Zoup! in Allentown

Went in waited 10 min by where you sample no one offered anything so went up to the register to just order waited another 10 min and no one came up to take the order so we left.

Great soup,great sandwich! Wow! I ordered soup and a whole sandwich ,it was huge,next time Ill get a half.They even let you sample soup before ordering.Everything was fresh and tastey.This was our first time here and we will be back.

Soup so good but their employees dont know much about their product, so you just have to taste and decide if you like it!

My cheddar broccoli tasted lousy... it tasted like it the pot was burnt at the bottom while heating it up. I took mine home but threw it out... it’s usually good but I may have caught it on an off day...

Soup was good and I’ve been here many times. Never had a problem until today. The two young ladies working there acted like they didn’t want to be there. I got my order ( soup and bread). I needed a knife. I politely waited until they were free and asked for one. The girl threw one down on my tray . He fingerprints were all over the knife; had to wipe it clean. Ok.... then I had to get back to work. I asked ( politelyfor a bag and a lid. She gave me a bag. I waited. Finally she said, “ what Else do you want?” DUH- a LID for the soup that I want to take home. Honestly, i know good help is hard to find, but this girl needs to go.

Soups are good. Didnt care for the crums in my chicken pot pie soup. Good meal, but a little pricey.

Soup is great. They have 6 varieties that are offered daily and then another 6 rotating soups on top of that. Most of them are good, I really like the chicken enchilada soup and the tomato bisquw. Pretty expensive tho and the sandwiches are just ok. I feel like this place is a flipped version of Panera: amazing soup but mediocre sandwiches.

At times they are some really happy people serving. I love going there because I have severe allergies(gluten, egg, dairy, so most of the time they have something really good tasting that I can eat and it is easy on the stomach.

Staff is always rude to us. We have literally been here multiple times to hope for better service and give the staff another chance, and we are constantly let down. I have brought this treatment to the attention of the evening manager and ridicule is what I received in return. The brand seems decent but our local staff makes this spot an avoid avoid avoid!

Over rated, over charged, and very disinterested workers. I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor waiting on me.

Cant say enough great things about this place! Selection is always awesome, my Wife puts the Lobster Bisque over everyones. I love the chili, all of them, and try something different periodically. Then to top off all of this awesomeness theyre Veteran-friendly and proud of it. GREAT PLACE!!

1st time at Zoups Airport Rd. Allentown, Dilicious! Employees Esmeralda, Sam, Bri and Kati where very helpful and catering not only to military service members but to all customers!

I just love ZOOP.Where can you go and try different soups in little cups to see if you like it before you buy it ? At ZOOP.Believe me, you will love the place,and the service.It is very clean and it had comfortable booths to sit.My favorite soup is LOBSTER BISQUE, which comes with tasty roll.Dont forget to try their tasty sandwiches,mmmm good.Every time I go there, I feel satisfied and I have a smile on, it cant get any better than that.JUST LOVELY!

Food was good. The people who made my sandwich didnt listen to my request of cheddar cheese instead of Swiss.. but they were happy to give me the cheddar cheese that I had requested. I was ok with that, but some might not be. Soup was ultra chunky and the sandwich was FULL of fillings. Definitely will be back but will ask for something a little more simple.

Im not a big soup person, but whenever Im in the area I always try to stop by and get a bowl of their Chicken Pot Pie soup. It is SO delicious!! And with the side order of bread that comes with it, it turns into a very satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Near my place of work in the last six years, I just visited for the second time and I really liked it, the soups are definitely better than those of the two popular convenience stores that operate in the area, I hope to continue visiting. Restaurant itself is clean and their staff did a good job.

The best seafood etouffee soup and the turkey bacon sandwich is so good.

Great selection of soups and the chicken and bacon Cobb salad was great. Staff worked a bit slow, waited longer than expected for the food. Overall a pretty good place for a quick and cheap lunch meal.

Great experience. Had clam chowder soup. That was awesome. The kale chicken ceasar was interesting. Other soups - chicken tortilla was yummy. Would definitely do this again. Maybe not the kale salad :)

Soup was delicious, french bread is awesome, turkey and bacon club is amazing and service was friendly.

I am obsessed with Lobster Bisque soup and will source anywhere I can get my fix. Today the craving came on suddenly and although I have a spot I usually go to in this area, its cold and I wanted to eat it now!! In comes Zoup! It was on the menu and I decided to give it a try. The couple of dollars difference in price was absolutely worth it. Hot soup with a nice French Baguette, a nice chunk of Lobster in almost every bite!! I cant say that about my go to place. Zoup! Isnt generally in my area but rest assured I will make my way there whenever possible!!

The soup was great! I also got a sandwich, not so great. The bread on the sandwich was hard enough to be used as a shield in case of a workplace shooter!!

Soup was delicious (especially the creamy tomato and the stuffed bell pepperbut chicken sandwich was not edible! Chicken tasted funny and the sandwich was so bland and tasteless I just ended up eating the bread from it. Go for the soup and nothing else.

Ive been going to Zoup for a few years now and the food has always been really good. They have 12 different soups daily which is always nice and keeps you from getting bored from the usual. My only downside with a soup is that the prices have increased twice over the years so I have not been coming in as often. Its definitely worth the money I just usually come in to treat myself. I imagine if you came to Zoup often during your lunch break at work it would probably add up pretty quickly. Dont let the prices deter you its definitely worth it. My favorite sandwich is the Southwest turkey and Im a fan of most of the soups.

Not the best visit. Salad was sad looking. Girl made it, guy apologized for how wilted the lettuce was before giving it to me which really says something. I like the chain but this visit was sub par

Soup was tasty, sandwich had virtually NO taste, and the tomatoes had not only no taste but were yellow, not red! $23 for 2 for this lunch = never again!

The lobster bisque soup is always phenomenal. The bread is good but sometimes hard. I like the wide selection of soups to choose from and pre taste. I do wish they would clean and wipe off their tables every so often. There is always crumbs left behind before you sit down and for some reason their bathroom is freezing cold.

Soups and salads are usually good. Today, however, the lobster bisque tasted like flour and I got a big mushy lump of flour half way through the bowl. Yuck. Then my husband pointed out that one of the workers used the same rag to wipe down the tables as she used for the outside of the garbage cans. I wont be going back again.

Every soup that Ive had is awesome! Love their multigrain bread too. Great service at this location.

The value is amazing. You get so much more for the same price you might pay at Panera Bread. You can sample any of their 12 daily soups to find what you like and their salads are nice and big.

Because I love soup and could eat it every day and their soup is particularly awesome. And I love their French bread. 😍

I love this place. The service is extremely fast, the food is consistent and great every time I go. If you order to go you can probably be in and out in under 5 minutes if the line is not crazy.

Awesome lobster bisque in a bread bowl! Reasonably priced as well. Me and my 6 year old son loved it! Will definitely be back to try salads and sandwiches...

Very good Supe. All the time they have fresh hot supe. The best thing is the variety of soup they have. They also have a great selection of sandwiches and salads. My personal favorite salad is the Asian salad. They also have a good selection of gluten free and vegetarian options.

First time there and the food was great. Had their Lobster Bisque and a half sandwich of roast beef & pepper melt. They allowed you to sample any of the soups before purchasing which I thought was awesome. Will def go back.
