Zing Burger in Budapest XX. kerület

Nos, meglepően gyenge volt. Nem szoktam Zingbe járni, de ilyen árak mellett azért oda kellene figyelniük.Akkor sorolom: A Shopmarktban lévő üzletről van szó.. 2 fő a konyhán, 1 (!pénztáros, 1 (!pincér". Ennyi fő mellett vártunk 20 percet az ételünkre, fizetés után. (+elötte a sorban állás ideje.)Kihozta a pincér a fél rendelést. Mikor rákérdeztünk a másik felére, fogalmuk nem volt róla, hogy mit kellett volna még átadniuk.. Ekkor megmutattam a blokkom. 🤷‍♀️ Közben elvitelre is dolgoznak, csomagolnak, szóval nem irígylem őket, de azért.. na.A burgonyám már kihűlt, puha volt mire fogyaszthattam. A rendelésem úgy válogattam össze, hogy 2 szósz is járt volna hozzá, de csak egyet kaptam. Ezt már szóvá sem tettem. 🤦‍♀️Szóval siralmas. Megint meggyőződtem róla, hogy csak pénzverde", jóllakni nem fogsz! 😑2022.11.18. 19:30-20:00

Családi ebédünk volt a Zingben. Örülünk, hogy van vegán opció is. A krumpli finom, de a Burger nem volt elég ízes. A húsevők elégedettek voltak.

Kértünk egy guitar herot és egy smokey bbq-t, de guitar hero helyett egy hungry hipstert ütött fel a srác. Miután megkaptuk és beleharaptam, éreztem hogy valami nem stimmel, odamentem és tök normálisan jeleztem hogy itt valami nem oké, mást kértem, erre letámadott hogy biztos én mondtam rosszul mert ő tisztán hallotta - holott évek óta guitar herot eszek itt, és a párom is tisztán hallotta hogy guitar herot kértem.Volt vendéglátósként számomra ismeretlen fogalom hogy elkezdesz vitatkozni a vendéggel, ráadásul hülyének is nézed, mindezt alja stílusban.Ezek után kifizettett velem egy másik burgert.:Nem volt kedvem vitatkozni, éhes is voltam, kifizettem. Hát köszi a hatalmas élményt, asszem ennyi volt nálatok. Költsétek továbbképzésre, mert ez hatalmas nulla volt. Ugyan elkértem a vásárlók könyvét, de nem akartam zsíros kézzel összetapizni, ezért csak egy értékelést kap a kiváló kiszolgálásotok. A kedves hölgyet tartsátok meg, ő talán kapizsgál valamit a vendéglátózásból.Ha időbélyeg kell: 2022.10.14 este negyed 9 környéke.

This is a clean nice place with a diverse menu for a “burger place“. They even have some healthy options. I am a visitor and do not speak Hungarian so I was staring at the menu. The nice guy at the grill asked how he could help me. He directed me to the website which has English and really good descriptions. But he made it clear that he was available to help me. He was not trying to dismiss me. After reviewing that, I went back to place my order. The guy who helped me understood that I was looking for a low-calorie option to drink so he suggested the hibiscus lemonade which was really good and very low-calorie. The service was quick and efficient; they brought it to my table which is how they do it. I noticed that the employees stayed busy cleaning when there were no customers. Next time I’m going to have one of the really good looking burgers. The salad was great, with some of the best chicken I could expect. It had more onions than I cared for but that’s my personal taste. The dressing was great and just the right amount.

The burgers taste good, they are just somewhat soggy and watery. Otherwise it is a nice place to dine at.

It is an honest place, reliable, great quality, just not exceptional. Or I have been abroad too much. But I recommend it, much better than most about anything in the mall.

Food was cold and we were waiting for it for about half an hour. At least it was tasty.

Extremely mediocre, but at least expensive. The portions are abysmal, and the service was ridiculously slow. The food itself was alright, I had jalapeño poppers (4tiny jalapeños with the stem still attachedand cheesy fries. The fries are good and tasty the cheese sauce wasnt excellent. Jalapeños on the fries were a bit too mushy but at least nice and spicy.Zing displays itself as kind of a fancy place, but it is frankly much worse than any fast food joint on a worse day.

Never again.Ordered through netpincer.hu. They messed up my order, several items were missing. Called them, they refused to deliver the missing food, instead they offered refund which I accepted but did not receive it ever since.

OK fast food with a sense of quality. The philly is a bit too sweet for my taste (both the bun and the onion jam- but I am afraid, this is the authentic american way. The beef is of good quality. They have quite OK ginger beer (non-alcoholic and a bit too sweet, too), and a decent selection of craft beer.

Really friendly service, excellent food. I really recommend this place.

One of the best burger places. Yummy burgers, nicely made. Good quality and quite good price. You can pay with szép kártya also. Be aware to have your vaccination card otherwise you cant sit inside.

Today i’ve been for the 2nd time to the Zing Burger’s shop in the ShopMark (Budapest, Üllői út 201, 1191 Hungary )Today i also had the worst experience i’ve ever had in a long time, inside a fast-food.I was there with a friend,to who I also recommended the place for making such amazing burgers. We ordered together, and her order came after maximum 10 minutes. Mine however didn’t come for 25 minutes(we ordered almost the same stuff).In this whole time, deliveries were coming and taking bags with food away, food being prepared in front of me, placed in the bags and sent away. But no, not my burger with fries and 4 onion rings order.So I decided to go to the girls that were packing the food and ask if they know where is my order, and I also mentioned that I m waiting for 25 mins already.A short girl, with the hair in 2 colours(blonde and brown)answered to me very rudely that my order is coming in 2/3 minutes, not even asking which one is my order.I said ok, I will wait a few more minutes. A few more minutes turned into another 5 to 10 minutes for me, waiting for the food. The whole time this rude girl, was looking at me and chatting in her language with the other one. Probably talking about me, taking into consideration I don’t understand the language. At this point I couldn’t hold it anymore and I asked to talk to a guy, that was working there,knowing that the girls are absolutely no help and rude.This guy was called Emánuel, and he was very professional and helpful.He apologised and he said he s going to check my order. He came back saying that the order got lost. (So yes, the rude girl had no idea which one was my order, she lost it and then behave like that with her customer,me...)He offered me a drink for free but I refused. He also told me that my order will come in 2 minutes and it did.I honestly am disappointed with the experience I had in this place and I will never go again.It s a shame that people cannot behave normally, and have a proper customer service especially now when we all struggle during this pandemic.You need more personal like Emanuel to help the business going.Shame! Shame! Shame! Shame!

Zing is now classic. Street burger, chips, sweet potato fries with lemonade. Just try.

Delicious Burger! the meat is amazing, the Philly steaks are also good but I wish they are a bit more seasoned.

Totally not recommended.I tried other restaurants in the city centre, from Király utca till Allee and festivals also.I didnt have any problems before.Today I ate here, and my burger was raw in the way it was unenjoyable. It was chewy and not only the close mid was raw, it was so pink like at the butchers.... and chewy. When I told the staff it was soo way raw they said it is medium raw like this. Well no, it was unenjoyable raw and disgusting, I throw up after even.The staff was not helpful, despite of the fact that I said Im pregnant and and it is not healthy for me.They didnt offered me to pay back or get me a new.I am sorry, but this service is not acceptable.Ill rather eat somewhere else in the future, and also recommend everyone else too.//A hús annyira nyers, rágós és rózsaszín belül mint a hentesnél. Nem 1-2mm-en...Mikor szóvá tettem, hogy ehetetlen annyira nyers, kompenzáció vagy elnézés kérés nulla. De a hölgy megjegyezte, hogy szerinte ez a medium raw. Nos más egységekben nem ez a médium raw..Korábban semmi gondom nem volt a Zing-el, sem más egységükben sem fesztiválon.De a mai napon inkább úgy döntöttem máshol eszem ezentúl, ha ez a hozzáállás akkor is ha fogyasztó vendég amúgy állapotos és a nyers hús kifejezetten egészségtelen számára.Nagyon nem ajánlott hely.

Nice burgers as always, have now tried a couple of their locations, and they have a nice consistency. More expensive than your normal burger chains but also way better food.

Second attempt at trying this chain. Had a burger the first time, which was average. Had a Philly cheesesteak this time, and while the beef was better than the burger beef, the sandwich was served barely warm, rather than hot, and the bun was terrible. It fell apart and had zero taste (bun). Sorry Zing, but Im done with you.
