Solid but a little bit too pricey. Friendly staff, clean and tidy, late check-in possible without any problem. Location is good and the pool is very well maintained. Unfortunately the rooms, and especially the bathrooms, need a general renovation. Hence, the price-value ratio is a little bit too high compared to other hotels/ riads.

What an amazing hotel, reception staff are so helpful, good breakfast, amazing swimming pool with beautiful view, the location is just perfect ( 3 min walk from la cote ), I highly recommend 👍🏼

An absolutely beautiful place in Agadir.The hotel is spotlessly clean.The staff are amazingly helpful.The pool area is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, flowers and birds.If you want a relaxing break in the sunshine to lie by the pool and read a book, then this is the place for you.Lots of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance.Outstanding.

Rather small, situated very near to the coastline, nice hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly, speaks English and French. It’s more like a place to stay for family with small kids, because there are not many attractions provided. Pool is nice, but not heated, and in September it can be rather cold. Rooms are clean and spacious, with balcony and air conditioning. Food is delicious, but it’s a pity that you can’t order anything past 22:00. It needs some touches but at this reasonable price it’s excellent choice.

I liked the stay very much, nice and roomy, near the beach and the Marina, nice swimming pool, amazing food, amazing staff.If you want pool view though, you may be disappointed, as they seem to receive something different on there systems and offer you city view only.

Second stay at this hotel. The first one in 2018. The contact with the reception was tragic. Before arrival, exchange of e-mails indicating guests to specific rooms. I am not informed that we will be filling in forms upon arrival. They could be sent by e-mail. It would have saved us time upon check-in. The service at the reception was tragic. Not competent. They took no less than 72 hours to print their council tax invoices. Until now, I have not received it and I am already on the third day. Incorrect information from information. One says yes, after a few hours a change and information that the colleague has made a mistake. Tragedy. Other things worthy of a four-star hotel. Everything except the front desk service was fine. Cleaners smiling. Clean rooms. Tasty breakfasts.

After a week-long family stay in B&B, I would say that:Cleanliness is the watchword everywhere in the hotel, room, restaurant, swimming pool, garden...The staff is very caring, the manager is very present and does not hesitate to contact customers if he is not systematically approached!Breakfast is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, fresh products and meals 100% made in TildiThe hotel has a large green and exotic garden surrounding a swimming pool of more than 20m.Animation is organized when there are a minimum of participants: water polo, darts, table tennis...The plus of the hotel: private, secure parking and covered places + perfect location with walking access to the corniche and the Talborjt shopping district.We will return there nchallah.

Just returned from a week at this place.PROs -Relatively cheap for time of year, £80 per night for a family roomGood location close to the beachNice clean pool with pleasant gardenCONS -Noisy room, poor sound insulation and lots of street noise, requested mountain or pool view, got city view which provide a non descript view of the white washed hotel Marhaba (guess it could be worse and overlook the carpark)Terrible breakfast, same every day with no meat options just a plain bland vegetable omelette. Lots of veg options so if youre a vegetarian youd be laughing.Shower rubbish, either freezing cold or scolding hot, no in between.Receptionists cold and unfriendly after the initial interaction decided not to engage with them againSecurity overzealous, I was accosted by the security guard for openly bringing a bottle of water in, apparently I need to buy the overpriced water from reception and not purchase from the supermarket next door.room service are keen to get rooms made up at their convenience not when I needed fresh towels which meant them walking in uninvited several times despite me having the DND sign on the door.I could carry on but hope you get the gist, I wont be returning and would not recommend.

The only 2 things stopping me from 5 stars on the room, is the shower its non existent, so very slow 🐌The room we had was in 3rd floor and the noise around 4am was veryoud so Id suggest a pool view if you like to sleep with the patio doors open...The cleaners do a marvellous job.The breakfast included is decent. Dont expect a full English or a sausage and bacon sandwich either, but youll get an omelette and flat bread, amongst other savoury and sweet products on offer, dont forget to check under the hot silver pots..The pool area is amazing, not so sure with the Arabic old skool tunes they belting out all day, and repeated daily🤦‍♂️The pool guys try and get people involved and do a great job.

If O.K was a hotel, this would be it.Simple clean rooms.Decent staff.Ok breakfast.Sketchy wi-fiSilly rules about food delivery especially when there food is basic AF.Its near the beach.My friend who was staying at another hotel couldn’t come over to visit 🤷🏽‍♂️.If you are on a budget this is good hotel, just don’t have high expectations and it won’t disappoint.

Decent hotel questionable 4 star. Clean. Nice staff. OK breakfast. Avoid rooms 108-110 if want sleep!

In Marrocco every hotel has 4 stars. In Europe it would get max 2 stars. Nice pool, food simple but ok, horrible wifi that cant reach your room and it is slow and unstable, you have to sit near the reception all the time to do some work. Very sad. Basic rooms with thin walls so noise all the time. And the fitness centrum? A joke. My home "gym" is better than this. Moreover when you wake up at 6 am you have to wait 4 hours to do some exercise because its closed till 10 am also with the pool area. After 10 am its so hot that its not possible to be there because there is no aircondition. And of course when you get back from your trip at the evening its already closed as well. These rules are very smart lol.

There were missing drinks so bar was very poor. Swimming pool was good surrounded by flora. Rooms simple but we went on the budget holidays, so you may find more luxurious ones. We couldnt well regulate water temperature in the shower so a bit of let down.

Average hotel,. reception was rude and very stingy with the towels. But breakfast omlette counter was amazing!

Friendly personnel, great breakfast, private parking spaces, modest kids outdoor playground, however, the hotel lacks some important things from my opinion, the rooms have ceramic tile floors not carpet or wooden floor, toilets miss faucets, there are no praying mats or signs for Qibla.

Comfortably located Hotel with standard features.Id like to mention reception manager Aziz who was very helpful to us,Unfortunately building works around the hotel spoil overall impression.The breakfast was good with extensive selection of food.Hotel territory is well maintained and a swimming pool is clean.All in all it is reasonable stay for a reasonable price.

Location is excellentSwimming pool is large and warmHenane is the most helpful. The rest of the staff are good. However the evening receptionist Is a bit odd as he doesnt like to give me towels but he does after I complain to him the ones given to me are dirty.Breakfast is nice and the staff there are friendly. Pancakes are really thin but fresh omelette and bread are available.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned and towels replaced every morning. Great for a quiet stay. Poolside and the plants surrounding it was probably my favourite part.

Nice comfortable rooms, rooms are a little bit outdated but you cant complain after the price! Great pool and garden. Buffet breakfast was good and so was the restaurant by the pool! Staff were really lovely and super helpful

The toilet would not flush, cleaners would only provide us with 2 tissue rolls between 4 people for 1/2 days which was absolutely disgusting. The showers would get blocked so all the water would be leaking out. Absolutely disgusting. Needs to be fixed

It tooks us some time to write about our experience but I thought it was important to write it at some point. We spend more than two weeks 20 months ago with our 11 months boy. We had an amazing time. The staff was fantastic,.the bedroom good, the food great, the swimming pool and the the garden fantastic. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach and the nice promenade along the beach. I dont think it is possible to be disappointed from this place. We loved it.

A dated hotel that they tried to keep alive and functional. The thing I liked the most was the value for the price compared to other hotels around. I needed a place to sleep as I spent most of my time outside and in day excursions and it worked okay.The staff in the hotel is very helpful. I didn’t like the initial room they gave me as it was dark and had just a little window while I booked one with balcony. They corrected immediately and also upgraded me to a pool view room.The food in their restaurant is not good and below average. They only had buffet and limited variety (I believe COVID relates constraint).The wifi was bad in my room. It comes and goes. I moved a chair close to the bathroom door to get the signal. Not comfortable. Wifi in the lobby and restaurant was good.It looks like a family place that the locals come to. The swimming pool had a lot of children playing and some loud music but they turn it off at 7pm or so for a quieter night sleep.You can walk to the beach but you cross two roads and a little park. Not too far but not sure you can walk with your swimsuit.The room I got with pool view also had sea view and nice sunset. The cleanliness was average. The beds and pillow are hard. Room size is okay. Bathroom shower had drainage issue and accumulated water.In summary, a cheap functional hotel with a friendly staff in decent location but dates and partially clean without good food options. I wouldn’t recommend if you plan to spend time at the hotel.

A nice and clean hotel in the center of the town, close to the Marina and the Castle of Agadir Oufella , a few minutes to get the beach .. a kind and respectful receptionist and waiters, a warm pool with a nice garden.

Very far from a 4 star hotel, filthy rooms we had 3 rooms, no one was equipped with an iron!!!Small TV, very bad bathroom and the shower looks like a motel’sFilthy restaurant that smells bad!It’s a wrong place to stay at!

Cancelled my booking with hotel and got in contact with them via their website to do so. The day before the government closed the borders. ( due to covid 19They didnt even acknowledge email me back call or make any effort to get in contact and 2 months later still no contact. Friends were booked into another hotel and offered a voucher to use again next year or some other time and they replied within a couple of hours. Tildi just kept my money and didnt even bother trying to contact me. Will hopefully going back to Agadir again next year but will never book this place. It would have been understandable that it might have taken a while to get back to me what with trying to help people already in the the hotel, with plans to get home. But no contact at all. Very poor!

My stay here at hotel tildi was a great experience! The staff are so nice and friendly and go an extra mile for you when required. The breakfast was amazing. Buffet wide choice and the on the other side a lady makes fresh omlettes and fried eggs and bread and orange juice! The heated swimming pool was lovely!! Spent so much time in there relaxing and swimming. There is a snack bar in the side offering burgers etc! Its fantastic...The room was of good size. The views were amazing. Mountain. Pool and sea all in one!! Price was right. The things people complain about for this hotel are really minor! Main thing is its clean in a good location from everything and the staff are very helpful! Thank you hotel tildi. Great service. :)

Tildi hotel is not too far from the beach. Good location. Breakfasts was amazing. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Heated swimming pool in the mild weather is ideal. We Brits like our tea-kettle in the room to make your own tea as and when you like would have been nice.

Nice hotel not far from the beach. 3 mins walking. Their breakfast has lots of varieties. They have fresh orange juice counter and eggs too of different varieties. Staff are friendly. Their poolside area is big with a beautiful garden.

Stayed for 7 nights. Good location from beach. Stayed in room 310, was very noisy from taxi business/ people talking loudly from front of the hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner reasonable, however could do with more options/variety and attention to details, e.g. Napkins, glassware on table available without having to ask. Beautiful garden setting and pool area. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Forget to mention, excellent free wifi service.

The hotel was spotless the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely freshly squeezed orange juice every morning pancakes. Omelette made to order a selection of cereals fresh rolls salad and pasties something for everyone would highly recommend the Tildi hotel for a family or even a romantic getaway

Hotel is okay. Not a 4 star at all. Just 2 star. No kettle or tea making facility in rooms. Staff are very good, helpful and hardworking. Food is good but too bland nd tasteless. Large diversity of tourists therefore shud cater for all. Absolute tasteless nd flavourless food. The guy who entertains us at reception with tea is very friendly nd he is the heart and soul of the hotel. He even entertains us in the evening with his dance etc. Swimming pool very dirty. Hair everywhere in the water. Overall hotel is good but a 2 star. Few changes wud make our stay much better. I wud visit again but with a bottle of chili sauce.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. They let me use their conference room for my online meeting! And decorated the room for my daughters birthday. Beautiful view from our room.Had to wait for the room to be ready on the first day.

The hotel is very clean and tidy both in public areas and room. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of foods ranging from meat and cheese to Moroccan an a wide range of pastries and breads. Eggs could be fried or made to omlettes also, and traditional pancakes were also freshly made. Orange juice was freshly squeezed - you can watch a person doing it! I often prefer to eat local, so always only have breakfast wherever I stay.The pool is great and the surroundings are so pretty with palms, cactii and lots of colour. Tgere is a childrens pool as well as main pool. Although the pool is a little cool - Agadir is not particularly hot- one soon becomes used to the temperature. Every morning I saw a person cleaning the pool - excellent! Food can be ordered and eaten around the pool or at seated areas. The staff work very hard. There is also poolside entertainment.The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the promenade and beach. Tgere are good bus services - using google maps it is easy to find a bus route, the stop and price of the trip. Also bus signs are in Arabic and English.As a holiday hotel, for me, this was excellent.For a holiday hotel, Tildi hotel deserves five stars.

Firstly we waited 2 hours for the room to be ready and sat in reception for this period was getting quite long and tiring especially after the flight and all you want to do is put your belongings in the room. We tested and looked around the room and found out that the heater wasn’t working because it was blowing out cold air, there is no free iron service not even a small one that you can get from reception and use it as self service, you have to pay for the laundry to get your clothes ironed. There was no kettle, gown or sandals in the room either so room for improvement definitely at this hotel. On one occasion we came back after a long excursion only to find our room smelling of damp, was fixed after all but just be aware of this.However there were a few positives, free safe available, lovely view from balcony, clean & tidy room service, they serve alright breakfast not that wow. Lots of amenities nearby, we had couple of other customers complain about various things but thankfully we had nice experience with this hotel in general, worth your money.

Great value. Friendly staff. Go out to eat instead of ordering the all you can eat dinner at the hotel. The pool is cold. Other than that enjoy your stay here.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my husband and 2 young sons and the customer service.... Absolutely faultless... The staff always had a smile, were very helpful and made my children feel very welcome and special. They really are one in a million, from Sue(public relationsdown to the chef... The rooms were comfortable and nothing was ever too much. It was our first time in Agadir and definitely a hotel Id visit again if Im in the area.

Nice hotel with excellent service! I stayed here 3 days with few friends and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Service staff was friendly and they had a great attitude to make us enjoy our stay. We complained that wifi wasnt working in our room and it was fixed in 15 minutes! That really exceeded our expectations.

Tildi has a nice green garden, a very warm service and welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only minus was that the pool wasnt heated and there could be a separated space for smokers.

Stayed for one week, all the staff were great, quirky painted rooms and hallways add to the character of the place. Omelette and pancake station with fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. We were sad to leave

Not a 4 stars hotel but close. Very nice pool and garden. Big room but outdated furniture. Food are ok if you are vegetarian or vegan. Close to the beach and touristic area. All the staff are very friendly and polite.

The room is good, although the bathroom is a little "tired". The food is very good, everyday something new to try. The staff are pleasant and friendly. Location is perfect. Pool area is great.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the hotel is located 5 min walking to the beach, there are many restaurants around. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows ( so uncomfortable). Apart from that everything was great.

Really nice hotel. Our room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast included was delicious and many options. The staff was very professional and helpful. Everything is clean. We had a great time at the swimming pool. They offer the Hammam and gave us books to read on our stay. The only bad thing are the pillows, too big and not nice for resting.

Clean rooms, fantastic view from the windows, friendly and very helpful staff. Agadirs promenade and beach is only 400 meters or just a few minutes walk from hotel. Need a trip somewhere, just ask the reception. They will offer you very good prices, much better than you will get on streets. We vent to Paradise valley for less then 100 dh per person! I am very glad that chose Tildi hotel!!!

I came here on holiday for my second destination in Morocco. This hotel is excellent, the staff are extremely friendly and there is a wide variety of food.There are two pools, one large and one for smaller children. There are also activity sessions for children at night time, such as dancing, musical chairs, competitions, magic shows, etc.The rooms are large, with a beautiful mountain view and the air conditioning works perfectly. There is also a small gym facility.The only issue I had was the toilet and sink not being in the same room, as the sink is with the shower next doors.The best benefit is the beach is a few minutes walk away.

Very good location. The room was large with great views to sea and mountain, the bathroom needed improvement. The breakfast was ok, but there was no fresh fruit. I dont recomend using the spa facilities, youll get disappointed.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Staff were courteous. Room was clean, the beds comfortable. Great view of the beach and mountains from the fourth floor window. Note, our balcony was all of 6 inches of space. This is not an exaggeration.The pool is not heated, so we didnt decide to use it, although loungers were out as the weather was good.Breakfast was reasonable with an omelette lady making fresh omelettes for us. The rest of the range was pretty standard with cakes and cold meats etc.The doors are open 24 hours. There is a small bar, an area to sit in outside (on the rearon the 1st floor and of course seating on the ground floor.Upon arrival a singer was crooning away in the reception area.

Rooms are great. Food is pretty poor. Costs 110DH for a very basic buffet and the drinks are expensive (sold us a 3DH price marked Fanta 20DH...). Staff are excellent and location is good - you can also arrange excursions through reception, we did the quad biking although I expect its probably cheaper elsewhere.Pool area is decent and theres a few good food places up the road (left out of hotel then right). Theres also a really well priced shop next door.One minor issue when I was given a blood stained towel for the room, this was resolved quickly enough.
