Zohra - Moroccan restaurant in Fes, Morocco
Marrocan experience seating.Friendly staff, lovely food ,amazing olives.
Perfect place, perfect food.
Menjar molt correcte i bo. El servei molt amable. No tenen Wifi, però et poden compartir dades.
After we had a bad incident with a restaurant near the Zohra we got this restaurant recommended by the staff of our riad. The restaurant is runned by a very lovely family, they serve incredible dishes to a fair price. The furnishing of the reataurant is traditional - it is the perfect experience to dive into moroccan culture!
Good atmosphere, decent pricing (paid 110 for a soup, main, sweets and a big waterand lovely staff. Portions are not the biggest, but should get you full
Awesome staff. Really quiet.Paid for 2 pax, 210DH. Got full!!
If you are looking for traditional Moroccan food, this is the place to go to 😊 It’s delicious and not overpriced! The staff is very nice and welcoming. The second time I went there I was suffering of food poisoning and they made me rice (off menuand a herbal tea. They didn’t charge me for it!
Good quality food and very friendly staff. Beautiful interior and relaxing atmosphere.A nice getaway from the busy streets surrounding it.
Not impressed. Menu at 120DH + 30DH for water and coffee. Food was ok, not bad, but also nothing particularly special. We ordered two menus for 2 adults + 2 children (8 and 11and it was enough. 300DH for everything.
Nice place, portion sizes could be improved but overall nice.
A comida estava deliciosa, excelente atendimento e preço.
Amazing place with great & tasty food,We had a good dinner at their restaurant, staff are really helpful, informative and very friendly. This restaurant is highly recommended for people who want to try real moroccan culinary art.
Good
Was guided her by a fine tour guide. We had a party of four who were all impressed and enjoyed their food. I had the lamb tagine and it was delicious. Another party members ate the pastilla and it was enough for two. The couscous was light and fluffy and the vegetables well seasoned. It was a three course meal with starte, main, and dessert. Would recommend if you find yourself hungry in the Medina.
a bit pricy but good food
Very good restaurant serves typical moroccan food. The host is a nice guy
Very nice place in the middle of the Médina. The food is very good and very authentic. The service is excellent, I still have to thank the owner that after dinner droipped us at the Riad. Good job.
We visited this restaurant due to the good reviews. I must admit that we were not as impressed as the reviews suggested. That said, the food was decent; enough options to choose from and ok taste, although it wasn’t as filling and not of a particular/ remarkable taste. It’s a set menu only option (at least for touristsand for 80 Dhm. Pleasant environment and friendly waiter, ok experience overall but sadly nothing to be remembered.
The food quality is very good verses the money paid , also the staff was so friendly and helpfulThe salads , lamp tajine and the couscous were very delicious
Very poor
One of the best moroccan restaurants... if you’re hungry go there!! They give you so much extra, unbelievable 😍 Friendly people und delicious food 🇲🇦☺️
Decent homemade dishes in quiet environment for good prices
Great and quiet location in the medina. For 80 MAD you get a choice of salad or soup to start, then a choice for main course, and finally finished off with fruits and baked sweets. Perfect value for price and delicous food. Loved it!
Super nice little hidden restaurant. Diner menu at MAD90, starter, main, desert. Classical choices (couscous, tajine, brochettes). All was really good. We can only pay by cash. The owner was very kind as we did not have cash, he offered us to eat first and then to take us to the cash machine and then to our Riad which was very appreciated considering how difficult it could be to navigate on these many streets. No fancy decoration but very nice china. We highly recommend it. Excellent value for money.
Great veggie options
Delicious
Great food, good prices, very authentic
The best food we had in Fes, and maybe all of Morocco. For 80 MAD you can feast on a meticulously prepared 3 course meal, which includes a selection of soup or salad, a main entree, and a fruit platter. I opted for the lamb tagine with dates, which was the most flavourful lamb I had in all of Morocco. It was tender and well seasoned, and paired perfectly with the soft sweetness of the cooked dates. I also was lucky enough to try the chicken tagine with olives and the kefta tagine with eggs, which were also quite a treat. Zohra gets my highest recommendation.
Quiet, hidden restaurant down a side street. Great food, better desserts. Beautifully decorated interior. Clean and comfortable inside. Low bench seating. Went with a tour group and we were the only ones there. Enjoyed the experience.
Great 3 course meal for 80MAD per person. Friendly, English-speaking service. Everything we had was delicious
Simple, but delicious. Good service. Lunch menu for 80 MAD (soup or salad, main course and dessert). Nobody is showing you the menu on the street, nobody is pushy.
Great food good price for what you got
This was a really simple restaurant where the wait staff, chef and server were the same person. Admittedly, I was the only one in the restaurant so the food and attention was very good. The soup was actually our of this world and I was happy to be offered a fresh plate of fruit for dessert.
Fantastic. The food is top quality at a great price and no pretensions. Best restaurant we visited in Fes
Nice welcome and nice traditional food, for a good price. Thanks!
Great place to eat with the locals and to get a taste of the moroccan habits. Besides all of this, they offer high quality food for a low price.
There are signs to the restaurant from the main path. Its such a quiet and quaint little place, that seemed family-run. The food is amazing and for 80 dirham, you get a starter, main and fruits. The food was delicious too and our server was friendly and helpful. Loved everything about this place!!
Ive been here thanks to my guide Amid. Quiet restaurant, fixed and simple menu, fixed price, high quality for this family-owned restaurant. Can be hard to be found, but once eating you will not be disappointed.
Large portions, beautiful place and great menu prices in the Medina. Highly recommended for a no-frills dinner.
Really nice food!
Very nice, friendly place. Warm service, and the lamb was amazing. Highly recommended.
Very cozy place with tasty Moroccan food! The owner is very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
