Nice restaurant, clean, and elegant, food presentation is good, however, the taste of the food is not as expected. The prices is quite high.

The worst Resturant to visit in Bursa, there is no menu and they charge the customers in different rates, we were 3 adults and a child where were forced to pay 880 Liras which is equal to 50 Euros.The food is not worth the money which we paid for they have no credibility in dealing with customers.

High quality restaurant serving a straightforward set of dishes. The "meze" was fresh and well prepared but a bit too oily for my taste. The restaurant is being heavily visited by middle easterns, which might require that kind of an adjustment. The chicken dish was not cooked freshly, which is understandably taking into consideration the heavy work load but this needs to be mentioned during the ordering process.

Our waiter was Gokhan Gurler he speaks good English and Arabic and is very helpful in choosing orders and explaining the menu and was very attentive however the prices of the restaurant are quite high

A place where they offered us coffee on the house; then they charged for it. Extremely rude waiter and his supervisor, apparently asking to pay him if we were not charged. We are regular customers of this place; however over the years looks like they are becoming more and more greedy unfortunately. Highly recommend to check your bills if you ever go there.

Dear owner of the place, you are disgusting!!! Dishes are fine, even good, problem starts when you ask for check. They try to charge you at least %10 of your account with lies and ask for additional tips! Shame on you! I have rejected to pay more and threaten me to call manager and I told waiter that please call owner of the place too. Obviously it is stealing and nobody cares about it (considering other customers portfolio). My German colleagues were shocked and told me that if that would happen in Germany, local authorities could close the place permanently... I said welcome to Turkey. Sorry "Türkiye" 🤗Please check some law books and take some lessons for ethics for business...

The food is more than excellent and the atmosphere is amazing. I loved the decor of the place. We had breakfast for 4 person and 3 orange juice and cost 1030 TL. The price in my opinion is high, otherwise it was an enjoyable experience for me and the family.

Lovely place to look at..but thats about it.Food looks nice, but its quite bland.I came here last week, i ordered starters and my main dish was tavuk tava...i got food poisoning. As soon as i left the restaurant, i got home and i was sick straight away. I was unwell for many days.I ate at so many other restaurants around Turkey and internationally, this never happened before.Customer service, only the younger boys seemed to be willing and helpful. The elder staff seemed too busy to listen/help. They didnt ask if I needed anything.Better to go elsewhere with better service.I still admire Ömür Akkor, but Im not sure how this bursa branch of the restaurant is being managed. Quite disappointed.

Ah-MAZING!! Loved the place, the food, and the experience! Its a must must visit in Bursa definitely 🙏🏻 tried several dishes and all had super super unique flavours, and their aftertaste is just great!Ordered the following;- Kuru Sebze dolmasi- Humus-u ala " Not your usual Humus in a very extraordinary way!"- Bla kabakli kiymakli- Tavuk tava- Ali Nazik " the muttabbal or the sauce they put underneath the meat is THE BEST Ive tried all around turkey!! Yet the meat itself wasnt the best"Highly recommended! & a must visit!!

Although pricey and extremely crowded, Zennup is a great experience in Turkish traditional cuisine. Chef Ömür Akkor has created a unique menu that appeals not only to the eyes but also to the taste buds. I seriously recommend you trying out anything on the menu. You wont be disappointed by the food. Whats going to disappoint you is the crowd, predominantly Arabic or tourists, and the prices on the menu. Whatever you do, 85TL for a serving of rice is ridiculous! So avoid this place if you dont want to spend too much.

The atmosphere is breathtaking, Cozy and warm. The design has a winter theme.The food is mouth-watering and will leave you coming back for more.I would recommend this for tourist who have a passion for comfort and food.The service is very nice, fast, efficient, and friendly. Constant fill ups often.I give 10/10 ❤

The place is nice and well decorated. Employees can be better especially when the customer does not speek turkish. There is no menu for the breakfast and they bring a set of dishes which might not be ur choice. Its even not accepted to change the way eggs are done as an example. But in general food is good although expensive compared to other restaurants serving similar dishes. Its nice to try once it but I dont think I will go there again.

Food is very delicious, but very very delicious 😋 all the ingredients are coming from their original city. Chefs cooking is like an Ottomans. You feel your self like Sultan 😉 no alcohol but delicious aperitifs.Also you can buy local products for your home.Decoration of the restaurant is different than the others.

Very beautiful restaurant. Good food, I would say interesting one. A bit expensive but worth it. Very good and fast service. It has only 1 problem - menu. In turkish its written in very bad way, hardly you can read and in English its does not exist at all. You have to go to their Instagram, and there just photos, no food name. I hope they will change it!! If you are in Bursa very recommend you to try this place👌

Disappointed! My expectation was higher than what I found. I believe waitresses should improve themselves. One of the must is service quality for an outstanding restaurant. But Zennup Bursa should achive this level as soon as possible. They are such moderate restaurant level!Menu, you can find different tastes. It is ok!

Highly recommended .. I had a delicious breakfast two time ... they have set menu start with assorted of cheeses and jam, then they put two type of scramble egg.. of course it’s served with great Turkish tea.. you will served as VIP.

Zennup surprises you in many levels. It is located outside of the city; one would expect a restaurant like this in a more central location. The interiors are well done; walls are covered with jars of food and sour dough starters. It is bakery and a restaurant, there is also a small shop inside where you can buy small accessories and food items.I wanted to come to this restaurant for over a year and when I was finally in the country, I was excited to visit it. We made reservations ahead of time and when we arrived our table was ready. We ordered many items from the menu. As the food started to be served, we lost ourselves. Everything was well done and tasty. Even the everyday food items I am familiar tasted so good and exciting.We also looked over different breads they have and bought few.The decor is nice and service was good. Looking forward to going to Zennup again when I am back in Turkiye.The price is on the higher end but you get good quality food. Another thing that surprised us was the amount of foreigners who was dining. Good food brings its own customers despite its location.

This is a really nice place which surprised me. It was a lot better than I expected. The food is pretty good and the service was fast. The waiters are helpful and attentive. It’s crowded and hard to make reservations on the weekends and they don’t take reservations for lunch. They serve Turkish food with a twist and they used local ingredients. If you’re ever in Bursa definitely come here.

I love the food but the staff are unprofessional and not friendly, the guy was unpolite but I really liked the food.

One of the different restuarant style and food than the others that I visit this week. A verity of dishes with special recipes by well known chef Ömür Akkor.If you looking for menu, of course they will bring one. Also they will suggest you to visit their Instagram page to find all of their dishes photos there.And always they update their menu constantly .Try "Alinazik Kebab" one of my favorite dishes here.Highly recommended.

Really i don’t know how i will start to review this amazing restaurant from food to staffs I’m confusedI went there by accident i took lunch there we were a group we try steak , Hamisa lamb , peans and rice with lamb i gave 10/10

Causal atmosphere and ambiance. This place is crowded so you may expect a waiting period. Food is homemade style Turkish cuisine which you don’t find usually in restaurants. So it is not your usual kebabs yet it is very delicious. We didn’t have a single dish that we didn’t like from appetizers to desserts. Service was very good and friendly.

After 3 weeks in Istanbul and 8 carefully selected Turkish breakfasts, I found the best one, by far, in Bursa.As soon as I sat down in the bright and airy dinning room, the waiter served tea and two different tasty warm philo dough pastries. When I asked for a menu, he said breakfast is coming.Three delicious cheeses accompanied with sliced skinned tomatoes and herbs was served with honey and cream, followed by a plate of olives, a warm dish of eggplant-tomato-pepper, thick yogurt, sausage and halva for desert.I usually don’t eat sausage unless I know where it comes from. The restaurant was so clean and organized that I decided to take a small bite. Half a sausage later the tasting had turned into a gorging.Did I say the place is clean... it deserves repeating. The kitchen, which includes a bakery, is outfitted with the latest cooking equipment, all in open view with white-uniformed staff cooking and baking.The restaurant, tucked in a corner on the second floor of a shopping strip is not easy to find, but locals have discovered Zennup 1844 and it gets busy by 10 am.

You have to go to Zennup very very hungry as you want to eat everything.
