Me and my Dad loved this place! Everything was great - tasty and fulfilling food, reasonable prices, view from the panoramic windows and interior. This is non alcoholic place, consequently it was quiet and peaceful. There is an isolated place one floor above the restaurant for those who smoke. We appreciate the staff and waiters, particularly our one - Hussein. We will definitely visit it again!

Great food and fine dining experience

We stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering the backstreets from our hotel and decided to book dinner here. What a treat! The staff were amazing and the host was both funny and very accommodating. The food came quickly and was delicious. Finally, the views ... just an awesome experience and were so glad we came.

I was so excited to try this place but i went for lunch and i found a hair in my main dish which left me without appetite for the rest of the day… the place itself looks clean but now i doubt the cleanliness of the food there.

We did not stay in the hotel, but if the restaurant follows a similar standard to the hotel, I will have to consider staying!Me and my girlfriend visited Zeferan back in February, and the waiter on the day (Eroldid a fantastic job at making our night very special. A bit thank you to him and the whole team, the atmosphere was amazing.Also, the food is awesome!

This is honestly a fantastic restaurant in Sultanahmet. Our first experience was dinner which was delicious! The views out to the bosphorus and the blue mosque were stunning. The buffet breakfast was also wonderful with a huge selection. Service was attentive and special mention to Ibrahim and Seda who were lovely. Definitely worth a visit.

An amazing place with great service! We have spent my mothers birthday here and the food was delicious, our waiter Erol was very helpful and recommending us nice things to try and also managed to organize candles for my mom! It was amazing! 100% recommended! Ambient was great too!

We stayed at the hotel, this review is specifically for the dinner which we had twice.There’s a reason why we came back for the second time. First of all the staff are very helpful, great energy and very accommodating.I’m sure there’s a lot to enjoy on the menu, but the unique dishes I tried was the pomegranate salad (5 starsmixed meats (5 starsthe dusbere soup (5 stars)A special thanks to the staff Hasan, Hussain & Kazim for going above & beyond.

We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast daily at Zeferan. I cannot praise this restaurant enough. The staff offer a superior level of service and the breakfast offering was delicious and wholesome with most if not all the ingredients sourced locally.We were very pleased with the service received from Ibrahim. He even remembered the dishes we ate previously and our preferences. That level of attentiveness to guests is simply unmatched.On our last day, we decided to have lunch at the restaurant and our only regret was that we had not had any other meals there previously. An absolute gem of Sultanahmet!You simply must visit this restaurant to experience the quality of dining. Also note that this restaurant does not serve any alcohol nor do they serve pork on their menu at the time when I visited.

Wonderful experience. Awesome view on Hagia Sofia and excellent service from Erol and his colleagues. You should definitely order the Plov, which is a highlight on the Menue. All the food was outstanding. Definitely worth a visit!

What an outstanding place! Its been an exquisite experience, superior, best in its class, the highest quality! By far one of the best restaurants in Sultanahmet. The service was quick and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The atmosphere was upscale but still relaxing. The restaurant managers, the chefs and the waitstaff are genuinely interested in making your experience as entertaining, magnificent, and effortless as possible. The hospitality and ambiance was incomparable. Cant wait to go back, a well deserved treat.

Great food and service. We stayed at the hotel a couple of nights and went to this restaurant every day. Lovely calm atmosphere and great view over the city. The only drawback is that they dont serve alcohol. Still, the food and dessert was tasty and fresh. Dont miss the pomegranate sallad

Food and atmosphere made me crazy 🤩 I love the wooden decoration and mesmerising lights at the restaurant. However, the best part of the restaurant was chefs DOLMA, MANTI, ŞAH PİLAV and all those appetizers. I would like to thank everyone who take part of these amazing dinner! I recommend it definitely!

Totally worth the price.I visited this restaurant with high hopes due to the high ratings, and it was everything I could of asked for in a restaurant. When you first walk in you notice the luxurious venue right away, and the breathtaking view. Our server, Erol, was very articulate and helpful with the food and history, and tool care of our needs in the best manner. Our food was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, the Azerbaijan cousine was incredible. I personally had the Shah Rice, while it was gigantic in portion, it did not lack in flavor and had me craving for more! I later had the pleasure in talking to Chef Ramil, who was just as inviting and friendly as Erol. When visiting the Zeferan Restaurant, be prepared for the full package and nothing to be left desired.

Zeferan is a must try spot if youre ever in Istanbul. The cuisine we had was from their Azerbaijan menu but everything was phenomenal and on top of that the service we experienced from Erol was nothing short of incredible after some unpleasant experiences in the city. Definitely a must try 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

I had the best experience in zeferan restaurant. I totally recommend shah rice.The view is amazing, service is more than wonderful.I had a good connexion with Asma she was so helpful and she gaves us very good advices.I will come back for sure.

Very nice place with great views and great food. I have mixed feelings about the service, I went twice and the first one it was great, but the second one it was awful. We tried many different Azerbaijani dishes and all were great. My favorite was the Shah Pilaf.

Excellent for a bit of a higher end experience and Uzbek food. Lunch for 2 cost about 65 us dollars which is very expensive for Istanbul but the view, food quality, and service made it worthwhile.

The only Azerbaijani cuisine in Istanbul! This amazing restaurant offers you authentic dishes from the cuisine of the neighboring country Azerbaijan and you can feel the soul of the Chef in every plate! The prices are reasonable and the taste is heavenly. This is an alcohol free facility and has great views of the sea because it is located on the top floor of the Ajwa Hotel. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, who wishes to have a great dining experience!

Breakfast worths its price. Amazing jams, cheeses especially. Personals were truly kind and always around for your service. If you want to try Azerbaijani traditional food or breakfast with an amazing view, you should definitely visit here.

A beautiful restaurant serving Azerbaijani cuisine in the middle of Istanbuls historical district. From the delicious sherbet service to the vegetable-heavy appetizers to the grilled meat, everything on this menu is delicious and different. The master chef is also friendly and hospitable; if the evening isnt too busy, he will come out and greet you personally.
