I love the drinks they have and the Mac n cheese is amazing I love the topping!!!!

This place is amazing! We are in from out of town for a concert and decided to eat here. Skylar (sorry if I spelled it wrong!took care of us! She was sweet and recommended some awesome choices! I got the Turkey & Bacon Club with some Baja Mac & Cheese. Both were delicious. My sister got the Italian Market sandwich and the Vegetable soup. She ate every bite! Definitely glad we stopped in!

Love the customer service and the Lobster Bisque and Tuna sandwich. I just wish the server would ask what we want in it.

Well I don’t think I’ll ever be visiting nor ordering from the Zoup locations in Columbus ever again. It’s always an inconvenience whenever I call the district manager to place an order, even when she gave me her number herself. And it seems the company doesn’t want my money anymore 💁‍♂️ I will miss ordering and eating there, but I can’t have a business experience like this ever again…

Service is amazing and hope management sees that. Staff are kind and friendly - makes a big difference!

I thought the food was great and had no issues with quality or quantity. It was exactly what I needed on a cold, rainy Columbus Day.

This is a new favorite of mine. Lots of variety of soup, friendly staff.It is expensive for soup but every kind I have tried have been delicious.

Soup is great, staff is extremely friendly. A great value. Glad to see there is a Zoup still open, sad the one in Cincinnati closed. Would recommend and will return.

Ordered for a business lunch and those who got the "Full" size salads were all disappointed at how pathetic the portion was. 1 serving of chicken was spread across 3 salads it seemed like. For $10/each this was a rip off. Will not order from here again.

Amazing soup and sandwiches! Great game day dinner location. Super friendly staff! We were welcomed upon entering! Sample any soup before you buy! I was nourished by the grilled cheese dipper and ginger butternut squash soup and my handsome husband enjoyed the Santa Fe chicken Chile and the southwest Turkey sandwich. Will come again when in Columbus next time!! Thank you!!We came in at 5pm before a 7pm game and just beat the rush.

My husband and I visited for some soup and sandwich after we were in the Veterans Parade. It was delicious and we will definately be back!! Thank you for your good food and friendly service!!

Sashae makes this place worth going to, shes the best in the business when it comes to customer service. Food is pretty good, a bit pricey for me though. But the customer service her and the rest of the staff provides warrants 5 stars

What a pleasant surprise to be greeted with smiling faces and a sincere smile. I believe her name was Joy and she made me feel like I mattered to her. She and Glenda took my order and fixed my food quickly and correctly. Kudos to both very nice ladies. Because of them, I will be back. I can say that I have not always been treated as well. It was nice to see new faces in the restaurant.

Good food, but customer service was atrocious- barely got a grunt back when asked about getting ice and WIFI password which I never got (either)

How can you charge the same amount to 2 different customers when one ordered a large soup and one ordered a small soup? Preferential treatment for black customers.🤔🤔🤔🤔Since management stated they could not understand my review, Im going to try to explain. Two customers enter your store at the exact same time, one black and one white. They are not together but they order the same item. They both ordered soup, the white customer ordered a cup of soup while they black customer ordered a bowl of soup. They were charged the exact same amount for a cup of soup. After the white customer paid for her order, she asked why she was charged the same amount as a customer before her but the other customer ordered a much larger portion of soup. They could not answer why. The patrons in the restaurant assumed it was because the employees were black and the customee was black as well, gave her a special preferential discount. No the black customer was not employed with Zoup.But I do not understand, improper English coming from an establishment.

Awesome breakfast food in a good location. It is relatively cheap too. I should have taken a picture of my sandwich, but I ate it too fast! :I got the vegetarian option! The people were nice! Great Pepsi!

Ordered a Korean Zing bone broth bowl for my first Zoup experience and not all of the ingredients were included. Portion was quite small too.

I called 5 times trying to place a carry out order. They did not have a working phone and kept hanging up on me. Sad how poor the service was.

I had the Chicken & Bacon Cobb salad and the Broccoli Cheddar soup and both were delicious but a bit pricey. It is awesome that they let you sample the soups before making your decision.

I never write reviews, but for a place so inefficient and filled with inept associates I will make an exception. Waited 40 minutes for a carryout order. The (onlyperson preparing the orders somehow lost my ticket (this is after waiting for 30 minutes). After she realized, rather than expediting my order, it was placed behind the already long line of orders. Another 10 minutes goes by and I ask for a refund, she turns around and tells me she has my order in hand. She had an order alright, but it wasnt mine. So not only did I wait 40 minutes for something I didnt order, some other poor soul likely got screwed too. Heres a tip, maybe take 3 of the 4 associates you have giving people samples and have them help prepare the actual orders. Or, another idea, fire everyone that works there because they are sadly too unskilled to work in the basic of industries. I wouldnt return to "Zoup!" if i was starving.

Excellent service and some of the most delicious food Ive had in quite a while. The lobster bisque and maple bacon swiss are particularly good.

1st disappointment- They offered free delivery for this week only. Went through the order, received message that delivery wasnt available - waste of time. Placed order for pickup. 2nd disappointment- Arrived to the store, didnt receive my order. Employees didnt appear to trust my order, showed my phone to provide proof. 3rd disappointment- price was close to 20 bucks, which I was fine with if the value of the food matched. It didnt. Salad was a small portion and broccoli cheese soup tasted funky. Manager was nice and introduced but not enough to go back.

The customer service is the ONLY reason I will never eat here. I work next door, and I try to give them a chance every few months, hoping something has changed. But every time, I walk out saying “never again”. It would legitimately be an improvement as a self-serve, automatic checkout experience. The soup is great!

My wife and I visited before the Queen concert. Staff were friendly. Offered a taste before ordering. The Lobster Bisque was out of this world. Big chunks of lobster in it. The Italian wedding soup has turkey meatballs. Absolutely delicious. Salads were very fresh and tasty.All prices are very reasonable.Cant wait to go back.

Changed owners, now not as good. Bread is not fresh anymore. Soup is watery and spoons are apparently a very valuable resource.

The pricing is confusingly high for a dubpar product. How is a cup of soup and small sandwich always over $10? Their soups have been hit or miss. Seems like they should focus on doing less variety but higher quality (and a looker price).

Zoup is amazing. Their soups and sandwiches are made with taste in mind. They are all amazing, no matter the temp outside. Its like home made food from your families kitchen, the ones that can cook anyway. I love meeting people for soup and chatting for a while because the atmosphere is just right

Good, fresh. My only gripe is that the service was very slow, considering how many workers there were. All very friendly and helpful though.

Good rotation soups and can sample any of them. Good breads for dipping into about 10 rotating soups each day.

Good food. Wait times are horrendous. Consistently wait 10-20 minutes for a soup and half-sandwich. Employees need better training. When it gets busy they just implode. Its a shame because that Chicken Toscana is on fleek if you got the time.

Zoup corporate office should visit this location and observe how poorly they service there customers, first hand. This location is an embarrassment. Consistently slow wait times for pre-prepared food.

This location has gone downhill in the past few months. insane wait times, incorrect orders, and hit or miss soup quality.

I love zoup. Dont tell them but I try soups just to get a taste of them because they are so delicious! Service is great here and everything is good.

The food was good, but the staff here were very casual about their work. Only a lady, and what looked to be her son, were working there at the time. I do not believe they were following child labor laws. Both were wearing very casual, unprofessional clothing: the boy in a jersey, the woman in leggings and a random top. They were not using the proper food service etiquette of washing their hands before serving food after using cleaning equipment. The dining area was not clean with dirty tables. The staff here seemed very antisocial and unwelcoming.

Only because I can’t give a 0 star rating. Virtually no people when we arrived, employees had tickets mixed up and it took 20 minutes to receive an order while I saw my food sitting on the counter getting cold and they were so focused on all the other orders coming in.

The BEST new little restaurant in Columbus. Lots of amazing soups, salads, and sandwiches every day with calorie count on each. Excellent choice for a fast healthy lunch. Soup choices change daily so one can dine there every day and never get sick of it. Love it.

Love this place. Service is fast and the soups and sandwiches are very good. Looking forward to their summer chilled soups.

Good, rotating selection of soups and they let you try them before you buy. If you need to grab and go, best to call in advance or order online. Service can sometimes take 5-10 minutes

EXCELLENT service! Michael was extremely helpful with my online order, and the order was prompt - and delicious. Will definitely be ordering from this location for lunch meetings in the future.

Surprisingly great for vegans! I had to ask for a couple modifications but the soup was really good and so was the wrap.
