They wont even pick up the phone called twice and the food not that great

The food is actually good, but the delivery service is trash, and phone lines must not work because I have to literally walk there, because they have not answered the phone after consistently calling for an hour

Food is disgusting. Please do not order from here. Ever. I can’t even believe this place is still in business. The rice is old brown rice. The lady that picks up the phone called back to cuss me out like she was the one that cooked the food. Save your money or order from somewhere else.

Just rude customer service, the dude is always rushes you to order your food. The food is done fast but the only thing good is the white rice and the chicken and broccoli… I’ll add the wonton too. I always play it safe. Used to be my favorite place.but don’t even bother they need a new manager and just someone else to ruin this place. Maybe he would learn his listen not to be so rude

They dont pick up the phones. You have to call at least 4 times smh.

The Rams was burnt the rice was mushy it was nasty and the workers got to act.

The person taking my order was extremely rude!!! Very disrespectful!!! I’m not sure why they feel it is acceptable behavior to yell at customers over the phone! Trust and believe this was not only my first but also my last time ordering from this establishment! Horrible customer service, terrible way to run a business! If you can’t deal with the public then don’t. If I could give no stars I would! Do NOT give this place your business! Take your money somewhere with better customer service and better food.

Food took 2 hours to come to my house. Contacted the restaurant while waiting they took my number and said a manager would call me back. Never heard from anyone. Ordered at 7:43 delivered at around 9 10

My whole plate was disgusting, ribs dry rice stuck together chicken dry I will never never ever order from them again.I suggest anybody not to get food from there.

I always order from there but today for somewhat reason today the guy was taking my order and he started yelling atr for no reason at all. Now thats what you call bad for business seriously 😳. I couldnt believe it. This will be the last time I ever order from them!!!!!

I’ve ordered here a few times In the past and thought I would give it a try again. This time i ordered and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude my fiancé complained as well that he was extremely rude in person . On the phone he wouldn’t even let me finish my order and said “oh my god” as if he wanted me to hurry up and hang up the phone horrible customer service you would think they cared about something like that having a business but they don’t

So I just ordered this place for the first time through GrubHub and my order did not come with no rice or when I call to complain to them they hung up on me cuz I told him it also had no flavors

Very busy. People are ordering online coming to pickup its going to be a New Years Eve Night nobody Id cooking.I brought chicken wings egg rolls and chicken fingers.

I went personally to order. The place looked dirty but I gave it the benefit of the doubt cause I ordered here before. But when I got home which its 20 mins away I found a hair in my food. Disgusting will not order there anymore.

Driver was polite and friendly. Got a wrong order though cause the worker taking orders couldn’t hear properly.

Just ordered and the whole time, the person taking my order was rushing me and I did not even take one minute to order. Then, a couple of minutes later I call back to add one more thing and the person makes a sound like if he/she is annoyed and said hurry up. That’s very rude and unprofessional. First time I tried to order and definitely the last. I know what it is to have a restaurant, and never treated a person like that. I guess they don’t like making money, because they get mad when someone wants to add something, which clearly is going to be paid for, and they have no desire of keeping people as clients. I will put proof that I did not take long to order. Horrible service!!!! I cancelled my service, because it’s my money and I won’t give it to unprofessional and disrespectful people.

I wouldnt put a single star if there was an option to been a customers for over 20 years and the last few times Ive ordered food has been nasty had a bug in my food had one of the employees were very disrespectful and hung up in my face when I asked to substitute an item very very nasty nasty place never order from the bug infested place

I ordered two orders of crab Ragu and They was playing on the phone, my food was two hours late and when I got my for the crab Ragu was no good I called back and told him that it was spoiled and she said because I bit into it I could get a replacement I will never eat at this place again and the person to answer the phone I hope I would never see her.

Horrible service an at first i thought it was grubhubs fault for why it took darn there 3 HOURS for my food to be delivered it was their darn fault.

Excellent Singapore Mei Fun (spicy which I really likedand the house rice was perfect! I highly recommend Chang’s Kitchen if you are in the mood for authentic Chinese food. First time I used Grubhub delivery service my food came earlier than expected and it was steaming hot!!!!

Delicious ! I always get their chicken lo mein and chicken teriyaki. But I got lo mein and peeper steak with onions and the sauce of the pepper steak mixed with the noddles is soooo good. I would love to have the sauce only With the noddles, no steak cause it was tough and hard to swallow but the noddles were so delicious and the onions were caramelized and sweet it balanced out the fact the steak was too chewy. Definitely recommend ❤️

They used to be SO good.Something changed in the past year and the food is no longer good.I wish there was a way to know who was cooking before ordering, like I mean posted on the website or something. Then Id at least have a chance. The "Dad" cooks AWESOME, but I dont think hes cooking anymore. If he was there even once a week, I would order on that day once a week.I hate when I order $50 worth of inedible food. The outdoor critters got plenty of take out that night. The time before that it was $30 worth of food. Maybe they just changed Cooks permanently.Seriously, I even tried giving the food away and after they tasted it, it was refused. This makes me sad because it was always my go-to for Chinese takeout.

Most of the time the food is good. But people who take orders are RUDE. They yell over the phone, say rude things if they dont understand you. Basically make you feel like youre the stupid one when its them who dont understand even if you speak proper English.

Terrible service!!!! The food was very late, wrong drinks and wrong food. Normally I don’t complain, in fact this is my first review. We had ordered wonton soup and asked to be plain. When the food arrived it was all wrong. After I call the place, I was informed that the boss was gone and hung up.

Need to listen more clearly to what people order i order crab ragoons and egg roll and chicken and they gave me rice i asked if they could come take order back was very rude

Very bad food. Poor as ever. My cat wouldnt touch the chicken fingers & he likes chicken fingers. Crab rangoons was all pastry no filling at all. Delivery couldnt even find my house & then he wanted a tip. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! Garbage!!!

Ive been there since they open back in 2000-ish they are nothing like they were before. The women that usually take the order over the phone is extremely rude and interrupts you while youre speaking so nine times out if ten that will get your order wrong. They just throw food together as quick as they can a give it to the driver who take there sweet time getting to you.DO NOT give them your card information over the phone. What finally did it for me was having the delivery driver hand me a slip to sign and seeing my card information written across the top and highlighted. Its very unprofessional and dangerous to do this they just let anyone with a car deliver the food.

Called for a delivery right across the street literally took them a whole hour and the food was cold I wanted my money put back on my card[ they didnt want to refund it] insisted I take the cold food! Not good horrible experience!

I used to love this place. Their Chengs platter, egg rolls, spare ribs with char...man o man. Id spend around $60.00 every time I ordered. Now, thats a hell no. I ordered the usual Chengs platter for 2. Disgusting. The ribs were light pink, no char whatsoever. They actually looked under cooked. The egg roll must be a different recipe from the original, and the rice... What the hell happened to the cook? God bless his soul, buddah, whatever it is they believe in, this place is officially down the toilet. Flush flush.

Had to order 3 times because when my. Food came they charged me for a large rice and didnt bring it... Delivery is slow!!

I love the food here but it takes a long time. It took them 30 min to prepare us 6 mini shrimp rolls

YUCK! I loved this place and would order 2-3 times a week until I found roaches or something with legs in my food. The manager told me to wait until they closed for the delivery driver to come back and refund my money. I ordered my food at 7:30pm. The owner/manager is nasty and cheap!

I dont recommend it. My orders were always delivered 1 1/2 HR late. Not to mention the delivery guy being rude. Another occasion I ordered beef with broccoli with absolutely NO BEEF, AT ALL in the meal. They are a total mess. No business from me as a customer.

Stay away from this place at all cost!I have been living around the corner from this place for a couple of years now and never went in. Today I decided to give it a chance. Ive watched too much food tv and thought that maybe this little hole-in-the wall place would turn out to be really good. Boy was I wrong.First off, the place is filthy. Like years of grunge and dirt filthy. Still being optimistic, I took and paid for the food because I was in a rush. It wasnt until I got home that I discovered the depth of my poor decision making.I ordered the C21 Seseme Chicken Combination that came with 2 chicken wings and pork fried rice. I also ordered some fried dumplings. Right away when I put the bag down on the counter I started noticing the burnt smell. Apparently this was coming from the dumpings. In addition to being overcooked, they had obviously been cooked in old, burnt oil. The same with the two chicken wings which were so hard when I bit into them they scraped the roof of my mouth. Being inedible, after a couple of bites those things went directly in the trash.After rooting around the "pork" fried rice, I had yet to find an actual piece of pork and two bites in had to declare that the rice too was a lost cause. The most I ate of anything was the actual sesseme chicken, only because the sugary glaze can help choke down anything. I even hesitate to call it seaseme "checken" because it was mostly deep-fried batter nuggets coated in sweet sauce. Even I write this, my body is rebelling against me and Im scared I might have food poisoning.Seriously avoid this place at all costs. There are too many other Chinese places within a short distance to put up with this. Regular customers must have a way stronger stomach than me.

They said it would be 45 minutes and I called after an hour and 30 minutes to see where it was and they said oh it got busy so you have to wait. I said I wanted to be compensated for the time we had to wait and he said "you got your chicken for free already" which was paid for using a coupon. Extremely dissapoined in the service revived

Food was ok, but I dont enjoy picking up my own delivery 3 hours later. Just tell customers your delivery guy(sare too busy. Never ordering from this place again. I was just expected to pay full price even after the wait. Also, they say their is no MSG but I think thats not true. Do not recommend.
