Zoomarine Algarve, Portugal in Faro

Great place to visit whilst on your holidays. My hotel was 30minute coach journey which isn’t bad. The shows are great only managed to see the seal show due to the timing for other shows and activities. To do everything would be best over 2 days. Food and drink prices are reasonable. To use the pools and water the lockers are €5 and €5 deposit which you get back once the key has been handed back in. Good ride selection for children and adults to take part also.

Great way to pass the day. Arrived at 10am when they opened and left at 5pm when they closed.A good variety of shows/presentations plus the Butterfly house and other areas to view.Large theme park area which is good for the kids (we didnt have any with usbut could easily have spent more time there on the water slides, wave pool, beach area, river ride etc.

Really enjoyed our visit. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shows are amazing. Food really let it down though. Burger was pretty much raw so went straight in the bin.

An excellent, fun place for all. There’s so much to do and see here. From animal shows, to walk in experiences, to rollercoasters - there’s something for all. The pool area is excellent too and there’s lots of water slides so make sure you bring your swimming stuff if you visit here. The dolphin show was absolutely fantastic and it’s wonderful to see the relationship the animals have with the zoo keepers and workers. We visited today (Mid Octoberso it was fairly quiet which was nice as we had time to do everything there without queuing for much. We will 100% visit again the next time we are in Portugal!

Amazing experience. 7hrs (one day from 10.00- 17.00not enough to be there. Will come back again one day. Dolphins show unforgettable. Still not see everything. Reccomend

Great family day out! The animal shows were amazing and the attractions were good for kids. Bot much for adults who love a water park but it is more suited to families with younger children. Definitely worth the visit though :)

Best experience ever! This is defo a place to go if you love animals. They have the most amazing experience of Dolphin shows, Bird shows, Seal shows, and many many more. The whole experience in Zoo marine is wonderful the staff are lovely, and you can tell the animals are well looked after and loved.Your able to see dolphins up close! Swimming and telling an amazing story behind it all (I won’t spoil itbut the best experience of the day was the Dolphin show. Just amazing and a once in a lifetime show.The price of the ticket is worth every penny and I cannot recommend coming here enough if your in Portugal (the Algarve region). We spent the whole day here until around 5pm, and we could have spent longer if we took our swimsuits (which I would defo recommend taking). There’s a range of water activities aswell as animal based activities, and just many many things to do. It was beyond beautiful inside and a great place if you have children or even as a couple.

What a day out! Excellent and well worth every penny. There is so much to do and see. Highly recommend a visit here, especially if you have kids 😊

Great value, especially if you take the additional 2nd day option. We went in mid September so it was the perfect level of busy for a family with a toddler though I do imagine it could feel a bit chaotic in the peak of the summer.

What a perfect place to visit! Shows are really great, specially the bird show. Highly recommended to go there with kids. They will have a splendid day.

Hello everyone,Year by year, this place is getting worst.The staff are motivated, but the management have no idea what to do or how to lead them.We need to take 6 donuts, and a lady wanted to pile them all up on plates.Asked if they had a box ??No management doesnt want any.Prices are expensive, but water is a very good value.If you are going to eat in the Burger place, dont go between 12.00 to 15.00 waiting time around 1.hour and half.Food, is so and so, French fries too dry.Crazy after paying for entry of 150, we also have to pay for the beads, 20 euros..If you want a cap with a picture for your child, do it early, as around 12.00 oclock he is already booked for the whole day, and he cannot take any more orders until 19.00, he will tell you he only has 2 hands.Waiting for the rides is very time consuming, most rides 25 minutes wait.Everywhere cigarette buds, all around the sand placeNice wave pool and it was quiet around that area, some parts the music is too loud and only oldies.You will be better off going to a slide park if thats what you wanna Do..Management is totally without any clue whats going on.Tried to give advise on how the day went and how it could have gone better ...Not interested from their side.I dont like animals in captivity, but thats just me ..If you go enjoy...I want be back..

very nice place to spend a day with the kids. It has swimming pools and water slides. there are shows throughout the day and you can pay to have a dolphin experience.

A bit crowded in August but it is a top notch park. The animal shows are very good, and the water park is quite acceptable given that it is not the focus of Zoomarine. The Dinosaur boat ride is also fun, and you also have a small amount of amusement rides through the park that are fun enough for the kids.You can eat in Zoomarine, but mostly fast food. It is a good idea to take your own lunch if that is an option.There is a lot of parking for cars, but it will get crowded soon. Get there as early as possible.

The park opend at 10 a.m. and closed at 6 p.m. You definitley need two days, to see every show, animals and to use the water area.The 10€ offer for the second day is a fair deal, but must be booked inside the park before leaving. Also, you have to verify the "comeback" online at least one day before until 5 p.m.

Words or pictures would not express how much fun this place is. There is soooooo much to do here and so many memories you and your little ones will remember.We had the best time here, the children were able to have there pictures taken with dolphins, which they are still talking about now (€30 for photo opportunity), this will be something they will remember for a very long time.The splash pools are great fun...well needed in the heat...sun loungers for the day are €20 definitely a good idea to use a a base to keep coming back too if you leave your towels on the loungers .So many rides and the queues werent as long as some rides in other English theme parks.The longest we waiting was 45mins for the jurassic river...Great ride and perfect cool down.Would recommend to anyone going Portugal, and wanting to see dolphins.

Kids loved it. Dolphins look very well looked after and put on a great show. Waterpark, aviary and aquarium kept us entertained between shows.

Great family day out. Next time well bring swimwear so we can enjoy all of the park properly. I would recommend a couple of days as there is so much to do and see. Great shows as well as rides.

Absolutely loved visiting here, so much so ..We went back for a 2nd day for 10 Euros each person.The Dolphin show was fabulous, absolutely amazing. I couldnt take my eyes off them. You can see the Trainers love working with them, they love them to bits.Great true story about Sam.

A fantastic day out for all the family! My only regret is that we visited this place on our last day, had we realised that we could have returned for a second day (within 10 days of first visitfor just €10 each we would have absolutely and could have easily spent two whole days here!! The dolphin show was our favourite part! EPIC!! We also paid for our boys to have a photo with the dolphins, I only wish this could have lasted a little longer than just a photo as our boys absolutely loved getting close to, and touching the dolphins!Next time we are in Portugal we will be sure to go back!!Excellent day out!!

Second time here and we found it not that great on a really hot day. The cafes and the pools are super busy, the queues for the butterfly house were ridiculous and hardly moving, the bird show wasn’t great so in the end it felt like a really expensive dolphin show as it’s the only thing we enjoyed. The traffic on approach was horrendous because the first car park was full but you only found out when you were on top of it so it caused mayhem. They have no proper plan to manage the car flow until you’re inside the second car park itself, must be a pain for those trying to get past the park and getting caught in the mess.We won’t be rushing back…

I have loved this place, was not overcrowded, the food is delicious and affordable, the staff is very kind, the lines were not too long and the activities are well organized. thank you.

Water slides & pool are lovely & clean. Dolphin show is amazing. Atmosphere is calm & friendly.Food is a little pricey & I felt the Pirate show was lacking adventure.The toilet facilities are good & clean. Lockers are available. You can hire sun loungers & shade - €10. (Or just a lounger for €5)Parking is free.I would recommend a visit.

Bought a ticket for my wife to enjoy the Dolphin Experience for her birthday in 2019, but she was taken ill and couldnt attend. Zoomarine kindly allowed her ticket to be rolled over to 2020, but we all know what happend then!She finally got to go this year and on the same ticket! Thank you Zoomarine outstanding customer service.

its a nice day out, its a lot of money for what you get few rides its mainly for under 10 ,shows are on every hour in the afternoon Dolphins on twice a day

Splendid park. Doesnt take the 5 starts because of the atrocious burger place. Terrible food and organization, casting a shadow on an otherwise fantastic place.

Superb combination of zoo, water park and fun fair. Its like the best parts of Orlandos multiple theme parks rolled into 1. We had such a good time we went back the next day and itsonly 10 Euros each for the 2nd day.

Hollymolly! 9 hours there passed like 15 mins. Place is full of attractions, very nice service and more. Our kids were fully satisfied. Tbh I was too.

It was a very good experience. The kids loved it. The shows vere good and now when we know more how they work with the animals it feels better. We bougth two day tickets and are very satisfied for that. After a day in the park I think that one day-ticket can feel stressfully.

Great experience for all the family- the dolphin show is a must see and it was amazing- the rides and slides were excellent for the kids and the toilets and changing rooms are cleaned constantly and were absolutely spotless

Great variety of things to do for the whole family. Lots of fun in the water and also exhibits of fish, birds and animals. Our two boys (3 & 5loved it. We spent 2 full days and did it all

Nice place, lots to see from butterflies and alligators to turtles and marine aquarium. There are rides, swimming pools, a wave pool, water slides and flumes. Food stalls, shops and other stalls.I liked it and the kids loved it.

Great place to visit busy singles, couples and families. It has loads of shows, rides and pools. If you can do the 2 day pass. All the animals looked well looked after and the message was very important

Wonderful family day out at Zoomarine.Great mix of rides, shows and the waterpark; which has had loads of new additions including 2 kids areas. My kids favourites were the Sea lion and Dolphin shows.

Im not a fan of water parks but this is no ordinary water park, its packed with variety for all ages and tastes. We were recommended to buy the multi day ticket and didnt due to our schedule, a big mistake:( Id have loved to spend a 2nd and even 3rd day here.The water slides are varied to suit different ages and swimming ability. Theres a mini theme park with a big wheel, train, boat etc There are animal shows and a very energetic Pirate show.There is a food court, an all you can eat buffet and a burger bar. You wont get hungry.

Great experience seeing the dolphins, seals, sea lions and other animals. The water pools and slides are an amazing bonus. Recommended to anyone regardless of the age group.

Every show we went to was way better than my expectations! The facilities were very functional and clean. I was so impressed! Everything was awesome.

We have now visited Zoomarine 4 times and loved it every time. The place is clean, staff polite & friendly. Everything is well sign-posted. Shows that they put on are always great, educating and fun. Animals are looking healthy and well looked after. The swimming pool is awesome, spacious and warm. Good selection of water slides and rides. Butterfly world is a lovely addition to the park. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great day out for young and old. Would highly recommend. Especially to families. The dolphin show was spectacular and is definitely worth seeing. I would recommend bringing a picnic as food is expensive and limited enough.

Worth a family trip , decent park overall. All the shows were good but the Dolphin show was amazing and definitely not to be missed.Good restaurants offering wide varieties.Water slides were well maintained and kids friendly .

Great day out in the Algarve with our son, lots to do for the littles with the rides, animals and all the water attractions! We went in early May so it was not super crowded and very enjoyable. We did the shallow water dolphin experience and it was incredible, I only wish we could have done the deeper water package but our son was not old enough. The food was better than I expected, especially the chicken wings! Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Absolutely amazing place, especially for families with kids 3-10 y.o. Fun and at the same time cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Dolphins show was the best. If your child is small enough, he or she could participate in the show during ball game. Pirats show was also very fun, creative and absolutely amazing.Everything is done with the idea of respect to nature. A lot of touching moments together with lots of fun.

We visited as 4 adults. Im sure if we.d had children with us they would have said 5 star. The butterfly House and the jurassic River were my high points.

Loads to do here, the water park is amazing with loads of slides.The rides here are great fun for the kids.All the animal shows are amazing. We even did the swimming with dolphins this was amazing. Alot of money but the memorys are there for ever.

Dolphin premium experience was worth every penny, not to be missed by any age group. Friendly and very interactive Dolphin trainers to help you have the best experience possible, 3 generations sharing a beautiful bucketlist moment to forever be remembered. The rest of the park is great too with plenty of attractions and shows to fill up a full day of fun and adventure and a wave pool with splash park and beach while being inland 👍💯💙🇵🇹👏

Excellent place to visit for families and others alike.We went just as season was over so it wasn’t very busy. This made getting to all the shows really easy. No quests and we saw everything with perfect seats! I can imagine in peak periods the experience would be more typical of any theme park.The shows were all of a very high quality. So recommended. Pirate show, dolphins, birds, seals and 4d show were great.If the weather was hot I would recommend the two day ticket, (but it’s easy to upgrade from 1 to two). One day for the shows and another day for the rides and water.We ate at the buffet bbq place, it was ok. But the price of entry reflected that. The kids loved it.Definitely worth the entry fee. Recommended.

Fab place to visit! We were late for dolphin show but they let us in anyway...show is absolutely breath taking !!! Dolphin experience for the children was amazing too, all super friendly and nice staff! Only minus is waiting for 2 hours to get food!

Great fun park with shows. Your kids will love it! 😊If you have some Euros available, buy a ticket for the dolphin experience or at least a ticket to take a photo with a dophin. Thats a great souvenir.

Good option for kids entertainment.It is a nice place to spent a full day, especially for the dolphins, birds or seals/sea lions programs. They were really nice and full with useful informations.The water slides and the “dry” attraction are not quite “high end”, but you can fill your time with them.There are some restaurants inside, but you can also bring your own food&beverages. There is also a picnic area near one of the pools.
