutely refused payment saying it was his responsibly to fix. The rest of the staff are equally professional and helpful even offering to look after the kids while we visit the genocide museum. The owner or the assistant manager would come over at breakfast to chat about our plans for the day then offer advice to improve the experience or offer to book things for us.The hotel itself is lovely with beautifully decorated rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. A peaceful retreat and the end of a busy day sightseeing and a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city.Overall, a fantastic place, cannot recommend enough.
Excelent place to relax and disconnect. Rooms are great: spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Service is exceptional. Owner/manager was around to greet us several times. We felt welcome and at home.
Brilliant place to stay while in Pnohm Penh .Great value for money .The rooms are massive , pool is great , location is quiet which is good in a bustling city , staff are extremely accommodating.Book a couple of nights here.
The rooms were great. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The personnel is helpful and friendly and always available. The environment is clean and quiet. They arrange transport and have private lockup parking. The service in the restaurant and bar is above average. I must admit that the food was nog that great, but being close to town not a problem to go out to eat
Its easy to give this boutique hotel a 5 star rating. The staff including the hands on owner went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best. Unparrelled hospitality - they even gave us a mobile phone to borrow in case we needed to contact them when on a day trip!!!Great value for money, good location, large rooms, air con and pool. Highly recommend.
An secluded and relaxing hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh. A true oasis in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. A charming owner, who greeted us every morning at breakfast. The staff could not more to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Look to further to find your “home” in PP :-)
Beautiful garden hotel owned by a friendly Japanese couple. Friendly, intelligent staff. Ive stayed there many times. Large, square pool, good restaurant. Try the artsy Theato bungalow rooms!
By far the absolute best hotel in Phnom Penh. The service is OUTSTANDING! They make you feel so welcome and treat you like family. The food is delicious and the atmosphere feels like an oasis from the busy streets of Phnom Penh! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Do not miss your chance to stay here!
Wonderful hotel, beautiful garden and pool. Staff were efficient and friendly, charming owner. Near the Russian Market area.Highly recommend!
This place is very convenient for traveling Cambodia. I recommend a TukTuk out of the airport, a taxi was $15 standard fare. Free breakfast and rooms are more than comfortable. I also went to Siem Reap via bus. PSD bus station that I took to Siem Reap is literally around the block. Book here you wont be dissatisfied.
We had a lovely stay at this Japanese owned boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and pretty, beds and futon comfortable and shower nice. The breakfast is elaborate and tasty. We had some of the Khmer food too which was good. I also swam ! Really nice
Super clean and comfortable first class Hotel! The staff are very friendly, not in a commercial but more of a friendly way.I stayed with my 2.5 year old son.it was definitely a toddler friendly hotelAs for bed we were provided with a toddlers bed which my son was super excited about since it had a bear character all over the bedAt the restaurant they provided a baby seat which me and my husband were very happy about because toddlers can get very messy. The pool has the small space where the toddlers can kind of play with water. If I come to Cambodia pnom Penh again I will definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay. Very quiet, like hidden garden in the bustle of the city. More importantly i love to see that they have adopted environment friendly tourism like Making light bulb from from used bottle, using filter water instead of bottle water. And the staff are very nice and polite. Highely recommend to anybody who wants a peaceful and environment friendly stay in Phnom Penh
The best choice for resting in Phnom Penh! Kind and warmful staffs, clean and pleasant surroundings and very posh swimming pool! You can have a wonderful and perfect holiday!
This was the best hotel stay I have had in a very long time. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The staff and hotel personal made the stay turn from great to excellent. Good breakfast with a variety of options. The rooms were spacious and beds not hard. Very relaxing, great for a romantic getaway or just hanging with the whole family.
This is one of the most satisfied hotel i have ever stayed. All staff are very supportive and caring. They give you like-home feeling when they walk you to the door and ask how is your trip. They are eco friendly where they provided all necessities if needed, but they prefer you used your own if you bring. It is highly recommanded.
Great place! Gives you some time and room to get away fromn all the noise and the diet of the vibrant city. The staff is friendly and helps you all the time. If you stay here check our the pizza place mateo ( only one block awayits worth it!!!
Very nice Japanese Couple keeping everything very nice. Wonderful Khmer at. Good breakfast, not too much, just right amount. Comfortable rooms, not overdone but very comfortable.
Very nice place with very welcoming staff. The Spacious rooms are simple but well decorated. The breakfast is a bit small beside a nice swimming pool and large garden.
Absolutely the best place we have stayed in during over two months travelling in Asia. I cannot recommend this hotel, and particularly the wonderful staff highly enough. We have a month of travelling to go and we are tempted to forget about that and just stay here!
Nice hotel, the manager is very friendly and will come and see you at breakfast or dinner to ask if everything alright and talk a bit about your stay, the restaurant downstairs is good and quite cheap. Multiple protections against mosquitos in the rooms.
Just amazing. Why anyone coming to PP would stay anywhere else is beyond me. Great massages, good food (although dont eat every meal there as there are good restaurants hereand very nice accommodations.
Amazing Boutique hotel. Great owner. Personal attention. Impeccable cleanliness. Safety is high because of being surrounded by embassies and dignitaries.
Super friendly staff. We lost our flight and arrived in the next morning, and the manager gave us an upgrade because they couldnt refund the first day.The hotel is cute, in a nice area. The room was amazing!I super recommend it.
Friendly staff and located on a very quite road, did not hear anything during the night. Good food available along with a selection of wine and other drinks. The staff are willing to help organizing your travels onwards, such as bus tickets as well as hotel bookings if you need it.
Beautiful hotel & rooms. Very attentive staff & Japanese owner make a point to get to know the guests. For travelers with car or bikes, theres a private carpark to leave your car in safety, than to risk being stolen when park on the street in Phnom Penh.
