big poke lowell in Dracut

One of my new favorite places in Lowell. Food is awesome and always fresh! Highly reccomend!

Yum! So delicious. Got the Poke Bowl today and the spam sushi side just because...

Really, really good. Love the teriyaki chicken. Sometimes out of ingredients but it may be because they are so small. If someone is out, the cooking or ordering probably does not get done. Other than that, it is my favorite lunch place.

The Poke Bowls here are great but I dont understand why its always closed on Grubhub. Dont put yourself on a delivery app if you are always going to turn off the delivery. Everytime I call and ask why, its always the excuse of the owner going to pick up the product and that they will turn it on when he comes back and they never do. I have been given that excuse four times now.

Very surprising considering the reviews, My sister just bought me poke from there today she paid $16 for very little food, not worth the price. Plus she said the kid that work there looks like he doesn’t know what he’s doing he barely put any food in the bowl. If you want poke go to the one in Westford Okipoke. Don’t go here waste of time and money. First and last.

Havent had it in a while. Normally it takes long so wasnt a surprised when we ordered online at 12pm and we had to wait at the store until 1pm. BUT thats not the issue. The issue is that my food is not edible. They forgot my add in item of island Mac in multiple orders but my rice? Its ROCK hard. Not cooked at all. When I called them to try the rock hard rice they said "oh we made new rice right after we opened but gave u the old rice so we cant try it cus we threw it out" so why am I getting old rice thats rock hard. I cant eat it. I dont know if Ill be going back bc I wasted my money Im starving after waiting an hour for my food and the experience eis just so terrible. I called JOSE the manager but it seems he blocked me or avoiding me and the store employees keep telling me to call him and deferring responsibility and noone is giving my money back. I want my refund.Update** called the store multiple times after I basically demanded that he call me backand the owner (not managereventually called (*said he wasnt picking up bc my # was NYC n he gets a lot of spam lol)I told him Im not making the 20minutes drive back and I just want my refund and he actually ended up driving to my place n dropping off a fresh order! 🙃 he also said he will refund me n explained that he had hired new employees to work on Saturday which he normally doesnt so Im hoping its a one time mistake next time hopefully they dont just leave newbies on a Saturday rush. But was Kind enough to explain the situation so updating my review from one star. Customer service to make up was on point. Ill give it 5 stars if they can speed up my order next time cus its still slow every time I go 😆

Tried poke bowl for the first time today. The food was delicious! The service amazing! I will definitely visit again.

Have gotten take out from here twice in the past few months. Its wonderful! The large bowl is enough for my boyfriend and I to share and it tastes amazing! So many different toppings to mix and match. The spam musubi is so delicious as well.

I was in Hawaii last year and had some amazing Poke. I was searching for traditional Hawaiian Poke in Massachusetts. Much to my, delighted, surprise, I found Big Poke Fresh! The owner and staff were very friendly and the Poke was incredibly fresh and delicious! ONO! MAHALO! 🤙🌺❤️

All the ingredients here are consistently fresh and theres a big variety. The service is always very good and the store is always clean. On a hot day its my favorite quick healthy lunch.

Fresh food, friendly owner. He added a lil more than what was expected. I felt extremely satisfied after a meal. Very yummy toppings, I am so refreshed. Will definitely come back.

The food is good. But price went up and the two choice is now the large size. It was three with three sides. Now it only comes with one side. Disappointing....

Fresh fresh fish!! Salmon and tuna and also have the spicy option. There are many options you can add to your bowl. Much more than other poke places and the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly! Hey are willing to help in making a bowl for you that you will love! They have a rewards program that offers free food items and a free bowl after the 10th purchase! Something to look forward to eventually! Definitely coming here a lot!

Fresh Fresh Fresh. Everything there is delicious. Prices are very reasonable for sushi grade products. $16 will get you about 2 lbs of food and 2 meals. I love this place.

This place is casual and cozy in a great central location. They have fantastic combo plates! I had spicy tuna and shoyu salmon with mac salad and seaweed salad. Lots of options beyond poké too- chicken, shrimp, tofu, etc. They also sell Hawaiian Sun drinks, Id recommend the passion fruit orange guava. After working in Kauai for a few months, its so nice to be able to get some of my favorites here. This place is ono ;)

This place is the bomb dot com. Had never had poke before and I am totally a changed man.

The food and service at Big Poke are great. Everything was very fresh. Avacado was not pre-cut and so I expect would be much better than other places. The servers were prompt and really helpful. They provided suggestions about things that they thought would go with our choices. The have several pre-set selections like the Hawaiian Classic, which was interesting. It has kimchi with macaroni salad which balances it out. Seaweed salad, tobiko, and a few other things cost extra.

Ive only gotten delivery so far, but their food is fantastic. Its all extremely fresh and eell prepared.
