MUST!This place is absolutely amazing. Inside the lodge are very cozy lounge area with fireplace and a very nice bar with a spectacular view. You have to see it for yourself.The accommodation is so homey and peaceful with enough space between the chalets. And beautiful views from the chalets as well.Fishing, hiking routes, cycling routes, and game drives. And there is a football pitch that hosts local football matches on some Sundays. Even the football pitch has a view, mind blowing. I’m definitely going there again.

I am very disappointed to get to the lodge and being send back while it does not say on your website that you only open from Monday to Friday. Had i known i would not have driven to the lodge had i known thats how you operate..i only wanted to view the place and book for my wedding, i guessmy business is not needed.

The people there that gave us an unforgettable experience are Isak, Lerato, Elouise. And the owners, Dr Carel and Elmien, gave us the comfort of an unforgettable experience. Truly a gem in the eastern freestate!!

This is the view from Chalet 5, and you can go on a game drive. And you can bring your nou tain bike and go for a ride in between most of the wild animals what a experience.

Very comfortable and beautiful views. Food is well below average. With a bit of effort this beautiful venue could be spectacular. The last 10km of the road there is very rough dirt road. The gardens are wonderful and all the love and care shows.

Absolutely incredible stay. So accommodating, friendly and the food was AMAZING! Will definitely be back.

Best lodge Ive stayed with for a while. Karlien is the best and friendliest and William the best and most accommodating host. What a wonderful place. Chalets are adequate and nice but note no television sets in the smaller ones. The views are absolutely awesome.

I got a very good service, the receptionist was very good to me. She explained everything thoroughly and she was so friendly including the bar tender.

Amazing food and service

Visited in February 2018. The minute I left, I already missed the lodge. The most friendly stuff I every had the pleasure in meeting (William, Susan). Its felt like we were their only customers, but there was a conference of 60 other people, but our every need was fulfill. Dinner was the highlight where Susan cooked us one of the best steaks I have ever had!!!!! Thank you so much and you guys will see us again!!!

Lodge is nice place. Disappointed in hunting. Been here several times taking people for day hunts. Last two times they raised the prices on the animals that we wanted to shoot.
