Always a treat! Fantastic service from Enoch and Siya Miya! Phenomenal vibe.They need to get a DJ playing live music especially during the festive season!I had the lamb curry toasted sandwich today -06 June 2022.. one of the best Ive eaten.

The Deep Fried Calamari Starter was amazing. Remember to ask the chef for extra peri peri sauce if you lije it hot. The generous teapots kept me content. The Chicken salad starer portion was way too big and could be a meal on its own. The seared salmon is definitely a winner. The Durban Mutton Curry wasnt the best Durban has to offer. Great music ,aesthetics and vibe.

The food and decor were good! But the service levels let them down..... Perhaps the weather meant some staff didnt show

Lovely venue with super friendly staff. Had to ask for our welcome drinks while other tables were given theirs, but thats minor. Food off the menu is quite pricey, but they had a set menu for Mothers day that was well worth the price for 3 courses.. Everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. A lovely dining experience!

Delicious meals and very nice staff. If only they allowed equal access to all guests in all areas.

This is more a bar than a cafe. We went for dinner after our relaxing massages at the spa and could barely hear each other over the music that was playing. The food was nice and the service was good. Nice place for drinks with friends but not suitable for a romantic dinner.

Stunning, stunning place. We try to make this a stop every Easter and this year was all the more special. Very special thanks to all the staff that made our night one to remember for many, many years to come. The food was out of this world. I can recommend the Curry, true to Durban heritage.

Bad food and bad management. The management should go next door to the Oyster Box for lessons on how to manage and treat guests at a restaurant in a 5star hotel

We lived our time here, i win a picnic through ECR. Their prices were not bad at all though. If i had to get picky i would say the atmosphere is a little dull. Staff helpful and friendly too

Elements have such a exceptional high standards of meals, both presentation and taste. The service rendered by the watrons and management goes above board. Friendly and always accommodating. The view compliments all of the above

The perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Stunning interior with an option to sit outside under a covered terrace. Prime location at the Beverly Hills. Super friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy. Great choice of wine and a delightful menu with vegetarian options if required.

They dont even notice a customers presence. We set there for like 30mins waiting for someone to take our order and no one pitched so we ended up leaving. What a waste of our time and their menu is very limited

We picked this venue for a relaxed celebration, marking my Mums 83rd birthday. 45 minutes into our visit we were still waiting for drinks. Service is so slow my Mum could turn 84! Dirty cutlery on table, pouring our own drinks, etc. For the money spent this is not worth it. Wont be returning. Sol Kerzner would be embarrassed that this venues standards have been allowed to slip so badly.

Terrible service and backed up by horrible food. The service and food used to 5 star at this establishment but my last 2 visits ended up being real disappointments.Cold, Salt less food and very slow service on anything extra

Meh! The view is outstanding, as you can smell the ocean from the restaurant. The service is pretty good. The menu is very pricey, but that is to be expected of the Beverly Hills Hotel and you are paying for the location. The cocktail was outstanding and they did not skimp on the alcohol. However, the food was very disappointing. For R130 I received a starter portion of calamari with a tablespoon of avocado on the side. The calamari had an overwheming and nauseating herby parsley taste, enough to numb the tongue. It also had a burnt taste and brown colour. It was sent back, it arrived the second time with less parsley taste, but still the burnt herby taste remained. I ate it then , because I was hungry but it left a bad aftertaste and was not what I expected. The colour and taste completely overpowers the calamari. The plate was not practical - had no space and tubes were falling off the plate. Was actually still hungry after I ate this. Ordered a second meal. Also - they have mangwanani on site but I was told I could not use the service as Im only a day visitor - is my money not of same value?

Beautiful setting for laid back lunch. The pace is leisurely, to suit the surroundings, so dont expect a dine and dash meal. Offering a broad selection of burgers, pizzas, terrace favourites like fish n chips and heartier meals like curry and steak, rather opt for the top-end dishes. While a bit more expensive, they offer better value for money overall. The Linguine Di Mare is fabulous!

Great ambiance.Good service. Good food but the food is overpriced for their portions. Thought R260 for beef fillet medallions(250gWITH FRIES was ridiculous.
