بصراحه سكنت فنادق كثير بعمان بس الفندق هذا اول مره واخر مره ً غالي مقابل الخدمه تخيلو طلبت علبة ماء صغيره قالو تدفع حقها مش خدمه من الفندق ولافيه مرونه الطاقم محترمين ولكن متمسكين بالنضام جداللأسف ادارة الفندق ماعندهم سياسة كسب الزبون💔💔💔

The dinner the chef makes is not your average cheap steak and potato dinners, except a whole gourmet of big wonderful dinners; for instance mensaf, mashi kussa, maftool, etc. This restaurant is amazing.

من افضل الفنادق يلي زرتها على الاطلاق تعامل راقي جدا انصح فيه للامانه

Nice and clean budget hotel. Two things need to improve 1breakfast 2shower in the bathroom (not enough pressure of water)

الخدمة 100%النظافة100%الاستقبال 100% وأكترالمطعم جيد يحتاج لمزيد من الاهتمام لكن الافطار كان جيد جدا ومرتب ولذيذ😁الغرفة ممتازة لكن عيبها الوحيد وجود باب بين الغرفتين يمكننا سماع بعضنا واصوات التلفاز😆صراحة لا اجد كلمة تعبر عن الرضا فندق مرتب ورائعالعاملين فيه قمة الادب والاتقان .انا زائرة دائمة للاردن ودائما لدي مشكلة في اختيار المكانالان صار فندق الجمل هو الفندق الرئيسي لزيارته شكرا من القلب حقيقة لم أجد شيء يكتب غير انه كل شيء فيه رائعكل الشكر والتقدير لجميع العاملين 🥰اشوفكم في اجازتي القادمة ان شاء الله .انصح الجميع افراد وعائلات بالذهاب .فندق ممتاز ورائع

فندق الجمل متكامل وكل غرفة في جاكوزيوالاجمل الفطور رهيب من جميع مأكولات الإفطار موجود شكرا شيف معين صيام

الفندق لطيف و لو محتاج حاجة اطلب منهم هيساعدوك كل العاملين كانو مهذبين 😊It was a beautiful hotel; all the staff was amicable and respectful

بالنسبة الى سعره فهو مناسب .. الفندق نظيف ولكن ليس فخم وحداثي .. يحتاج الى تطوير ليكون مزبرق ومودرن وحي اكثر خاصة ان موقعه جيد .. كل التوفيق للقائمين عليه

There is a new worker that he is not kind at all and he doesnt know how to talk .The saddest thing is that the manager is like him tooI not will to rebook hereBy the way I was a good costumer her I was spending like 15 days but now the service is bad now

Its decent place with very friendly staff

We did not stay there however we are frequent visitors for dining. The staff are very hospitable and welcoming. Every time we go to the restaurant, we have a great experience. The food is delicious and the chef is really talented. This is a wonderful small escape and I can highly recommend visiting the restaurant. You will be treated with great cost ,quality food and fantastic staff.

فندق جميل جدا غرفه نظيفة ومريحة تتمتع بخصوصيه عاليه نظيف ومرتب يتوفر مايكرويف وسخان ماء وثلاجه كبيرة بالغرفة...نظام الجاكوزي في الغرفة ممتاز ومريح.مع اني واجهت مشكلة مع نظام التكييف في الغرفة لانه نظام مركزي ولم استطع رفع درجة الحرارة في الغرفة اكثر من 22 دجة مئويه وهذا بارد بالنسبة لي... غير ذلك انصح به لتغيير الروتينوانصح بالغرف المزودة بجاكوزي

I stayed there for 4 nights. I love the scenery. Good attention to detail. I felt very welcome as if i was home. Air condition and wifi was great. It was well worh the money.
