I would really recommend this place as the food are pretty tasty and there were wide variety of new items per daily menu. Also would recommend trying out Sizzlers for 40/- AED.

Average restaurant if you want to eat Kerala food. Wouldnt recommend their fusion/ experimental dishes, theyve always made me regret ordering them.

Just had beef ulli roast by 26 aed, only 3pc bone and one bubblegum had given.. and their responds that because of fresh beef... Very bad-- 30th sep 2022

Do not go there if you are hungry or you are too busy , it takes long time to serve foods.

My visit was with family and confirmed that we would like to opt both veg and nonveg options before getting a seat. The staff who took our order was discouraging us from ordering veg food by stating that he cant assure how quick veg food will be prepared and served. The opted majority of veg and one nonveg food.Food was very good. The attitude of the staff was very bad. He even declined the welcome drink for our table. He came atlast to drop the bill for the order we made. There was no follow-up whether we need anything from his side. We called another staff to get the pending item in the order and added coffee to the order. We have no complaints on quality of food. But atleast leave the choice of what to eat to the customer....

Ordered Onasadhya very poor quality .some items got spoiled some full of salt some with out salt. Not upto the mark

Kerala style meals was absolute feast

Ordered for prawns curry and waiter told me that small size and they gave us big prawns and bad taste even after i am not going and i suggest my friends and family to avoid food book.

Soup which is favourite at Ajman Nesto was disaster at Muwellah Br. Firstly delivered after 30 mts not as per order just one serve. Waiter on table was making soup 1x2 and spread on table.. later same soup they served claiming they freshly prepared. Overall very disappointing experience

Good food, good quality and good service at moderate price.

Had passion fruit juice it was good , bit was waiting long to take the order and give the bill by the waiters. We need to ask by ourselves for the bill as they were all busy.Not much satisfied with the services.

AED 18 for weekend " Elasadya", its one of the most expensive Kerala meal I had, with no add on/special, their food is usually good, but no match for this exorbitant price.

Waited for more than 40 mnts today, the order taken for 2pothichor and 2chicken biriyani finally after 40 mnts of waiting brought 2 beef biriyani and 1 pothichor which really disappointed. There is no hot for food and no taste before,Really poor.

Sadya veg and non veg they have. We tried non veg sadya, then only I realized that non veg sadya means sadya veg + fish curry.Fish curry is below the average, rest Al items in sadya are tasty

Awesome food…we ordered chicken dum biriyani (it was delicious and economical and comapred to most of hotels in sharjah with over hype and advertising..this hotel given me veey good satisfaction with 12 aed malabar dum biriyani(I am basically from vadakara)…it is very good taste as ny hometown biriyani….Then next item beef pepper fry and beef masala(it was costly(23 and 18)but taste also good…Their samavar tea is very very gooodAm giving this hotel 9/10 ..good luck management and keeep this taste all timeGet lost bloody tik tokers and gives alltime wrong information on hotels ..try food book one time

One of the rudest restaurant delivery taking system I had seen in entire sharjah. We ha specifically enquired before if there is any minimum charge for delivery and they had informed us that this is not there.. And after ordering many time before the one who took the order was quite rude and did not even have the courtesy to say sorry..

They have two restaurants under one roof - Sasya for Vegetarian food and Foodbook for Nonveg.Mini thali from Sasya is a must try, which includes mini idlis soaked in Sambar, Masala dosa, medu vada, kesari nd pongal/upma along with coconut, mint and tomato chutney.Foodbook- Parotta, Chicken chutty curry and Lemon Pepper grilled chicken are always on my list.Dey serve both veg nd nonveg sadya on weekends.Friendly 👍Affordable 👍Quality 👍Customer service 👍

Food is not at all classy. The crab roast recipe is made of fevicol I believe, as it was so sticky. Too PRICY as well. Its not good in tasty point of view as well. Not worth eating here

Serving best South Indian food in economical price

While shopping at Nesto hyper market in Sharjah, they make sure that you are well taken care during long shopping spam. This well made dining place has dedicated restaurants for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Most of the dishes have authentic taste with lot of variety to offer. There are so many quick meal options along with lunch meals. Worth visiting while in Muweilah and have all at one place while getting groceries at Nesto.

Great variety of South Indian food.

If you are in Sharjah and you want the best south indian veg menu , my dear brothers and sisters , this is the best spot for you . Best in ambiance , best in menu option , best in parking , best in space . I’ve had the tea , masala dosa , vada , ghee roast , even the poori masala all are of great taste and fun to have in . Enjoyed a lot and will suggest with full energy to anyone around. Its inside the nesto hyper market 1st floor in Muwaileh. They provide a great variety of 3 chutneys with the dosa . This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing drinks, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended.

This restaurant in Sharja Muwailla. First floor nesto. Very tasty food we can get from this restaurant. Veg section and non veg section separately available here. Really I feel Kerala banana fry taste and onion vada taste also. Thank you cook and thank you Foodbook Restuarunt.

Hi every 1 food book restaurant is neat and clean but our experience we had a food it was nice but the tea they made it from Sasya it was too sugary and smell of fresh milk which was not boiled properly but the food is good

We went after hearing great reviews from a friend. It was mad rush there as it was a Saturday.We had " fish curry meals". Lot of curries were there along with the meal but the "Wow factor" was missing.We ordered a fish fry which came out charred and with a hefty price tag for it too..

Quality food with professional staff. I like specifically Side dish with Chai in breakfast 🥣. The tea taste is amazing and you can feel..... That u having a Chai. I have felt a original smell of Chai which is only 2.50 dhs

In Dubai and Sharjah there are lots of restaurants serving traditional kerala chicken, beef and mutton dishes but only limited restaurants are available which serve kerala traditional sadyas. If you are at Qusais or AlNahda, Food book is the best option for a mini Sadya. Food book and Sasya Restraunts (Tasty Notes)are serving mini Sadya on every weekends. These restaurants located in Nesto Hypermarket Building-Muwailah Sharjah. Sasya is a purely vegetarian restaurant while Food book serves non veg dishes as well. As dining area is common we can order dishes from both restaurant. We had ordered non veg mini sadya ( sadya with fish curry). Served items were very tasty, specially the Mambalam pulissery and puli inchi was excellent . Only the rasam was not up to the mark. Sarkkara payasam and Unni appam were included in Sadya as sweets. Photo of this mini sadya was taken before they serve papadam and rasam. They are charging 16 AED for this Sadya and it’s really worth the money👍

Taking an table order and serving food takes a months time. The service is not good. Food is okey here. When asked about whats the special food of them, the response was “they dont have any special food of them, its all common where we can get anywhere”

Honestly I was slightly squeamish about the name of the restaurant and the font used which stopped me to try this restaurant..felt duplicate of Facebook (though nothing to do with food)...but the experience was really good. Friendly service, open and enough space, and super fast order delivery. I tried soup, aleppy chicken curry, paratta, and ghee roast from Sasya... Except paratta everything was good. Curry was rich and plentiful and yummy. Slightly over priced for the location and competition..but it will justify the open kitchen concept and quick delivery.

We ordered combo of Kallappam+Beef Varattiyath and it was awesome. It reminded me of taste of homely cooked Beef.Another combo we tried was paratha+chicken kallil chuttathu. Paratha was good enough but chicken was average.Overall cost effective and delivered within 45minutes.
