Vertical good location, a little hard to reach it because of closes and opposite streets on google maps, everything is good but it’s too hot in the hotel and if u opened the windows u hear everything so loud..

In the heart of maydan, parking included but was not easy to find.

Great location in the centre of the city

Location is great, center of Trabzon, rooms are nice but Ive seen better in 5* radius. Its fairly expensive for locals and yet I was far from impressed with service. Employees dont speak English well, the waiters at the restaurant are slow and when I ordered a beer, a girl just ignored the order, even though I agreed to pay extra for it. Food is really tasty though, but you dont have much options unless you pay extra on top of the price you already paid. You mostly get whats planned for the day. Pool on the top of the building is OK but pretty small, and you have to have cap for the hair (costs 50 lira, not muchsauna is good, the gym no less. Mixed feelings in the end, not bad, but not great as well.

Perfect location! Right in the middle of everything happening. Shops, markets and restaurants are a step away. The national park is few steps as well. The breakfast is good, not great but good enough. The breakfast staff are welcoming unlike the reception guys. The rooms are very basic, most of them have the lobby as their window view. Almost zero privacy as you hear everything going on in the rooms around you. But hey, who needs to sleep when traveling!

The hotel in the center of Trabzon, no need car after checking in.The 4 star because of AC condition is not cooling good, other than that perfect 👌

A 5 star hotel located in the heart of the city and surrounded by shop, cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. You dont need to go far for shopping or dining, all just walking distance.The staff are really friendly and kind, the hotel is very friendly environment, very comfortable and clean. Rooms are good and sound proof so you dont get disturbed by the street noises.Guest relations staff is very kind and helpful in giving advice and tourists attraction and also they can book you a daily package.Personally I liked it allot and advice to stay here if you willing to come to trabzon.

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms and helpful professional staff, however it is a bit noisy and there is no noise insulation between rooms or the corridor.

Visited this hotel while looking for a restaurant that closed but ended up eating at the hotels restaurant. Very clean, very professional and helpful staff, very accommodating. The food was excellent and not badly priced for a 5-star hotel. We enjoyed the food and appreciated the helpful service! I would recommend at least trying the restaurant, if not possibly spending the night too.

In the middle of trabzon, easy to find, delicious breakfast, friendly people and clean room! Our stay was great. Beautiful building.

The location of the hotel is wonderful.its also very clean and the WiFi is good and reliable. Water pressure and temperature was amazing too.Beds was super comfortable. Our room included airport transfer, they were on time. Staff were friendly too.What I did not like is that I felt the furniture needed replacement but that’s just my opinion.

Middle of trabzon close to all the shops and markets and famous restaurants and not noisy.Thier breakfast has fresh baked goods everyday with changing variety of main dishes and great service would recommend to anyone.

The room and furniture is a bit old and dated. I did not like the whole experience, I couldn’t sleep well cause my body was itching me all night, and woke up with small bites all over my body. However, I liked the restaurant they really have good food.

The hotel is good, clean and ok in over all experience. However, the A/C is turned off at night because of cold weather and the room gets hot and it becomes hard to sleep. I have called the reception several times and the staff responses were not satisfying..!!! I wouldn’t repeat it again in such season.

Not the best, expensive for what youre gonna get.- They will not tidy up the room, they will only clean and thats it- They dont change bed sheets and towels daily!!!- Rooms are very old and consumed- There was blood stains on my bed sheets- The rooms were so hot- Some of the reception guys needs to be sent to some training courses so they know how to treat customers, as we called to place an order for dinner the receptionist said that the kitchen will call me back, waited for more than 10 mins and called again, the receptionist said with a tone (The kitchen will call you back cant you wait for 2 mins!!!). Not recommended

Dont book at this hotel!The locations is in the downtown which is good, but...-The car parking is in the basement, you have to climb the steps one floor up and then you take the lift to your room, i had a baby stroller which i needed to carry it every time to go up or to go down again to my car because there is no one there to help you with your stuff at the basement.-I have book a suite and the room was very hot, i talked to the hotel regarding the problem and they said that the A/C will be cold within 30 minutes but nothing happened. At the evening i requested a technician, the guy came in but he failed to solve the problem and he left the room without saying anything. The next morning i went to the reception to request another room but the hotel was full and they told to wait until 1 oclock to see if there would be an availability, but i did not wait and i checked out from this hotel.-The room was facing the lobby!!-The furniture was a bit old.-The breakfast wasnt that good as a place and food quality and food presentation.-The thing that keeps this hotel full is the location.

Lovely rooms and open area in the lobby. Very nice food and great value for money. Some staff did not speak English well, but youre in their country so no major problem. Staff do not use a note pad when ordering drinks and snacks which resulted in wrong orders on many occasions

Fabulous hotel to stay in after all the tours in the area. The moment you are back to the hotel you are recharged with grand attitude from all the staff and their warm welcome and service whenever they see you

at first i didnt like that its doesnt look over the sea. but after staying I found out that everything was accessible and very convenient. very clean, staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will visit again.

Very Nice Hotel although we only visited, we did not stay there. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. We returned another evening and ate in The Restaurant which was good, the food and service was excellent.

Far and away the most overpriced hotel I have ever seen. Its a three-star hotel masquerading as five. Truly a very unpleasant experience in many regards.

- The service provided is for 5 star hotel.- location is in the city centre.- Breakfast is good (can be betterbut not bad.The only comment i have is that the rooms looks old, they need to reinovate them and if the management can put some smell in the whole hotel that make people confortable more will be great.

A bit overpriced for what you get. The hotel is quite outdated, with limited breakfast. You are forced to buy a swimming cap if you want to use the swimming pool on the top floor. The pool water is cold, and not temperature controlled. The staff are good overall, and if youre renting a car, theres no direct parking. Youll have to park the car by the side of the street and call for one of the staff inside and theyll take the car and park it in a nearby underground parking. If you want to use the car, youll have to wait like 5 minutes for the car to be brought from the parking.
