Good location, food rooms.Breakfast is very limited, kitchen staff is unsupportive if somebody want even minor change to the breakfast. Staff at reception does not understand English, not expected from somebody in tourism industry.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my entire life…:(🥲😢😭1The hotel’s employees don’t believe in customer satisfaction at all.3I have rented a suite of 2 bedrooms and a living room for two days, one of the room’s air condition doesn’t work and I had been begging them to fix it so my family and I can sleep in a peace.Unfortunately, they fixed it at 11.30pm of my last night in the hotel…

Staff behavior very bad specially receptionist and every hotel providing to the guests complimentary water daily but in this hotel they said they cant if you want complain you can complain thru every social media channel they dont care. Boudl is best hotel since ever I see

The location is the best.. However we have problem. With the toilet flooring. Which is hard to drain because the drain strainer is little higher than the flooring tiles.. Receptionist very helpful.. Hthe free breakfast must also be improved

Rooms are jot so clean. Door it takes time to open every time you want to enter the room it takes minuets to open. Hot water it takes time to come and the pressure at shower is very low.Not recommended

Very worst service is providing and the service boys dont even know how to behave with customers, they always argues with customer for every small thing and they just want tips for doing nothing

The room wasn’t clean and smelly. Service is bad specially the reception man. He is totally not helpful and lazy. I will never book in here again👎🏾👎🏾

Same breakfast everyday. No newspaper service in room. No gym. No gaming room. Rooms are spacious but lighting is not up to the standard.

Good but expensive and old building

Bathroom needs lot of improvement as follow:1. Bathroom is very slippery and my son got injured.2. Water draining system in washroom is very bad. if someone takes shower, whole washroom floor is full of water.3. There is no water draining system in the shower area.4. Hair dryer not available.Other issues1. No internet. I called reception to fix internet problem but nobody fixed.2. Only one remote for 2 TVs and one remote for 2 ACs.3. No water with breakfast.As per the reviews, above mentioned problems continued since one (1year which is not good.Good thins:Staff very cooperative and helpful.Breakfast also nice but less in quantity.Very close to Al-Khobar Water Front.

The average place, needs a comfortable mattress and bathroom rejuvenation

Very clean and nice decorations, but the reception is very slow doesnt have experiance, and the room with view is limited there.

Poor rooms with a split AC blades are damaged. Old furniture, room smells not appropriate. One elevator to serve the building , so you have to wait.
