Very clean hotel. The staff is really very nice and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was great and excellent tasty. Only the breakfast was not as great as the dinner.

Lhôtel est sympa dans son ensemble, notamment la salle de restaurant et le bar qui est bien achalandé. Les chambres sont plutôt sommaires mais confortable. Lambiance est plutôt du style auberge de jeunesse que relais et châteaux. Le personnel est accueillant, le petit déjeuner bien fourni avec des produits de qualité. Le gros plus cest lemplacement à 10 minutes du centre de Lucerne.

Ne-am decis sa ne prelungim vacanta in Elvetia, si cautand cazare pe ultima suta de metri in Lucerna, obositi si putini dezamagiti de ospitalitatea Elvetienilor, am gasit acest hotel cu un personal de nota 10, care nu numai ca ne-au oferit cazare, dar ne-au si rasfatat cu bucate gustoase (au tinut bucataria deschisa peste program-noi am ajuns la 2200si cu berea casei si cu o bautura traditionala( Preparata din Fan)! Multumim,feRUS hotel! Recomand!

Ontvangst prima. Een hele kleine kamer zonder airco,alleen een tafelventilator. 1 raam wat open kon,dus erg warm. Badkamer ook super klein,mss 90 cm bij 2 meter. Voor €195 euro erg weinig comfort.Ontbijt was oké. Geen uitgebreid buffet,maar wel lekker. Voor 1 overnachting,zou ik dit niet aanraden.Het restaurant was goed. Heerlijk vlees,hoge prijs, maar het zal naar Zwitserse maatstaven zijn.

This place is great for tourists. We had amazing time in here for two days. The room(for 4people)is so nice that we just want to stay here for month. Neighbors are peaceful Swaziland town, but three bus stop away from the Lucern train station. (N52)They have positive attitude for travelers. That is the greatest part, I think.The weather is great.We had great experience in here. Even I’d like to stay here instead of sightseeing Lucern. Inspite of opening windows, it is just cool, almost no bugs.They cleaned carefully, Served good breakfast in the beautiful dining room. I’ll definitely come back again with my other siblings and families.Thank you for giving us pleasant days~!

Siamo stati due notti e ci siamo trovati decisamente bene.La struttura è molto facile da raggiungere ed offre un parcheggio gratuito e con il pullman si raggiunge il centro di Lucerna in meno di dieci minuti.L’albergo è molto pulito ed il personale è super gentile e competente ,tutti parlano inglese.Noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare aperitivo e cena e ,devo dire,siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.Ottima anche la colazione,compresa nel prezzo della camera.Grazie mille per averci fatto sentire a casa in questi due giorni.Speriamo di ritornare a trovarvi.Fabrizio e Irene

A very nice and surprising rustic looking restaurant and hotel.Service was good , rooms are decently priced and the restaurant is very nice as well.

Very small room, not well furnished and the bathrooms are very small 😣The location is 5 minutes away from Luzern center .. The corridors are very narrow .. the price is not reasonable for everything you gonna get it from such hotel

Absolutely wonderful hotel for the price. The room was tidy, breakfast - authentic, location is perfect for those who don’t want to overpay for Lucerne city stay - the bus stop is literally around the corner and it only takes 10-15mins to the city center. We also loved the grill bar/restaurant inside the hotel!

Its very far from station.rooms very small.they will not provide you any bus pass also.

The hotel had an industrial theme due to its history. Good value and just a 3 min walk away from bus stop served by a good frequency of buses. 10 min ride to the Lucerne bus station. Drinks voucher with room was a nice addition. The Breakfast is not your average all-inclusive breakfast with limited choices but every item was fresh produce, starting from the juices to the crossiants. The staff were friendly. Bottles of water provided daily in the room.The 16:00 check is a bit too late and is strictly followed. Although, you can leave your luggage at the restaurant.

We held our annual company party there...Food was ok, but overpriced, steak was overcooked (probably because it was for so many persons)...just a regular steakhouse. Nice interiour though.

Really a strange hotel. Its an hybrid between an old hotel and a trendy one, built with a lot of rusty iron looking things. Well, it has been built over a foundry, so the idea is nice. The rooms floor is real wood (well i guessand really nice, as I hate fitted carpet (impossible to clean). Big parking area reserved for customers. The staff is polite. By the way, I dont suggest to go during summertime, as there is no air conditioning neither room fridge (there were two bottles of water, hit, 32 degrees, and a small fan). And the room I booked was the double confortable! Definitely (confirmed by some swiss colleguesthe price for one night, breakfast included, even in Luzern, was really high (176chf!!); maybe in these says there is an event, as it was almost impossible to book a room elsewhere. So, I have to leave the vote in the middle, not bad, but also not good: maybe while coming in wintertime, not in high season, it may be worth...

Absolutely amazing. They even made amazing, I mean truly amazing vegetarian food.

Restaurant is quite busy, but good servis, food also good, hotel rooms are quite small, in case of rooms with windows open in front is lot of traffic on the street and is noisy

I went to the restaurant to eat twice. Although the prices are a little high I always came out satisfied as well as very full. Recommended for meat lovers.

Restaurant is really good. Good food, well prepared and good service. Ñice touch to be able to taste the selection of wines ahead of ordering!

Very cossy hotel with nice bed and food was great and very healthy breakfast which is included in the price. Members of staff the best Ive ever seen. They were all very helpful and kind which all made our one night stopover great. The location is perfect and great fews of the Alps. I would recommend this hotel to everyone nice place to spend a weekend away.

Its always nice here. The food is excellent and the location is very nice aswell.Also, we often come here after practise for a beer during the week, due to good parking and large tables.

It is in Rothenburg in lucerne, and I find it the best in this area, the service is perfect like always

Rooms are good.Location is in the interior... you need to take bus no. 51 or 52 from Luzern train station, which drops to the Hotel.Breakfast is ok, not continental.Hotel food is expensive.

Room ok over priced. Not great food and the breakfast is very poor

First of all, be aware that you can check in only after 4 PM and there is nobody before, so if you would like a bathroom or a chair to sit on after a long journey, you will not be able to. The room was ok, but the price was incredibly high. The breakfast was ridiculous, there was almost nothing to eat, they did not have any soy/almond milk so if you are lactose intolerant you will be obliged to drink americano coffee (I hate it). And also, if you want sugar to put in that disgusting americano coffee, you will have to ask for it because putting sugar on tables is too much effort for them.

The staff was pretty friendly. Rooms were good. This place offers free parking 👍👍

Very friendly stuff, small menu but amazing quality. Rather expensive, but worth the price. Children below age of 10 eat for free!

Amazing food, healthy and super fresh. Big compliment to the chef! The service is very friendly, kids are welcome.

Food is good. Rooms are ok. The doors do not block any noise out and therefore it xan get noisy.

There is no AC in the room. Shower stand was pretty big. Breakfast was ok. Make sure to get a Swiss Pass to get free bus rides.
