Не мисля, че има думи, с които да опиша този кошмар…ТОЗИ ХОТЕЛ ТРЯБВА ДА БЪДЕ ЗАТВОРЕН!!!!Имахме усещането, че сме в крайпътен мотел в Дивия Запад.Няма климатик в стаята, Ужасно занемарена и неподдържана база. Соц обзавеждане, баня от 70те или 80те, стаята миришеше на застояло и беше пълна с мушички, миризливки, комари и други буболечки с неясен за мен вид. УЖАСЕН УЖАС!!! Снимките нямат общо с реалността. На всичкото отгоре бяхме обвинени в кражба, че сме взели шалтетата на леглата.

Неприятни моменти от престоя в хотела. При 36° навън, в стаите няма климатици, мирише на мухъл, не липсват хлебарки и мушици. УЖАСЕН ХОТЕЛ, не отсядайте там!Уважаепопотребителвисота

Като цяло е доста хубаво.Обслужването е доста нахално , имаше една кака с джуки която ти се отваряше на всяка втора дума.Хотела е доста грозен отвън ,но от вътре е екстра.Храната е доста не качествена , но има лидел на 2 минути.

Ужасен! Неможех да повярвам, че за 80 лв няма климатик и прозореца се отваря леко, колкото да не умреш от задух. Малки и тясни стаи.

A 3 stars hotel in Pleven (Bulgaria), which stands as a huge accommodation mastodont from Communist times. Partly refurbished, Balkan Hotel its a fair option at this level, even though theres a lot of room for improvements!

Although some of the rooms are a little old-fashioned, the customer service at Hotel Balkan is worth your stay.

Перфектен хотел за тази ценова категория ! Построен преди около 40 години в тогавашние стил. Топъл, добри матраци, отношението на персонала е на ниво. Има безплатен паркинг за гостите на хотела Закуската беше разнообразна с качествени продукти ,а ресторанта на последния етаж е с фантастична гледка и търпеливи сервитьори с много добро отношение. Пак бих отседнал там .

Horrible, wouldnt recommend it to anybody.Our sheets hadnt been changed and had hairs all over them. No ventilation in the toilet. The room was dusty. The interior was very worn down. We asked for new sheets, but apparently they had none left. When we complained, the manager had a terrible attitude and accused us of lying to get "compensation". It was humiliating honestly.On the bright side the other staff were very understanding and sincerely tried to help us. The location is good too.

Well... The hotel was supposed to be best in pleven but overall it was below average in terms of rooms. Location is very nice. Reception and staff is very good. And these stars are only for this. Room wasnt good. Or maybe because I experienced Sofia Novotel and thats why I couldnt find it okay. Anyway, location is very nice. And thats it

Very neglected hotel. The hygiene and cleanliness is practically non-existant. Hairs on the pillows, blood on towels, stains in the bathroom... For sure the hotel can use a lot of renovation, restoration and restructuring. Breakfast is shy and products are of subpar quality.

The sweetest hotel and stuff

Stayed here on business clean but basic . Staff very friendly spoke English well so made things go better. Room was clean but dated. Breakfast was leisurely and lady who was overseeing it very helpful .

Visited this hotel on three occasions, family celebrations, each time, good food, good service, good surroundings.

It was awful! The hotel rooms are so old, they have a lot to renovate on them and the toilet dont have a fanning system so it smells like poop 24/7. Floors 13, 12 and 11 dont have breakfast. The ONLY good thing about it was the food.

I think hotel Balkan is the best place around they might not be perfect but there is no better

The most ridiculous place we have visited this year so far. Hostile attitude at the reception, the so called renovated rooms are actually just painted. Guests gain free access to the drain pipes through a door which we thought was a part of the closet. Prices are unclear breakfast is not included. For the price of 40 EUR / night we got surprised by the previous guests food left in the fridge. No mini bar btw. Could not even dare to ask about room service since any request we made at the reception received the same response "we dont know - there is ...(whateveryou (!!!should ask" in almost hysterical manner. If possible - avoid this place at all means.
