Well, Ive never rated a place that low before, but trust me they had it coming. Lets go over it step by step: first, to say that the service was awful will be an understatement, then my cocktail was fine but my dates one was weak and tasteless and to wrap it all up, we waited for our dishes for like forever or more accurately, till we no longer wanted them, and the narghile(hookahwe asked for was filthy and tasted weird.

The service told us the wrong prices,it was disgusting and the drinks tasted very bad! The Shishas were also very bad and old! I would never go to this bar again..

The waiters are not very competent. I’ve smoked better shihas in India...Charged us 20$ service fee for nothing... I recon locals are more welcome than tourists. Just keep a distance. ;-)

This pub was horrible! We asked for the price of a Cocktail before we ordered and had to pay more in the end. Very rude. The shisha tasted like mould it was disgusting! Not to be recommended!

Do not go! Really pushy staff, mouldy shisha, bad service, got told the wrong prices and were made to pay 20% tip. Worst place ever.

Bad service expensive prices never again

We were given incorrect pricing, totally dirty shishas, ​​a bill with drinks we did not order or were overcharged and last but not least the wait staff insisted on a 20% tip.I do not recommend anyone to go there.

This place is the worst place Ive ever been in me and my friends wanted to watch a football game with some beer .We ordered it 5 minutes before the game started and only after 40 minutes into the game we got our beers .We also asked for 1 liter each when they said the dont have empty clean cups we said that we will be fine with 0.5 liter for each . (It was already the middle of the game).And the the waitress screamed at us that we cant change our mind because its already in the computer.I went inside to speak with the manager and I have never seen a place so filthy if it was in the USA he would have got D ranked do yourself a favor and dont go inside even if your life depends on it

Terrible service. We order 1L beer for everyone (4 Lafter bringing one L beer, they said they dont have enough 1L. We said its ok and they can bring us in 1/2L, they bring us 3 pints (ok... And after we finish the paints we ask for the rest beer we order, but we asked from 4 different waitresss and got answers of "ok" "we will call your own waitress" " we will ask the manger". After 40 min!!!! We found our waitress and he said ok ok, and bring us only 3 more 1/3 of beer!!! They stole from each one more than 200 ml and this after we wait 40 min!!! .Do you self a favor and dont go ... You cant find any worst than that....

The worst service you can get in Jerusalem

Dont go!!It looked like a normal place. We ordered and after 1 hour they had not served us. We entered the bathroom to see how the place was inside because we were on the terrace. There was no one in the kitchen, it was disgusting and smelled like vomit. We decided to leave, so we told the waiter to charge us the small water we requested and very aggressively he wanted to charge us € 10. We told him that this was not the price and he started shouting and insulting us in a really bad way. He became very aggressive, we thought he was going to hit us. Then we saw that the food was brought from another bar in boxes in very poor health conditions. The waiter had intolerable manners.

Just bad in every way. Cats and rodents are roaming the outside sitting area and every little thing that you could touch or see is dirty. Most of the alcohol here tastes like its watered down or just a cheap fake and the bartenders dont even know how to blend a decent cocktail. The music is very loud and annoying, and most of the crowd here are drunk annoying kids or drunk annoying travelers. If you come for the hookah prepare to be disappointed too. Most of the hookahs here are broken or have missing parts. But all of them taste like rotten burned tabbaco. Not recommended at all. Only to drunk annoying kids.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They dont care about the customers whatsoever and seem as if they cant be bothered to do the basics of the job. Upsettingly bad.

I walked i to get a drink at the bar, the owner asked me what are you doing here? I said getting a Drink, he told.me that he didnt like my face and i cant sit in his bar, i never in my life experienced such a rude statement like in my life, i hope he learns his lesson as an owner not to speak to customers like this 🙈🙈🙈🙈

No enjoyment whatsoever. Music is loud and bad, service is forgetful and slow, food is cold and greasy, no value for the price payed, bathroom smells like urine.

Bad hookah and very very slow service

Avoid like the plague. They got me by offering free hookah. Food inedible, meat was raw, didn’t touch my plate. They didn’t even ask what was wrong. Hookah was filthy, water is brown. Gross. Literally right next door is Gents. Go there. They stand outside of gents and try to convince you to go to zollis instead.

Surprised by the negative reviews. Maybe it depends on the day, but when we were there, the staff was extremely nice, the beer ice cold and the shisha more than acceptable. All in all, not the best bar I’ve been to, but far better than these reviews might suggest.

Food sucks and service is bad as well. Gross forzen beef patty and limp, lifeless fries. The waiter stuffed our order and the restaurant is full of loud, drunk Americans. A true tourist trap.

Very unfriendly Service. Tried to Serve us something we did not order and in among of this se demanded from us 15% tip.They show you a Menu with prices and put 15% on it.On ist the menu no info tip is not included.

Fair price yet has loud music and letting under aged access.

I dont like giving bad reviews but I feel the need to warn future patrons. Cold mash. Wilted vegetables. More salt than meat. Dirty cutlery. You will then be aggressively expected to tip exorbitantly.

Indoor/outdoor pub.

Zollis. The service is usually bad, the drinks taste watered down except for when they taste like diesel fuel and rubbing alcohol, its loud and crammed and aggressive and fun. And Ill probably be back again lol. I would never eat here but Im always cool grabbing a few beers with friends and smoking some hookah.

Picked up a 300gm ribeye steak cooked just right with potatoes and rice and a free glass of wine for 93NIS. Can’t beat that. Wife’s burger was a bit over cooked and small but again, came with fries, salad, and a free drink. Up the street is the Grill Bar with better fries and burgers. Sitting outside early on though, the music was good (not too loud best of the 80s).

Good place to go with friends. The drinks are watered down though.

Food was mediocre, and so was the service. A bit pricey for the level of quality. The only thing that redeemed it for me is that they included a free drink with the meal. We wanted to go to Rozas which is just through the alley, but they werent open yet. We should have waited.
