Zinciriye OTEL in Mardin

I am certainly glad that I stayed here, location , view, service is great! Their breakfast is just enough for half day and taste well! And got a complementary fruit platter which was great. Only downside is parking but its in the heart of a historical site! Naturally no parking but sure you would find a close by parking spot! Really loved my time here! Would recommend this historical boutique hotel!

The most beautiful hotel Ive ever visited! Beautiful and clean room with TV, very cheap minibar, bathroom and much more, kind and helpful staff, tasty breakfasts, amazing view from the terrace. If you visit Mardin, definitely sleep here!

This is the most beautiful ancient building/hotel I’ve ever seen. Prices are great, nice breakfast included and the location is just the best. Right 2 stairs flights under the very Medrese👏🏽.But in winter you should really think about hearing your room before you leave, because it’s freezing out there now in January.The service is great. I’d highly recommend this place in March/May before it’s too hot

Everything was nice until a friend comes over and the owner says that no friends are allowed in the room. So I told him that he didn’t say anything like that otherwise I wouldn’t have booked the room to begin with. I told him that we can both give our ID’s and pay for both of us. He said no and he also did not give a refund for the room I did not use

Great location, great terrace on top, very friendly and helpful staff. Medium room quality. Breakfast was mediocre, I recommend getting higher standard rooms because the cheapest are quite small.

The best hotel and service we have ever seen! The owner of the hotel is very kind and help us with excursion, advice and drop to the local food. The hotel is very clean and quiet and the room is very comfortable and cozy. I failed in love this wonderful town and want to get back to these hotel and spend time with those people.

Wifi doesnt work. It really doesnt work. Just assume they dont have internet at all. I cant even check my email. (I stayed here 3 days).Otherwise hotel is alright. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are authentic and alright. View from the terrace is nice. Breakfast is minimalistic: nothing special.

Do not stay here. Our rooms smelled of mold (which was affirmed by plenty on the showers), bacteria and fungus brewing. To make matters worse, hot water is no longer something that can be taken for granted. It takes over 10 minutes for hot water to start, if at all. We waited for over 3 hours for hot water, only to be constantly told it will be ready in 20 minutes. After 3 hours past the team had the audacity to tell us that the cold water was hot. The breakfast was ‘minimal’ and ‘understated’ to say the least so we felt best not to eat there a single time.It is really a pity. This is a beautiful hotel that has been mismanaged to a degree previously not known possible. All materials are very low quality, the bathroom is unhygienic, and the staff seem depressed. Shout out the to bellboy though, very hard worker!

A beautiful hotel, in the center of Mardin. In a beautifully restored old building. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is nice. I recommend this place.

It is a good hotel by its location and situation then it is a historical original palace. The receptionists were very helpful to me but unfortunately, the room I have entered next to reception with a large amount of humidity and the room itself has no extra details. I did not like to stay in my room but I spend my time in the roof which has an amazing spiritual view. The location was next to everything. Their breakfast could be better but as I said the one who was serving they were nice enough. I recommended if you are couples so you can have the big good rooms. Thanks for your hospitality.

Hotel is very antique, like all Mardin. The frontdesk is helping a lot, and the room is bit small, but ok. Breakfast was good and price was decent. And in the midde of oldtown. All the picture were taken from the hotel

Location of the hotel is great, the staff is very friendly, only disadvantage was drainage in shower. The view from hotel terraces is spectacular.

Beautiful boutique hotel, great food and a fantasic view towards the Syrian border from the cafe area. The restaurant is also on the top of the building which has great views over the town. The rooms were very comortable and air conditioned. I really enjoyed staying here!
