Good quality food, reasonable cost and definitely a nice, safe option for those of us with European / American tastes - plenty of familiar snacks, and since the cafe is frequented by Jordanian medical students, you know food hygiene is bound to be great :)

They will place a 2jd charge on you if you dont buy anything. The workers there treat you like trash. Also the food is not sanitary.

The place used to be really great but not anymore.The place itself has a very nice atmosphere, the seats are comfortable and the prices are fair.The problem arises when you order, the shisha is hit or miss, sometimes it will be good sometimes it wont, its very inconsistent and you will only know after you order and if its not good well tough luck you better do your best to enjoy it.My second issue comes with the coal exchange process, I dont like it when I have to ask for coals 2 or 3 times until someone actually comes, a good place will exchange the coals for you every few minutes on their own or at least will do it after you request it once.Regarding the food, I cant be too critical because its a coffee shop and they arent really known for having the best food.The drinks are also average, nothing special but not bad either, they are just there.Overall, this place has great atmosphere but the quality of the products and the service can be easily improved.

Service was bad, staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Dont order food here its an unpleasant experience.

The hookah guy was very rude

Huge open area and crons is that you barely here your friends. Shisha isnt that good

The place itself was really good with a nice atmosphere. However, the service was extremely bad, with the waiters demanding we order now when we explained that we would rather order later. One waiter then proceeded to claim that he could sit two tables instead of ours, which was extremely rude of him. Most of the waiters did the same thing, with a few exceptions. 100% will not go there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The owner should conduct a training for staff members to learn to act cordially and in with courtesy.

I have reviewed and rated the place before ... but I have noticed a marked improvement in terms of service and atmosphere ... they just need a little bit to lower the music ... prices are somehow reasonable... this cafe and restaurant have changed and improved ... clean and classy

Nice place, I like the seetings theyre comfy. I usually go to study or do projects there. There is usually no one there in the early hours of the day, so its a nice quiet place where you can think and be at peace. I like their cocktails. I never tried their food just a couple of appetizers, theyre not amazing but they are good as snacks. Theres also an outside area for smoking, which is nice so that nonsmokers can be comfortable inside.

I gave this place 3 chances, and it didnt fail to fail me. I will talk about my last time there with a friend, we ordered food and recieved it cold, even though there were few people, char coals for the hookah is rarely changed and I asked for it several times. The staff are really lazy and I will officially never try again.

The lazy cake is so bad and the ice cream is barely good its just full of sugar barely any flavor but its a good place to sit with family or friends and have a nice time but the food sucks tbh

It was very energetic the prices arent expensive at all as I thought they would be why 3 stars ? I like my Cafe quiet as I go there to chill and relax the staff were kinda aggressive didnt like them at all not recommended for those who are looking for relaxation.

Nice and comfortable chairs but although the place is relatively large it was full of smoke. Not an odd thing in Amman but as a non smoker I could not tolerate it for more than 30 minutes. Food was alright but nothing exceptional

Place is nice and elegant, but waiter need improvement in attitude with clients they looks angry all the time, both rooms need improvement and to be cleaner.

Not bad coffee shop for groups and friends.Prices are affordable with big menu to choose from.Parking is available beside the place where you can park and pay money because parking is not free.I recommend this place to chill in but not to watch soccer games because its too crowded and noisy.

This place is has the worst customer service, a cover charge per person, and the food/drinks are just not good.It’s very huge and has awkwardly high ceiling! Very crowded and very loud.
