Ziggis has become my absolute favorite coffee spot, everything Ive tried has been delicious and I hope we get another location soon but even if we dont Ill keep driving across town because its worth it!

Everytime we come the drinks are absolutely taste amazing. Fresh is what I like about it. Love you Ziggys.

Extremely happy I finally found a coffee place with gluten free pastries so I can feel like a normal human and get a Pastry in a drive-thru. Loved the customer service ad well, its right across thr street from my new job so I cant wait to go all the time

2 stars because it is good food and coffee. Service ridiculously slow. Even if you think ordering from the app will be faster, think again. 20 minutes in line last time. This time, once again, out of what i ordered and didnt say anything until I was there and would have to wait for something else. Oh and they go ahead and charge for it before you get it and then say 7 to 14 days for refund. Cant imagine how long making something else would take given the time it takes when you order ahead. I wonder how long it will take to get refunded this time. 3 weeks again?!!! No need to comment back to contact "support" Ziggis. Been there done that, not even a month ago and still had to wait 3 weeks for resolve which did not come until I posted a bad review which I should have left then.

Very disappointed. Breakfast sandwiches are always super hard or over cooked to the point that I can’t eat them. They’re so tough and hard, and they don’t have a working phone so you’ll have to drive way back there to the location if something is wrong. I’m definitely going to stop ordering at this place. The coffee is good as well as the customer service, but breakfast sandwich and getting in contact with someone SUCKSSSS.

The best coffee place ever. I moved to Owasso so its a little farther for me than Id like, but any time I go to Tulsa, I stop by. Its so much better than Starbucks or any other coffee place Ive been to. We need one in Owasso!

I’ve had Ziggis chai tea like five times and every single time is great! They give you really cute stickers to go with each cup!

As someone who came from Washington, the state of coffee, I can say that this is my one of my top 3 favorite coffee stands in Oklahoma. Lots of options for hot and cold drinks, plenty of flavors, and relatively quick about making drinks and getting through customers respectfully and efficiently. Love Ziggis, I don’t know what I’d do without them.

Absolutely amazing, usually come at least every Saturday to grab not just my drink but all my fellow employees one as well. We all get blended caramel macchiatos with peanut butter in it. My number one favorite dessert coffee and dont forget to try their chocolate coffee beans! They are to die for!

This place is worth taking a detour to stop by. Its easily the top coffee spot I go to in Tulsa.

The only place I can get coffee from anymore because every drink is truly a treat!! Alyssa and Sam are always so polite and make every visit feel like a visit home!

The bestest coffee in the world. Superb customer service!!!!!!!! They will make you a coffee the way you like it and they are super sweet about it. (Only down side is their sign is too small so you probably didnt see it was there.If you want good coffee, go and see for yourself :)

First time visitor, I tried their Gold Rush Cold Brew with half the amount of sweetness and it was perfect for me. The barista was also friendly and we had a nice chat - Ill definitely be back

Favorite drive thru coffee joint. Fast, incredibly friendly service, huge assortment of drinks & theyre open on Sundays which is my favorite day to treat myself to fancy caffeinated drinks while cruising around Tulsa.

Edit: My newest experience was awesome The! The same guy was working there and was sweet a s can be. Thw drinks were prepared fast and I love that if you dont have cash for a tiptoe, you can leave one from your card. Ill be seeing this store on a regular basis now. The drinks were super delicious and I hate to mark them down, but there was only one worker so we waited for probably half an hour to get our drinks and with 3 kids 9 and younger, it was rough. The kid was still super friendly and apologetic about the waited he informed us that everyone was out sick so that was the cause for the wait. It was out of his control but management should be prepared for events like this because they can happen often in the food service industry. I will be going back to visit again soon and will update revw to 5 star if well staffed and still super friendly.

Have never had a bad coffee from here. Always good, satisfying, and makes the hubby happy huge Lee satisfying and excellent! And I do like how they put a coffee bean on top of your coffee just a little bonus that says thank you I feel. Love it.

Me and my mom have been here twice, the first time we went i got an iced Colorado mocha and my mom got a mile high twist frappuccino. Both were delicious! This time i had to get my own mild high twist, and let me just say.. This drink is SOOOOO tasty!😋😋 It has peanut butter in it. who wouldve thought, Peanut butter and coffee? This place is my new favorite coffee place! Way better then dunkin or Starbucks! And, they give you a punch card and punch a hole for each drink you buy, i think its 10 drinks until a free one. Im pretty sure its about 6 dollars and some change for a 24 ounce, which is pretty good, better then starbucks. Anyway, love this place and will definitely be coming back soon!💖😁

By far the best coffee in Tulsa. Forget Starbucks, Scooters, Rocket Brothers, and even the new Dutch Bros. Ziggi’s has more options, and they offer sugar free for most of their syrups, instead of a select few. They are always happy to customize your order. They also offer chocolate covered espresso beans for free with your drink every time. I have never once had my order screwed up here and I’ve been a lot. If you want an actual good cup of coffee, save the heartache and just go to Ziggi’s.

This review is for a latte. Its just too much milk. Barely any espresso flavor. Just a cup of warm milk for $4, thats it. My first and last visit here. Thanks.

One of our favorite coffee shops of all time we definitely drive the extra mile to go get our drinks at this location my daughter gets rewarded at least once a week by getting a trip to get her favorite drink .The raspberry truffle is very yummy

Just discovered this little gem, been there twice & I’ll be back!! Customer service is fantastic! Tried the Colorado Mocha today & it was absolutely delicious! The little perk of offering a chocolate covered coffee bean is appreciated!! AND the 2 drive thru lines are genius, kudos to Ziggi’s!

Best coffee spot in the Tulsa area. They have a great frozen selection. They never mind customizing your coffee order. Great service, fast service, Ive been going here weekly for like 2 years and dont think Ive ever received a wrong order. Thanks Ziggys, oh yeah also ask for the sausage burrito or the mountain cookie!

My favorite coffee shop of all time. Great tasting drinks, and prices are comparable. They have a double drive thru which is efficient. I love their punch cards and double punch days too

Out of all the coffee places in Tulsa, this one is by far my favorite!!! Their coffee is great theyre cold brew chills down my spine and now that I have a little one... Their cake pops are the best!! Tuesdays are two punch Tuesdays on my rewards card! And their pumpkin drinks are delicious ... Just FYI.

Im a fan. Ive only been here a few times but Ive been impressed every time. Ive had the Pina Colada smoothie, the frozen honey vanilla Chai, and a frozen drink mixed with red bull that was seriously awesome. Looking forward to going back to try more.

Every time I’m in Tulsa, I visit Ziggi’s Coffee! We fell in love with this place after a long stay while my sister was in the hospital, but it’s a must visit every single chance I get! If you’re looking for delicious coffee drinks in Tulsa, this is your spot!

Great coffee, quick, but regularly out of things. Ive been maybe 5 times total and 3 of them they have been out of a drink item I asked for. They offer the sugar free, but it isnt the same.

I absolutely LOVE their Gluten-free Raspberry Lemon Poppyseed and Cinnamon Roll Coffee cakes! Microwave it for a few seconds...nice warm cake loaf right out the oven. Delicious 😋

This is the 3rd time that I have been to Ziggis. The 1st 2 times, my cappuccino was made wonderful. The 3rd time was at 5:20 p.m. on January 1, 2021. I asked for the same (cappuccino extra foam 1/2 milk 1/2 half and half)). A different person was making it. She made it like a latte with very little foam, the cup was 99% full of milk. I went back to see if they could remake it. The lady who made it got very very defensive about her coffee making skills (sorely lacking), so I told her never mind, I would just never return. She was fine with that, so much for customer service skills. I will not go back. Long story short, you can get good customer service and coffee dependent on who is working. One bad apple spoiled my opinion of this place and I will not give them my business or recommendation again.

Got the Mile High Twist & Gingerbread latte. Lady who helped was great, answered all our questions as it was our first time here. Definitely will be coming back.

I hope this place puts Starbucks out of business! My wife and I stopped by for the first time today. We arrived about 12:10pm and there was no line and we sat at the tables outside. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff that was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We both ordered the 20oz. Turtle Mocha Blender and the Mile High Peanut Butter Twist Blender, a sausage egg and cheese muffin and a Mountain Cookie for under $20! Everything came out extremely quickly, fresh and hot! This was an awesome experience and we will both be coming back! We were extremely impressed and are both very satisfied! Thank you for the great experience!

Very good and super consistent, I typically order the Hazelnut Cream and it is SO good! My husband always gets the Mocha Latte and he loves it. I’ve never had a bad experience and the customer service is always great here!

So I dont like leaving negative reviews especially about a place that had been giving good customer service. I had ordered an item that said $5.68 on their menu. When I get to the window to pay i fins out it is $2 higher than what the menu says. I was told by the young male employee that it was higher because there menu is off. I told him I was going off the menu and needed to be charged what the price posted on the menu. He told me there was nothing he could do. To the owners of Ziggys for this location. I get a coffee her very often and have told many people about your business. But I cannot support a business who is going to charge more than what is on your menu. A $2 difference was a little extreme. I will not be coming back it is unfortunate because I did like your coffee.

First time to Ziggis. The lady at the drive-thru was so helpful and friendly. They made my coffee exactly like I wanted it and it was delicious. Would recommend over Starbucks any day.

Absolutely love their coffee, coffee beans, and cute little stickers that come with it! If you bring your dog, they have free doggy treats! They are always so nice!! If you order a cold drink all you have to do is ask for the chocolate covered coffee bean, they will gladly still give you one! They have punch cards to earn free drinks!P.s. you should try the white mocha with banana!! 😋

Very nice!Pleasant ladies making tasty drinks!Our Caramel Cappuccino was delightful. The only improvement would be to get either Monin or Ghirardelli sauce, and maybe add another espresso shot. It was a little weak, but overall nice!The Java Chip Frappe was a nice treat as well.Thank you for asking if whole milk was ok to use. I prefer oat milk when places have it, and I know many are steering away from moojuice.

LOVE It. Tracy is a great manager. She serves the public as well. Locally owned better flavor selections and drunk selections than Starbucks. More in line with DD or Shades of Brown but better coffee and they are more expeditious in getting your coffee to you. It is a drive thru only but, pass by Starbucks you will be pleased.

Fast service, very friendly staff. They have two drive through lanes which helps traffic flow and there is a nice outdoor area with walk-up window. Got a vanilla latte (I am basic like that), and it is too sweet for me. If I ordered again I would either request half the sweetener or add another shot of espresso. They are convenient and near my work so I will go back, if I find something I enjoy better on the menu I will update my rating.
