A beautiful and elegant hotel in a modern classic style the service is good, they can speak English and the location is close to Imam Ali and the old city

The staff is always arrogant. Be more humble in front of Ali (a.). Don’t disrespect people. Don’t tell someone one thing and then something else to someone else. Fear Allah.

I stay 2time in this hotel .Very good and clean and good staff always prefer for other.But let’s the owner note 1 thing sorry to say that but there is one stupid Guy wear 3piece suite very shameless I think Syrian guy I don’t remember name .if he stay in this hotel May be the Hotel reputation will go down.The owner must be informed about this. I don’t wanna but he meme this mistake 2 time.

Good hotel. Rooms are bit small. Cleaning is good room service need attention. Good selection of food but some times cant control the freshness of foods . You have look what is fresh . Chef is giving priority to Arab guests when using spices in foods. Competitive prices.

It is one of best hotels in Iraq and the Gulf countries. It even exceeds reputable hotels in UAE. The beds are fully automated; the positions can be chaned with remote control. Curtain is also automated and wireless charger is available. Room furniture is first class.The restaurant is perfect. Food varieties and cooking is just excellent. Tables and chaires are also high class.All hotel staff are very welcoming and very helpful.Excellent.

horrible hotel. They try to charge you 300 $ and more per room and night. Not even Hotels in Dubai, London, Paris or New York will charge you that. Its a fraud. Please dont even make an enquiry. For this hotel, Arbain seems to be a time of money making and not a time of being welcoming and being khadem to the pilgrims of Imam Hussain (as). Dont forget, the people chasing money during this time were the people following Muawiya (laand Yazid (la). An absolute shame.

Comparing with most of the hotels in Najaf, it outstands in terms of service, cleanliness and design.Its a newly built hotel with world-class standards. I could book a room by communicating with the hotel team remotely via WhatsApp. Normally, booking a hotel in advance is not an option or easy process for the hotels located in Najaf and Karbala.The reception was very polite and could communicate in English professionally.The rooms were well-designed and had tall windows that you could see the shrine from there.The Internet Wi-Fi speed and quality was also very good.

It is the best hotel in Iraq in general and specially in Najaf in all facilities and even staffs are profitional always ask for the customers rests.It contains some facility not available even in 5 stars hotels in Europe

We spent 4 days there. If you want to freeze to death then consider booking your stay at this hotel. I kid you not, I had horrible experience. Three night straight, I had to live with 10 c room temperature. They are not accommodating about it at all. Their heat system is a joke and very dangerous one. .You can go up as much as u want but the room temperature 🌡 doesnt go up more than 10 Celsius and mind you Najaf is cold in December.

Though very expensive as compare to other hotels in Najaf but loved to spend night there. Very near to shara e Rasool and shrine of İmam Ali (A.sbut out of the very crowded lanes around the shrine.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was friendly and cooperative. Moreover, its one of the best hotels at this distance from the Holy shrine of Imam Ali. Excellent facilities, especially the bed which was super comfortable. Highly recommended. The only issue I had was that the room temperature is maintained by the hotel admin instead of being manageable with a remote by the guests themselves. Furthermore, I hope there will be a website soon so that online bookings become more convenient.

Its a relatively new hotel with good amenities and courteous staff but they need to really work on training their housekeeping staff on how to maintain the high end sanitary fixtures as well as general cleanliness of a giant room. The rooms are spacious with ample working and storing areas. The wardrobe and drawers are very well designed and fully functional. They are yet to introduce inroom dining services. Lastly the meals are expensive in comparison to other similar hotels
