Zoom Flume Water Park in Windham

There were a lot of fun attractions, and my family had a great time.However, cleanliness was an issue. The restroom at the front of the park, which had a changing area, was SO dirty. I ended up holding up a towel outside for my daughter to change because I didn’t want her touching anything in the bathroom.There were long lines for everything. Even the lazy River had a line! It made it hard to just relax and have fun because we were constantly getting out of the water to wait in line.They don’t allow outside food, but they don’t have healthy food options available, and you’ll spend a half hour waiting in line for food around lunchtime.My kids had fun, but there are so many ways this park could be improved.

So Ive been there a few times. Its a small water park with some fun rides, a nice scenic location and on site food and drink options. Its more geared for small children but there is still fun to be had for people of all ages on a summer weekend. The fact that its a smaller sized park means the lines are also smaller.

Very good and enjoyable place. I left my Apple Watch there on the Seat and got it back the next day in a the same condition very good costumer service

Took two 12 year old boys. They had a great time. Clean, great fun on all the rides. Lots of good places for Grandma to sit and watch the action. Ate a delicious pizza for lunch. The boys loved the Typhoon and the Anaconda best. All one price so no fussing with cash once you get thru the gate. A+ adventure.Typhoon

I had the pleasure of visiting zoom flume with my family and I must say, we really had fun and the place is clean and nice. The water was a little on the cold side but one’s you get in it for a while, it wont be so bad, lol! But on a serious note, our family had a great time here and, well definitely be visiting sometime in the near future! The food wasnt bad either, had quite a bit of variety to choose from! I would definitely recommend visiting zoom flume!

Went on a Sunday, thought to get there early as was expecting it to jam packed. But it wasnt! It had a large amount of people but I never felt over crowded. The floors were clean and the staff was above reproach. Highly recommend for family day at a small yet big feel water park!

Had a good time rides and pools were great. Alot of bees around the food area Mother Nature what you can you do . Had fun with the family.

Big yet “small” enough to get to all rides in a period of two hours (presuming short lines at all rides). All structures built from wood, and well-maintained. Electronic scales at those rides which impose limits on weight, so maybe stay away from them French fries before riding!

The park itself is nice but there is a huge bee 🐝 problem there I wasnt at the park for more then 5 mins and got stung on my lip ..going to the food court its literally infested with them there hundreds of them flying all over u and when I Said something to an employee I was told there is nothing they can do smh... Im not unrealistic I understand this is an outdoor park but from what I saw there was nothing being done to try to keep the bees away ..the poor workers have to swat them off themselves constantly i also seen a worker up in the pizza place trying her hardest to kill them to keep us costumers safe she was a kind lady names Lori koodos to u Lori your an awesome employee.. so with all that being said if ur allergic to bees stay away we didnt stay more then 3 hours the youngest kids couldnt handle it complete waste of money

We are had a great time .Good variety of splash pads and water slides. The staff at Zoom Flume are fantastic. Not wait time long not a waiting and long lines. .. Zoom Flume has helped us fast the lines. Thank you to each member of staff who helped .

Awesome time here! Not as huge as some other parks but felt like I got to see and do more. The lines were reasonable. The rides were fun. The water wasnt too cold and it wasnt that packed even on a Sunday. Would definitely come back!

we love it here. the park is easy to walk around and there are rides for every age group. food is decent with reasonable prices. the staff is friendly and helpful. a fun day out.

We had an amazing day today at the park. Sharon and Leanne gave us great service as well as the rest of the staff. My disabled brother was accommodated from the time we arrived. The staff was very patient and accepting which was super helpful. They were thoughtful to his needs. We will definitely be going back. What a great place to be on a hot summer day.

Very fun place to go with friends, theres a couple of long lines occasionally but its worth the wait. The wave pool is where youll spend most your time 😂

Great slides & water park, the staff & lifeguards were awesome. No showers. Only one food outlet was open with long lines so we left after 3 hours. We purchased tickets online in advance but I was never asked to show them, we just walked in & got wristbands without question. We got in with drinks & snacks (water & peanutsbut people with food in coolers were stopped from taking them in.

Very clean place, very friendly staff. a bit pricey. Fun place to go with family. one big warning THE WATER IS NOT HEATED so it takes a minute to get used to it.

I have been going here since the early days and it has been awesome having the opportunity to take my children here now that I am grown. My family does not miss a chance to come. We have never left disappointed, just a little sunburned.

Very happy experience. Not too crowded, clean, nice employees. All the rides were surprisingly fun and yeah would definitely recommend.

Went yesterday and had a good time. The staff is so unpredictable. They are all like 14 or 15 and are half paying attention 95% of the time. There is 2 places to get food and 1 snack place so the lines are terribly long. There isnt a lot of rides but what they do have are fun the park itself feels a little tight but thats not all bad. However, the lazy river could be a little longer and be more than 1 lap. Its 1 trip around and its over them you have to get back in a line and wait. Its not bad just a few minor things that I didnt like.

Family fun for all ages. We have been going here for 15+ years and we always have a blast. My oldest kids are over 20 now and they still love it as much as my younger ones. Very clean and very friendly.

We went on Sunday June 26,2022. It was awful!First of all many major attractions were closed, Then the ones like lazy river had very little water in them , like two feet! At the end of the rafting ride the staff had to splash you because the water was like 3 inches. The lines were Horrific! Hardly any shade and burning feet in fact burnt my 15-year-old twins feet because the pavement was so hot and dry! Then the lines for the food straight out in the sun 90 degrees and no room for anyone who is handicapped or elderly- lines were 40 minutes long so we spent the entire day and only got to go on 4 attractions- the wave pool was elbow to elbow! All the drink machines were out of water, the place was understaffed, and bathrooms were overflowing with trash. Also I had to pay full price even though I am elderly and handicapped as well there were stairs to the shaded chairs that were uncomfortable and had Many bees and nests😩Only good thing was the staff.

Was disappointed to find out this year that they no longer allow food or small coolers only to then have to wait in line for at least an hour to purchase the food there. Definitely needs to be more organized food service if they are not going to allow you to bring your own. There are two sides an literally 2 employees just standing around for free refills of drinks (if you purchased their cupwhile the food side was overwhelmed.

Great day! It was our 2nd time here more crowded (hot 90+ degree daybut Lines moved pretty quickly and everyone had a blast and went home exhausted

Went for the first time, I’ll start by saying that it was a Saturday and it was 100+ degrees outside so I expected it to be busy but the food was ridiculous, we waited in line for two hours for cold fries and rubbery chicken tenders, everyone working was moving so slow it was like they were doing it on purpose, when we complained we were told that most of the workers were 16y and under and hadn’t had a break yet, it was 3:30pm and the park opened at 10am, the staff had an attitude, the woman running the ONE register didn’t know what she was doing and asked the same question several times, the way that they run the food is horrible and needs to be reworked, the manager (short young girlwas very rude to the customers and did nothing to help the situation, I will try to come back since we already paid for season passes but will not return next year unless something is changed. Some of the attractions were either closed or closed early, if you don’t have the proper staff you shouldn’t let more people than they can handle, I feel terrible for your employees and believe the park should be shut down.

The staff at Zoom Flume are fantastic. I took my 8 yr old ASD son who doesn’t deal well with waiting and long lines. Zoom Flume has no guideline with dealing with people on the spectrum. I spoke with Glen and his daughter and explained about my son and his needs. Glen went out of his way to inform all staff about my son who in turn knew my son and helped us fast track the lines. Thank you to each member of staff who helped my son have a amazing day!

We had a great time here. Tickets were reasonable and you get a discount for buying ahead. There was ample parking that was very close to the park itself. The facilities were clean and the staff was interactive and friendly. There were plenty of rides to suit all ages and comfort levels. We went on a Friday and the crowd was reasonable. The lines moved quickly and we never had to wait very long. I would go again.

Great place to spend the day. Only thing is you cant bring in your own snacks which I think is a let down .

This park is extremely charming and full of fun. My family has been enjoying zoom flume for years and we shall continue to.

Always fun, staff Is friendly. Very helpful.. Everything, especially bathrooms are kept clean. Some lifeguards make me a little nervous.. But overall always a good time, from toddlers to teens, definitely worth getting a season pass.

Love this place..Best advice is go early for prime seating. Pack a cooler 😎 has to be kept in the car. Picnic tables are available to eat outside next to handicap parking. Only two shaded tables. Plan accordingly!!

I took my family to this place today and had the worst experience of my life. The security at this water park is trash or non existent for better words. My vehicle was broken into and all of my personal information stolen. Another individual who works for the park had their vehicle broken into as well. There was no security or cameras to catch anything or anyone. At minimum a business like this should have some cameras or signs to deter thieves. This is not the first incident either from what I heard. You think they would act on it and fix the problem instead I was ignored and no one even offered to help. If you go here and have a vehicle be ready to take a chance on your personal items and vehicle.

Have been a season pass member for a few years now. Good price, but Im disappointed in the food service. Why arent everything sold in one place? I had to stand in a long line for drinks and food. They told us there were no fries but then we saw people 10mins after us getting fries. Then we had to stand in ANOTHER line to get preztles. I had souvenir cups, but my family only drinks water and staff couldnt provide us with ice abd water. Stated their drink machines dont have water. Not offered bottled water. My sister in law has celiac and there was nothing she could eat at the food shacks. Theres no outside food allowed. We have purchased 2022 passes and will see how this year goes.

The kiddie areas were great and the whole family enjoyed the wave pool. However, layout was maze like, with a family of five that wanted to be in different areas at different times, it made this difficult. Additionally, it was difficult at times to figure out how to get from area to another. There was not enough seating as well. I arrived around noon and after walking the entire park there was not one seat. We ate lunch there and the food, even for an amusement park, was disappointing. The fries were great. The chicken tenders were gross! The soda was extremely watered down and flat.

To whom it may concern, I am was excited to experience Zoom Flume this past weekend which had been a family ritual for many years. Recently, on June 26, 2022 be exact. I had planned to reexperience what I thought to be one of the best water parks in NY and take my boyfriend for his first time ever. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing how I expected it to be it was actually the complete opposite. It was very bad starting with the ticket price increase, which I can understand due to inflation and price of everything going up. Then I was very let down to see some of my favorite rides such as the Mighty Anaconda Slide and the Zoom Flume Serpentine Slides that I looked forward to experiencing shut down with no acknowledgment of this online.Also, certain restaurants were closed due to short staffing like Mama Jeane’s Pizza. I wouldn’t have been so upset and let down again had I known prior to buying my ticket. Then to cap it off the new ride Slider Rider was advertised coming in 2022 on the website as well, and was not near completion. The park closes on Sep 6th for the season meaning the ride won’t be available until next summer season in 2023. This was all just a bad experience and disappointment to not only me but I’m sure many others.

Amazing place for a day full of family fun in the water!! They have some excellent water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and kiddie pools. Something for someone of any age! The food is awesome too, I recommend the burgers! You cant beat the day pass pricing either for the quality of entertainment!

Coming to the Zoom Flume Water Park for over 16 years with my family. We all love and enjoy the wonderful happy environment and rides. The Season Pass is very reasonably priced. The staff and employees are very friendly and courteous, and the place is kept very clean. We love all the updates that were done to the Gift Shop and more. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR SUMMERS SO ENJOYABLE!

Perfect size water park with enough shade to keep cool. The kids always have a blast and it doesnt break the bank.

I haven’t been here since I was a kid. Probably 1989 or so… I remembered a pretty awesome place.I thought maybe it would be a great place to bring my kid for his birthday. While the park is cool for the little guys to keep busy for a bit, I have some serious safety concerns. As a contractor by trade, I must advise you that your property, walkways and otherwise are not structurally sound. There are also heavy bee infestations throughout the park

A friend and I brought our kids, we had a blast. We bought a cooler of food & drinks, walked out to eat/drink, came back into water park & finished our fun!

Small water park, but benefit of smaller lines. Overall clean and lots for little ones. Most water rides were great for 11 and under. Not really a place for the thrill seeker type. People were friendly and lots of families made us feel safe. Well worth the day.

Stopped in here on our way across the states. It was a little off the main highway but worth it once we arrived. It has some age to it for sure but they have lots of staff and everything was running from what we could tell. Our kids enjoyed it so much they requested to go back the next day. Lots of slides to pick from. Not as many for the young young kids as everything runs of high of the child. They have a good variety of snack bars as well as a gift shop. The price was alright I believe it was $124....ish for a family of 4. I wouldn’t suggest renting the cabanas as they are just closed in areas with the same chairs as the rest of the park so to me no real added benefit other then maybe a place to come back to but lay a towel out and that’s marks your claim to it. They do have coolers and a locker in the Cabanas which I guess is alright but you can easily get a locker in the main area for rent. Some areas don’t allow outside food to read the signs. All and all we had a great time and you shouldn’t be disappointed with the adventure to this water park.

Love this place! This is a very cozy and traditional water park, with a very friendly staff. I went to Zoom Flume every year for quite a while and was never let down. Oh, and the owner? Hes the nicest, sweetest guy youll ever meet. Always with a smile and friendly. I would definitely come back here again if I have a chance. Especially that, if Im not mistaken, they try to add a new feature every year.One year I arrived and was greeted with a magnificent, double rainbow over the park. See attached pictures.

My family and I thoroughly enjoy visiting Zoom Flume. We come from an hour away because its much nicer and calm here compared to the water park near us. Not as packed and huge lines to wait on. You can get in the wave pool here and not be shoulder to shoulder with people bumping Into you. Fun every time!
