Thats was really bad . We are wait our order 65 minutes, girls in reception just laughing and say :its coming..So, in a result: our order was cold, they dont bring all, and dont want give last part of order!!Everything is so dirty , thats terrible!!!

One of the nicest McDonalds I have been too. Open early for an early am breakfast before Palace of Versailles.

Toilets were blocked, dirty and smelled bad. Someone spilled a drink by the bin, which was not cleaned up. Food took over 20 minutes to arrive, most of it was cold and the order was incorrect. Extremely disappointed in this franchise.

I am giving this low rating for the disgusting and dirty bathrooms which is inacceptable. The tables were not clean too . This make me wondering of the status of their kitchen . One cashier being available slows the orders at peak hour . The fries in the happy meal of my son were cold and old too . No children toilet seat is available as well . U need a code to access the toilets by the way .

The best macaroons and overall McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The barista that made my cappuccino was so sweet and the coffee was amazing. Very fancy! Very Paris France in style!!! :)

Beautiful place and good service.

Located right opposite the Versailles train station and is 1 of the more affordable places to get lunch in the area. This outlet also sells Macarons (maybe all McDonalds sells that in France?). Do note that the toilet is locked, and only available for customers. You will get the passcode on your receipt after you have made your purchase.

I assume this is city/state implemented but if you notice in one of my photos you’ll see a “Nutri-Score” which rates the item according to a health score on a A-E scale which A being the best. Thought this was pretty cool to see, almost like an angel on your shoulder fighting the devil off to arrive at a balance-binge.Wanted to comment on the different choices around the world, which is pretty much why I log McDonalds locations on my account. Royal Cheese, Royal Deluxe, Royal Bacon cool.

As an english speaker I felt very accommodated, the service waa fast and friendly.

Took Forever just to serve one drink. Servicing is just extremely slow anf unorganized, and whole team in the kitchen on a Saturday afternoon. Skip this place if you are coming out of Versailles...no idea how they can be this inefficient for being so close to a major tourist attraction!

Disgusting. We found a bloody feather in our salad. And the Manager would not give us a refund. Just another salad. First getting unhygienic food, then being mocked. This is unacceptable!This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever gone to in the last 20 years. Waited for more than an hour but no food service. During this process, they confirmed that my order was in preparation, however my order was totally disappeared at the end! I cannot understand why this happened!

We have received our order incomplete. I do not understand before you bring out the tray why do not you look at it? The BigMaces box was not Big Mac. -_- WERE WORKING! Then we talked at least five times, but did not understand the server girl to see whats wrong. Then he came out of the "boss" who also did not understand anything, maybe he did not know English and finally after a long waiting, we did not receive the missing product. Congratulations! 😒

Ordered 2 combo plus some extra stuff through uber eats. Received only half of the order so decided to call the place as this was not the only time we have problems. The guy on the phone confirmed that there were 2 bags prepared but they forgot to give the other one. So he asked me to wait 2 minutes while he figured out what he can do. Left me hanging there for 10 minutes until I screamed to the phone and one of his colleagues asked if there was someone on the phone. Turned out after all that, there was nothing he can do, it was for me to contact uber (which I did already before calling himbut at the end one way of another we got a missing combo item and no dessert.

Ordered several times a happy meal for the daughter of my girlfriend. The fries were not perfect but they were fine.However today it was the worst!!!They served cold unfried fries!!! Sadly, I saw this when we already arrived in the flat.Never ever again!!! Very disappointing!!!

Very badly organised. Second weekend in a row Ive visited and it has taken me at least 30 mins to order and collect food. Feel sorry for the staff as they are clearly under pressure by bad management.

We came by to wait just before our tour. They have both the normal counter and a McCafe towards the main entrance. The normal counter is by the Entrance to the Les Maneges mall. They had plenty of tables and had automated ordering. They also had a small playground on the side but was suitable to bigger kids since it involves climbing a fairly large gap.

Wait time too long for two cups of chocolate and hamburgers, terrible customer service. Card readers in machines were not working and terrible assistance from the manager, it’s suppose to be fast food or slow food?On top of that, People who prepare the hamburgers don’t wear gloves . So unhygienic!It’s the worse McDonald’s we have ever been! It should has “Zero” stars.

This is the best McDonalds I have ever seen. It was just so exciting to see a beautiful cafe with pastries in a McDonalds. They also have cool cardboard drink holders for the bottom of the bag. Im sorry but I just think everything in France is awesome.

I just stopped by McDonald’s to grab an espresso and a croissant. They offer to stay (you get your coffee in a nice cupor to go. The croissant was fresh and really good!I saw on the receipt a code for the bathroom, so if you need to use it, make sure to keep the receipt!

Its is incredible how French people can be disorganized! Yes, eaven in McDonalds. There are no English signs so you dont know where to pay, where to order, where to pickup your order. Screens that should give information about order number for pickup dont work so staff is yelling numbers in French. Everything is dirty especially toilets.

A better than average McDonalds.The staff are friendly, speak English and the place is kept clean.The food was the usual McDonalds stuff but cooked well and presented by people who appeared to be pleased to work there.Good value for money snacks / food. Busy at peak times even though there was space to sit.

While not exactly anything to write home about, this McDonalds is leagues above the one a little further down the road at Rive Droite. Staff are courteous, I wouldnt go as far as to call them friendly but they certainly seem more willing to treat you as a human being than other joints in the area. Service is usually relatively quick, but it can get quite busy due to the proximity to the train station. Still, as far as American Fast Food joints in Versailles goes, its the best of the bunch.

This McDonalds right across from the Versailles Château Rive Gauche Station is super handy.Youve got the American standardization all over the world with the electronic order kiosk in multi languages. You can self help without knowing French ( not that one shouldnt at least learn a few French words so we wont be considered as arrogant, the more foreign languages one learn the better).Anyway pricing is economical, you have a toilet code on the receipt to use the modern and clean toilets before or after embarking on Palace of Versailles, presumably why majority of tourists are here?

Nice, fast and big. If you dont speak French, there are screens that can take your order. If you make a purchase, on the receipt you get a code that you can use to go to the bathroom. Also the prices are cheaper compared to Paris.

We just ate ice cream there and we sat beside the children playground. Nice place to rest in a hot day.

Better layout then US versions. Loved the automated ordering and the difference in menu. Smoothie wasn’t as good as the US version but I loved the experience. Even has its own Mcafe section!

Its McDonalds, so the food is edible but not exactly delicious. However, the McCafe portion is great- we got macaroons and two croissants (one chocolateand were very pleasantly surprised by how good they were. The service at the cafe was unfortunately somewhat slow; while my main food (from the McDonalds portioncame within five minutes, I had to wait in a line for about fifteen minutes for my McCafe food so when I finally got back to my food it had been sitting for a while.

The only mcdonalds we went to while on vacation. Food tasted the same as in the US so that was good. First time we ran across having to order on a touch screen instead of ordering through a person. Had to keep our ticket to show when picking up the food. Also if you need to go to the bathroom so you can use the code to open the bathroom door (there was a guy who made sure we just didnt come in to use the bathroom...you have to buy something....that was the only thing strange about it. I guess that is better than having to pay to use the bathroom.....like in England.

Hate to order nice ice cream and get a lousy one! :(( also. Restroom are poorly maintained. Yuck.

The best McDonalds Ive ever been in. Great staff, quick service, plenty seating, toilets are clean, more than enough staff and self order machines. As its a tourist location most of the staff speak English.-1 star because ultimately, its still a McDonalds.

The issues with this place are not the food. This place is a zoo. Placing and receiving an order is very chaotic and will take a lot of time. This is not due to the quantity of clients (which is effectively high and are all tourists). Rather, staff moves slowly and inefficiently. Bathrooms dont have seats and are gross. McCafe is a mess also.
