American diner is nice and all, but americans also eat croissants. Please put it on the menu!

Sometimes it’s really crowded and you have to wait for a while, but it shows how good this place is. Been here a few times, will visit again.

Cool place, with great atmosphere, a lot of sitting space, friendly staff. It gets pretty busy, though, so waiting times can be slightly longer, but still acceptable. Also the food here is def worth the wait! Recommend as a breakfast or lunch spot in Rotterdam, for sure

I eat at by Jarmusch every time Im in Rotterdam, it has become a "must" for a breakfast/brunch.Typical animated atmosphere and menu we find in U.S. diners. Reasonably priced.Always a little queue but never overwhelming. Worth the wait!

A very interesting American style diner! Had a hangover omelette and it was just great! Would love to come back again.

Was recommended to us by a friend. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff but unfortunately the food was a bit of a let down. We waited 45min for the by Jarmusch burger and chicken waffles. Chicken waffles were pretty decent but the burger was not fantastic, not super full and 7-8 potato bits was definitely not enough sided for 15,5 euros. Other than that not much not to say, some of the other food looked nice and more worth it but burger was average.

Lisa was an amazing waitress today, very thoughtful, funny and kept me topped up with coffee! Was a real pleasure dining today and she is really a testament to the great operation you guys have going on there.I ordered a Hulk drink and a Caesar salad. Both drink and food were amazing. Lisa then recommended I try the free refillable filter coffee which was fresh and hot.The atmosphere was great here, I had a really enjoyable time, after my travels I will definitely be returning.

The food tasted good, some of the girls where very polite and nice but others were not. Costumer service was NOT a priority.We asked for extra granola, that could not be done. The acai was watery although it ACTUALLY tasted of acai berry which isnt that common here. Ice cold banana bread that a girl refused to heat up for us, another girl came by and we asked her and she said OF COURSE but then she met the other girl who said no I already told them no. So it came back cold. We then asked them to take it back since we didn’t want it cold and she once again said of course but met the other one who said no they’ve already had it for 10 minuets. The reason for that was that we tried to talk to them for 10 minutes without any luck.Conclusion, 50/50 good service VS very bad

Brioche with eggs was so delicious, Granola it is good but it is not worth the value, The stuff was very friendly and helpful but services so slow!.

Nice place and atmosphere, but the french toast unfortunately was very bad. We got 2 dry and thin slices of bread, not french toast, but just toasted bread with powdered sugar on it. We asked the waiter if its possible to get the actual dish and he was very kind and brought a better one. Still wasnt amazing but did the job.

What is wrong with this WENDY lady?!Never have we ever encountered someone as rude as her. Passive aggressive, rolling her eyes and being completely racist towards our group because we’re Asian. We were literally too stunned to speak. Shame on her because in my entire life, I have never witnessed something like her. The looks she gave us are completely disgraceful, it’s really hard to understand why she works in customer service.How can you hire someone like her? You should really check your staff. It’s too bad because the food is actually pretty decent, but her treatment really ruined the whole experience for us.

Not flexible on anything to change on the menu. Super small portions. Very basic menu. Not worth it, there are other good alternatives in the area like Social, Teds Breakfast, Sajoer.

First time at by Jarmusch today, after ordering the waitress found out there was only one of the items left which I ordered and that item was just ordered by the table next to us aswel, so bad luck for me (it was more a funny clumsy than annoying). Ordered a different burger and it was great.The ordering was a bit chaotic however I will definitely go back there to try more of the items on their menu.

Our waitress was so friendly and patient! She had to come back multiple times because we hadnt decided yet what to order, but that didnt bother her at all. She had such positive vibes. I love that! Besides, the food is really good!

I’ve recently discovered chicken and waffles, so I was very excited to try these at Jarmusch. Seeing how packed this place is most of the times - we had to wait around 15 mins for a free table - I had high hopes for the deliciousness I was about to discover. First and upmost, the atmosphere is really nice, the interior looks amazing altogether with the ‘American diner styled’ staff who were very friendly.Unfortunately the chicken and waffles were pretty disappointing. Both tasted very bland, even the chicken lacked any flavour. I did notice how everything was freshly prepared, but I would not recommend this dish. The pancakes were alright but also not spectacular. The freshly prepared smoothies were good though, but I would skip coming here for another breakfast.

The food was good, but service is upsetting. We were waiting 10 minutes to get a menu, 20 minutes for anyone to take our order and around 1 hour 10 minutes for pancakes! In addition, the waitress was not nice at all, our table was full of dirty dishes for like 15 minutes before we cleaned it ourselves and asked somebody to take it away. I would suggest u to hire polite and nice people

My favourite place for a lazy weekend breakfast... at 8am...11am.. or 2pm ;The brewed coffee is just as it should be, and the food is a classic selection of diner-style dishes. But what makes it special is the relaxed vibe and super friendly staff :)

Had the Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken & Waffles. Cheesesteak was small and sad - came with 3 thin slices of tough chewy beef, green bell peppers(why), poor presentation, definitely not worth €13. Could have gotten a much better sandwich at any random sandwich shop for cheaper. Was not filling at all.Chicken & Waffles lacked flavour - I was amazed at how the waffle was flavourless. Maple syrup lacked the fragrance of maple and was overly sweet.On the bright side, service was friendly. But would not return again - food was disappointing and overpriced.

A very nice restaurant. We got two breakfasts with coffee and orange juice that were very good. On top of that, the staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back.

We ordered waffle but we got pancake, with additional granola topping but we got full bowl of granola. Then buns of bacon, cheese and egg which actually so big like big mac. For us personally it was tastes good. Only the portion was too much for breakfast. Service was good even though theyre mistaken for some orders. Not a big deal anyway

Food was delicious, the free refill coffee could be better. The atmosphere is amazing but the downside is the service as the waiter didnt remember our order correctly, my sister received pancakes instead of waffles and I didnt get the extra cheese and water I asked for.

The place was crowded around 10:30 on Sunday, but the service was always polite. The pancake and French toast were ok, they just took longer than expected. The filter coffee (refilltasted good, and was a positive surprise. The espresso and iced latte were ok as well. The place has a garden in the backyard that should be a good option in sunny days.

I liked the vibe here, nice atmosphere, really friendly staff, felt very comfortable. There was only space at the bar and they had no problem letting our dog come inside. As for the food - I didnt love my meal. I had a breakfast bun with bacon and a cheddar omelette. It said it came with a brioche bun but it was more like a burger bun and slightly sweet. Not my taste, but on the plus side the bacon was yum. The side of potato wedges was also underwhelming. My husband had the philly cheese steak which he said was good!

Loved it ! Really good option for breakfast / brunch / lunch that it is event hard to choose. Large choice of hot drinks, the expresso was amazing ! So smart and funny how they keep social distance with mannequin, it gives an extra charm to the place.

Great place to have breakfast! A wide selection of food and drinks that is prepared in an open kitchen, so you can see what is going on. Lovely staff that takes great care of you throughout the meal. We liked it so much we decided to go here both days of our weekend in Rotterdam

These guys are food artists! Best burgers in town! I have not enjoyed a burger like this in my life! I like the style as well and in summer you can sit outdoors which reminds me of a holiday hotel :)

My girlfriend and I had a great breakfast experience this Sunday, the waitresses were friendly and our breakfast was hearty and tasty. Be aware that the place gets busy on weekends though. Would go again!

Welcoming staff, great service and nice ambiance. We were there for breakfast. Their menu has a lot choices. I had the banana pancakes and my husband had the yogurt with granola. Menu is available in English.

Having been here multiple times now, it is safe to say this is my favorite place for my all day breakfast cravings. Love the pancakes, love the waffles, love the hot dogs. The eggs are made the way I like them – every time – and the filter coffee with free refills is a great addition to all these lovely dishes. Unfortunately, it can get quite crowded on a regular basis, so be prepared to wait and take into account that service is not the fastest in the business as well. Just save this place for some other time if you are in a hurry.The ambiance is great. From the waiters outfits (smile includedto the seating and everything in between – it all comes together to make it a great take on an American diner on this side of the pond!

Belgian Waffles, pancakes, eggs, hamburgers, hotdogs all day long - never miss breakfast or lunch. Hungry in the morning? No problem! A hearty meal for big guys are to be had even in the morning.I had Belgian waffles with, I’m told, Canadian maple syrup all on and around them. Bec maple syr is not my fav and they didn’t hv other syrups, I had a side of ham (1 euroand it tasted like honey ham, which is just the way i like my ham. What a meal. The coffee was so good and did not need milk or sugar (i add either or both if the coffee is mot up to my taste buds desire). The decor was dutch european (grey and black, both easy in the eyes).Jarmusch is a funny name in some language, otherwise kudos on the whole concept and food.

Had brunch with friends here. Egg preparations - omelettes, baked, etc are all good quite good.I think they can price their beverages a bit lower. The filter coffee is just okayish. Cortado is really good but quite small as compared to most other cafes.

An American style, movie like diner with a varied range of dishes available. Had the Club Sandwich which surprised with its size and rich taste. The filtered coffee was a bit meh. The vibe is nice, brightly lit and the bar seating is great. The waitresses chat and inquire about the food, while its relatively calm. Overall, would recommend!

Great pancakes and good coffee with free refills. The hash browns are more like potato pancakes than American hash browns, but hash browns are tricky. The space is really cool, too. Well definitely be back for breakfast again!

Love it! Reminds me of being back in the States chilling at a diner. Classy, clean decor. Staff was very friendly and smiling. Not used to that in Amsterdam. Prices were great! Food was delicious. Typical diner food. And the coffee was fantastic! And you get refills!!! Nice touch. Definitely coming back.

A brand new cool and fresh breakfast and lunch diner set in the beautiful Industry Building thats recently been transformed into one of the most interesting places to be and see in the city. As for the decor you cant stop admiring the crisp renovated post-war architectual design which Rotterdam is so famous for. Pretty cool place to hang and have some breakfast or lunch. Dont expect too much from whats on the menu, its all pretty standard but good quality. As well as the coffee refills, which is something we greedy Dutch still have to get used to, is a nice touch to the American style diner. By Jamusch is a nice and much needed gain this city needs, but nothing new when you compare it to places around other great big cities all over the world. Just nice to see Rotterdam is closing in on the gap with cities like Amsterdam, Antwerp and Berlin for instance. Im sure Ill be visiting again but the main reason will be the scenery and not just the food as such.
