Excellent sight and great service

Beautiful zoo with lots of animals, very clean and very well maintained.

Most of the animals were in awfully small cages, either alone, stressed, thirsty, or in poor health.The most heartbreaking part was seeing the crocodile enclosure and how little water they had, not to mention it was basically a wishing well, there were so many coins in the water.

Really fun!

The waterfront terrace has a nice view of the city. Summer drinks are perfect.

It was okay.Only thing I didnt like - NO FOOD STANDs and SOUVENIRs -

This zoo doesnt take care of animals, they seem to be in very bad shape, the enclusers are very small as vell.

Quite a bit of the animal cages are just empty and full of grass, not being taken care ofNot like advertisement but ok if you just want to have an enjoyable afternoon

Great place with small children, many different types of animals.

A lot of wasted space. Animals depressed, squished in small cages like bugs. A lot of them were alone which is very bad, especially for the ones that live in packs/depend on more animals. Small crocs were put in the house where lizards are, they had their mouth open because that prevents them from overheating, but when you come in you almost fall down how hot it is. PLEASEEE GET THAT ANIMALS SOME NICE HOME, DONT TORTURE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you are at the section where they keep lions. You can go inside of a jeep that is connect to the cage and see lions in person!!!

Great experience for children. Our toddler loved every second of the tour. Keep the good work. 💙💙💙💙

Some of the exhibits were closed, lowering the number of animals in the zoo such as tarantulas and some birds, etc. Other than that everything was great.

I totally love the meerkats! Best animal in the world. I do get the feeling that the larger animals live in too small confinements.I just wish they would get a honey badger or two, fantastic animals.

It was a nice day out. Liked the zoo inspite being a bit old and it was too hot for some animals to go out.

One of the biggest zoos in Croatia, good for groups and familiesor just to get out of busy city of Osijek for some quality off-time. Theres a really good restaurant/hotel nearby and a nice big playground inside and outside of zhe zoo (cant miss those). Choose the timing of arrival to avoid after-chow times and bring enough anti-insect sprays for everyone during summer, youll appreciate that last comment 😁

Its a very nice zoo that suffered considerably during the war and has been recovering ever since but has always had beautiful animals on display. Come and support them, visit the animals (dont feed themand reconnect with nature in this serene and supporting way.If you visit Osijek, you should not miss its Zoo. Have fun and be kind to nature! 🖖🏼

Other than being a nice zoo its a wonderful green space ideal for walks. The animals can enjoy spaces larger than what can usually be seen in zoos.

Lovely small zoo, although some exhibits were under construction with the animals missing.

Excellent environment. National cousine prepared by old receipts.

If you want to spend hour or two in peacful environment this iscplace to go. Friendly warning: bring some anti-mosquito spray ;-)

The graet ZOO !!! I am from Bosnia and I go to this ZOO evry mounth with my family. And also Osijek is a great City.

If you visit Osijek, go to the Zoo! Very good place to get in touch with the nature and to relax. However you can find the name of the animals in english, i missed the english description of them.

Very big place for walking. Not too much animals but they have very pretty and.. not bad.. like soo much.. nature is beautiful

The kids attended summer workshops where they learned a lot about wild animals and nature. We had a wonderful time and will visit again as often as possible.

Zoo Osijek is improving, from year to year. Thats why I am giving this place highest number of stars.

LOVE IT! If you are first time visiting Osijek I would definitely recommend you go visit the zoo! Just watch out for the police on the way there.Super zoloski, stvarno se ima sta za viditi. Medutim prije zoloskog ima duga cesta sa ogrankcenjem 50 km/h i zna cesto biti policije, pa vozite po propisima do tamo :)

The biggest zoo in Croatia by surface, but not in amount of animals it holds. On one hand this is good because most animals have really huge amounts of space for themselves. On the other hand, some animals are hard to observe.Also, If you go there to take pictures, most cages have dense fence that eliminates any possibility of taking a good photo (or any kind of photo). Also, virtually every glass surface is highly reflective and scratched to the max by reckless people trying to photograph with their phones.But, if you are not a photographer this is a *very* nice place to go with your family. Plenty of benches to sit on, you can drink, eat ice cream and there is even playground for kids. For a very low price this is extremely good value!
