Zzaam! Fresh Korean Grill in Bristol

I loved this place, sadly they are now closed and replaced with a restaurant called Bite & Tea, which is Asian food but a totally different menu. Sad to see them go. The Hamden location is still currently open.

It was a total waste of money! Totally gross even with extra extra sauce for flavor, so gross and bland dont waste your money its awful!

I love this place. The spicy pork kimchi burrito is awesome and unlike anything I’ve had around. The sauce options are really good too

Absolutely our go to place for quick but delicious Korean food. The steamed dumplings are a favorite for sure! Street Raman is amazing as well. We have never had a bad meal there.

I’ve always wanted to try this spot and for some reason just kept forgetting about it whenever ordering out. A lot of great options for everyone with a lot of customizations. I ordered Korean tacos with spicy chicken, and it was plenty worth it. They look small, but they’re very filling, and filled with any amount of toppings you’d like. I also added the “angry bull sauce,” for a kick and that was great too. We will be back!

This was our first time eating here, and it wont be our last! Its kind of like a Korean Subway. You pick out what you want, they put it together and its ready in minutes. The food was great and the price was great. The owner was super friendly. They even offer catering. Looking forward to our next visit.

The restaurant is clean. My second time visiting, and the service was poor. The ingredients and fresh and plentiful. The portion of meat leaves much to be desired. $1 more for shrimp and received 5 pieces.I want to like this spot. I do.

Im so sad they are selling their food as "Korean food". It has no origin and they created their own food and call them Korean food. Their kimchi is not even closed to real kimchi. Try pick n mix who has similar menu but real Korean food.

The food was very tasty and the prices are extremely reasonable. The clincher was the level of service we were offered... far and above what one might expect from a quick-service establishment. The staff was incredibly accommodating to my wife, two cranky toddlers, and me... we will definitely be regulars from now on! Highly recommended!

Love the food here. This was the first place I have ever eaten Korean food at and I loved it. My favorites are the Korean Street Ramen, potato shrimp, shumai, and the noodle bowl without broth with the spicy chicken and either creamy chili sauce or the angry bull sauce. I have been here a dozen times now and the food is consistently amazing!

I got Mandoo and some desserts, ordering was a little difficult so come prepared! Food however was deliciously addicting, not to mention CHEAP! Will be going back very shortly when i get a craving for Mandoo or Mochi. I highly recommend!

The Kimchee Burrito is one of my favorite foods I can think of. Spicy pork, all the fixings and zzaam and sweet chili sauce. Amazing!

If youre ever in Connecticut I definitely recommend this place! its great, the food is delicious, inside is nice and clean, the people working there are soooo nice and I just really love it there. My favorite thing to eat there is 비빔밥 (bibimbaprice bowl. Today is my second time going here and I was happy that the manager remembered me from last time and as usual he was very nice. im going to miss their delicious food and great service when I leave Connecticut this week but I will for sure come back to this place whenever I come back to Connecticut. :)

Good Korean/fusion eatery in the area. Tried their ramen and it was tasty. Was visiting the area and it seemed to attract a lot of local regulars.

Came here when it first opened in Oct, hoping to give it a good review- ordered the brown rice bowl with pork/beef - bean sprout, kimchi, cucumber, spinach, tomato, and the fried egg- it was rather tasty, nice staff- went home , took a nap as soon as I wake up, I get intense stomach pains end up vomiting all the food out- I think it may have been the fried egg as its left out, I would take caution from this place as I got food poisoning. I see that they now have tofu soup, hope theyre serving it boiling hot.

Great, quick service! Think Moes, but Korean food. I had the bibimpab with chicken and rice. Zzaam sauce was the perfect mix of spicy and sweet. Great kimchi. Will definitely go back!

So delicious. My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times and have never had a bad meal. We always underestimate the amount of food were going to get and leave stuffed, but never bogged down. I feel like theres something new and tasty to try whenever we stop in. The staff is very nice and its always clean. Give it a try!

About a week ago me and a friend decided to stop by and check this spot out after seeing the coming soon sign in prior months. Upon entry the place was nice, clean, and just an overall welcoming environment. After talking with the owner and taking in his suggestions for our first time there, we got the rice bowl and the veggie egg rolls. The food was prepared quickly, tasted incredible, the service was impeccable, and the owner is very personable and kind. Cant wait to come back ASAP for the Street Ramen!12/10 Would recommend to everyone!

My brother and I went here for the first time last night and it will definatley not be the last. This spot was extremely clean and kept up. The owner was suuuper friendly, funny, and full of good vibes. He didnt steer us wrong with his suggestion on what we should get, being our first time there. The food was absolutley amazing, FRESH!, and well seasoned with just the perfect amount of spice. Very healthy and convient. If your in the mood for chinese check this spot out first. You wont regret it! My mouth is watering thinking about this place.5/5

Just got some food here and it was really good! I got the rice bowl (bibimbapand my friend got the Korean street ramen with beef instead of chicken. We shared the vegitsrian steamed mandoo (dumplingsand each got a Korean iced tea. The food was very good and very fresh for the setup they have. Its set up like a moes or chipotle is where you pick a base and get to choose what meat and what toppings/veggies you want. Theres a good variety of vegetables to choose from. The broth for the rice bowl was really tasty and flavorful. Its quick food but not lacking in quality! Inside it was more open than I had expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The tea was also really good!
