Zeus Hotel in Kos

Family run hotel, a lot of money been spent recently, had a great time. Back again, even better than before! our room is lovely, service excellent, blazing sunshine, whats no to love?!!😁

For a 2 star Hotel it is absolutely amazing. Spotless staff really friendly. Just an amazing place to stay.

Opted for a deluxe room and we had the sun ☀️ 7.30am until midday on the balcony,Breakfast basic but adequate, pool can become busy with towels on beds but a lovely sun trap.Short walk to beach and restaurant’s and Handy supermarket (Jim’sa short distance for all your necessities.We’ll be back 😃 ☀️

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are amazing, its a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. A little far from the harbour and restaurants if you dont walk well. We arrived late when everything was closed and they ordered us a takeaway.

Lovely friendly hotel but very busy had to go elsewhere for sunbeds..and could easily do much better for continental breakfast

Best place to stay at Kos

Excellent family-run hotel on the edge of town and a few minutes walk to the beach. Clean and tidy hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. I am amazed how Nikos remembers all the guests names. A great stay here 🌞

Amazing helpful staff and lovely accommodation, I went for the upgrade which was well worth it! The rooms are extremely clean and modern lovely closed balcony so plenty privacy. The staff are so welcoming using your name as you come and go from the hotel and hang out in the bar area. I would most definitely return to the hotel if I was to stay at Kefalos again, highly recommended!

Great hotel, deserves more than 2 stars. Friendly staff, renovated corridors with cool lights, nice spacious room with a balcony and even partially sea view.There is a safe and a fridge in the room, the beds are not as cozy as at home, but ok. There is no free wifi. The breakfast is ok for 2 stars, but do not expect too much. Free parking in front of the hotel.

What a wonderful Hotel the whole place is spotless just had 11 cracking days there the whole family were wonderful, even Nicko strutting around the bar like a Turkey, brilliant barman.

Awful hotel. Its noisy and they offer terrible service and breakfast. The only people giving them good reviews are the returning guests and their friends.

Friendly helpful staff, all family. Clean rooms, towels, sheets on a daily basis.How is this a 2 star?We ran out of euros, & the ATM was empty. Nico loaned us some euros until we got sorted. We were really touched by this.It’s been 10 days & we haven’t seen our rep yet.Doesn’t matter tho, as Nico helps us. He is somewhat an entertainer. His family are the nicest people ever, and this is 1 of the reasons guests return yearly. Credit to Nico, Manos & family.

Nice family-run hotel with many returning guests, especially from UK. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and with a nice balcony. Conveniently located next to one of the most relaxing and beautiful beach of the island. Breakfast is a bit basic and could be easily improved with little effort: add some fresh bread and Greek yogurt and youll reach perfection!

The best hotel in Kefalos. Clean throughout. Family run so very friendly. They are happy to help with anything. Wouldnt dream of staying anywhere else.

The front staff was very rude.The beds were very hard.Super loud noises during night at the ground floor!People Banging the door, yelling in the hallway. It was an absolute nightmare. Highly wouldn’t recommend.

Hope I dont upset anyoneWas a genuine lovely little hotel but the ground floor Bedroom needs better beds felt like sleeping on bricks.Beautiful people very helpfulAlthough do need to provide more accurate pictures on the app as our rooms were nothin like the jet2 app as our rooms were nothing liked advertising showed and fir the cost of it was severely over priced. We were in the basement. Could be slightly more on the ball with the cleaning of rooms. Understandably In and out of pandemic but more support for the cleaner is seriously needed. Body hair found in bed on my 1st night and unfortunately used sanitary towels in the bathroom bin on our arrival.But can not fault the helpfulness of nikos and his brother. Went above and beyond to help our family out.

Family run hotel very clean very friendly. On the edge of town row so a nice stroll back to the hotel after food at night. Would go back had no problems. Very helpful. Snack bar runs during the day. Nice giros and salads etc. Great cocktails from the bar at night

Nickolas and manos quality guys, best service, caring and attentive. Always have time to help, customer service is bang on!The cleaners were lovely and did a great job! The food. Was so. Good, get a gyros!Would 💯 return again.

Its really very good. Run by a friendly family, who value all their customers. The deluxe rooms are very comfortable. The sea is 4 minutes on foot. You can see it from the balcony. I always come back to this hotel. Exceptional value for money.

The owners are greedy and unprofessional. The rooms are noisy and the breakfast is not good (instant choice and white bread). Theyre not worth ruining your vacation. There are better budget accommodations in town.

It is hard to believe this hotel has 4.5 stars. It must be their returning customers that write them because they ignore everyone else. I booked through a third party website and the hotel changed the terms of my booking wanting to charge more for things that were supposed to be included. Terrible people!

Extremely unprofessional place. I DO NOT recommend at all. They made an error on Booking.com which they did not want to accept and absorb but tried to charge even a higher rate than what was paid on a per night basis.I am glad that they cancelled as I would never stay at such a liar place

Easy, tidy, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are freshly renewed. Staff is friendly. Good breakfast and easy parking.

One of the best hotels in have ever been. The people who work here are loving and will do anything to make your stay the best they can.Indoor drinks and food are very good, tasty and cheap compared to any local place or restaurant. Especially the Chicken burger and the chicken sandwich.I wish I make more pictures than I did but is was the best hotel I have ever been.Thank you guys so much and we will probably coming back.

Hotel is welcoming lovely pool and bar area .nice inside reception room .Owners and staff are very welcoming.not far from beach .Local English cafe Tea for two is just a minute walk away where youre always welcomed by Gail and Rooney .

Friendly staff. Clean room. For 2 🌟 Hotel i think desurves 5 🌟 .Everything is close by like car/quad rent, supermarket and a atm are right on the corner of the hotel. There are 2 places for renting quads so make sure to check both as one is half the price! Paradise beach is 6 min away with car/ quad. And this is the best beach on the island. We have explored it the beaches and eventually came back to paradise beach 🙂.

This is a family run hotel, which unfortunetlh has been hit by the pandemy - most of the time not fully booked. Nicholas greeted us and was a good host. The hotel is clean, probably recently modernized, has a clean pool, very close to supermarket, maybe 5-7 min walk from the beach, very close to car rentals and restaurants. They can clean the room on daily basis and change towels/sheets. There is a mini fridge available in the room and restaurants near by. You will have to pay extra for air con - about 6€/day. If your flight is too late, there is also an option if u speak with the owner to pay extra so you can check out later - which comes in handy if still want to have a run to the beach. Breakfast -it took us a day or 2 to figure it out, but speak with them and the lady will make sure you are not leaving the table without eating sufficient.

My wife, daughter and I stayed in this fantastically run family hotel in August 2018. It has a lovely pool and is situated in a lovely quiet location. The staff are amazing Manos and Nick are both very attentive and knowledgeable. With Nick providing a lot of the entertainment, using his great sense of humour.

Lovely hotel, lovely people, alot of returning guests. As first timers we where treated no different to others. Made to feel welcome by all staff. And what a chilled out place Kefelos is. For a chilled out relaxing holiday I will be returning to Zeus hotel.

Absolutely excellent we had a great time such friendly staff that cant do enough for you!! Especially Nicholas, spotless clean room, great pool area and lovely relaxing reception area, we loved it here

Very clean, the stuff was amazing. Unfortunately no shower gel nor shampoo. The Breakfast consist of bread and jam, for extra price you get Greek or English Breakfast, omelette or pancakes.

Stayed here during the summer, was a bit apprehensive due to reviews saying that if you didnt know the staff you were ignored. Totally not the case, checked in very late at night but the staff still remembered our names the next day. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is very clean and thy rooms are cleaned daily. Many lovely local restaurants and bars. Beach is a stone throw from the hotel. We would 100% go back

Family run hotel with the personal touch. Not your 5 star place but you are welcomed. Many people have returned for many years. Well worth a visit as the Island is beautiful

Family run hotel with the feeling of staying with family. Such a warm welcome. Clean and well maintained. For the price you pay this has got to be the best value ever.

This hotel is perfect getaway, staff very friendly, always there to help, sky sports in lounge, fresh towels to rooms each day, cheap price, although few bits are added price eg. safe (€15air con (€15and tourist tax (€3.5 a weekvery close to shops and beach, including historical sites. Number of close by bars and restaurants, we didnt go during peak season so was nice and quiet but Im guessing life picks up in next few weeks :)

very clean and modern room with a nice pool and friendly staff. Food not so great but lots of places to eat nearby.

Toilet/shower room to small have lift up shower curtain and put one foot in shower tray to sit down on toilet,no tea or coffee making facilities in room and one plastic cup that does not get washed or changed to be used between 3 people no glasses or cups aloud in room.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!Fantastic hotel and extremely kind family who run it. Beautiful scenery around hotel. I was feeling unwell during my holiday and I asked the family is there was a pharmacy near by. They replied with "dont worry we will take you to the village to the pharmacy." Witch was extremely kind of them and they didnt have to do that and could of just told me where it was. Greek night was beautiful and very enjoyable. So a massive thank you to all the staff at Zeus Hotel I would happily visit there again and again.

This Hotel is clean. This Hotel lacks hospitality skills in a big way. While I was there for a week there was an earth quake the building shook and you would think someone would come around and check of the guests were ok ....nothing...absolutely nothing was said or done. You would be lucky to get a morning if you walk past reception in the morning . I required information about transport in the area...communication was as if you have asked personal questions or something almost acted annoyed you asked. Again place is clean but lacks hospitality most info during the holiday had to find info outvon line about the area from other people on the street. Hotel fire proceedures not mentioned no proceedures at all.... very bad will not recommend this hotel if you use to quality.

Very nice and clean Hotel.It is operated by a friendly local greek family.Wifi, Air Conditioner and the room safe cost extra. Perfect Hotel to explore the island of Kos.

Great hotel, great staff, the family are brilliant and so welcoming and helpful! All day and all night. Lush pool with pool bar for food, snacks and drinks throughout the afternoon. Myself and the family have been stayed here multiple times now, we love it! Always come back.
