Zaytinya Restaurant and Cafe - Lebanese restaurant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Zaytinya Restaurant and Cafe in Abu Dhabi
Description
Privilege
Amazing breakfast. Astounding quantity and the atmosphere overall was quiet, ambient and very Arabic
MoreVery bad attitude from young labanse manager
Have been ordering from them since they opened about 6 years ago. They never ever get it right. They always have missing items / stuff from the order when we open the bag. Even though we order the same items every time they can’t get it right. I think it’s the worst management that has no idea what they are doing !!!
MoreIts just fine.Service is good.Staff is friendlyFood is just fine
Really good food! 100% Recommended
Food were goodService not the best it can be better
Great and delicious ramadan buffet with nice ramadan environment 👌🏼
Shisha and food is good, but the ambience needs a bit more work
I had a mistake in my order but they directly acted. they were very nice and sent another order with no payment. The food taste was delicious; I tried the fattoush, musakhan rolls, and oriental lamb rice.
MoreActuly we had a good time...the Ambience, the food, floor staff was really well groomed and the coustomer services was really very professional.we loved it...keep it up zaytinya...😘
MoreNice experience and the service was so good all the staff are friendly and also the foods so yummy
MoreGood restaurant located in Al Seef mall. The food is good and the menu have some variety of Lebanese plates, drinks are fair with good desserts options.Seating is okay, they have smoking and non smoking area.
MoreThe food is alright. Nothing to go for specially. The employees attitude is very negative and the service is very poor. As if you’re invading their house asking for a handout!
MoreLove it.
I ordered take away from the AD Al Seef branch. When I unpacked the food, 2 items were missing. I contacted the restaurant who said they would deliver the missing items. I am still waiting for them....
MoreGood Arabic cuisine... Falafel and mutabbal was nice. Mix grill was delicious indeed. Must try. And yes last but not the least dont forget shisha...
MoreOne of my favorite lebanese restaurants in Abu Dhabi.
Best restaurant ever , in all UAE we do highly recommend, outstanding service, beyond perfect food, master of Lebanese tasty mezza , very friendly and helpful service, chapeau bas for Omar and of course their Chef
MoreDelicious food , friendly staff, nice seating.
I tried it yesterday and loved the food. Very tasty and cooked fresh. My son loved his food as well. There’s a nice feel for the place. The only thing I didn’t quite like was the lady who served us the food was so miserable and looked so unhappy almost like she hated serving us. The other guys were very welcoming and considering the food was so yummy I’ll oversee that and would definitely go back.
MoreAmazing food, this restaurant has improved in quality and service massively since the new owners. Highly recommended!
MoreVery poor food preparation... even though the materials and spices seem to be fresh authentic, I suspect the food preparers have no idea what the final product should look or taste like... might as well have been thrown together by a defective robot. Not worth the wait or money if you order for delivery...
MoreHave you been to Zaytinya Restaurant in Abu Dhabi? Do you know that they offer a generous spread of buffer apart from the delicious ala’carte menu?Well we stumbled upon their Saturday brunch, which was so quite generous & fulfilling. I love the range of dishes, which is quite creative, varied, and have excellent food. It was a pleasant surprise on its own to find two to three rice dishes in an overall compact yet a very practical size buffet and all of them were supple and delicious.Kids have ample choice munching on their 3 flavors and color styled pasta along with yummy desserts. Curries were delicious too..
MoreHad a delicious breakfast! Lovely surrounding area.
This restaurant is located in al seef village mall we enjoyed lebanon food was rich in taste n quality was high 👌will visit again inshallah
MoreVery good food and excellent service!
Loved food in here. Good service. And quite.
Awesome food full of flavours
Food was terrible, mixed grill, lamb and shawarma. I thrown everything in the garbage can. What a waste of money not to mention that I ordered the food and arrive almost 1 hour late. Dont know how this restaurant got 4 rating on Google!Note I have sent you an email no response!!!
MoreMix grill was medium quality compared to price,i expected premium for such amount. the order came after 1:30 hours cold, i ordered it with french fries came with rice instead, i would rated 0.5 star for this meal. Garlic paste does not taste good at all.
MoreThe place is located on second floor at the end of the halfway in Al Seef mall.Went there couple times because of the food and service. Food was very delicious and taste like home made. Their small pitas are fantastic and falafel is very fresh and tasty. They have very good selection of vegetarian options.

MoreGood food and shisha. They have this lunch offer with shisha and I tasted all of them, everything is amazing and delicious. Offer is one main dish, & soup, desert and thay can substitute it for salad if you want. You can add a drink as well for little extra. There is complementary fresh bread, olives and zaatar. This all for around AED 82 with tax.
MoreWe were at the Sheikh Zayad mosque, after we were done visiting, we were hungry obviously - so it didnt matter what restaurant we go to. So we see Zaytinya in a small mall. We thought we should try it.And i should say that the food was in fact really good! They had fleshly squeezed smoothies and i loved it! Their salad was okay, but the main tasted amazing.Definitely would come back/recommend it to a friend.
MoreA very nice place for a reasonably good middle eastern food that is reasonably priced. They have a smoking room where they serve shisha. They have a daily special menu for lunch. It is a proper restaurant not a fast food joint, so it is not a tight budget place, but you cant say that it is an expensive or an overpriced restaurant.
MoreBad bad food! Very bad service, I told the waiter to write our order and he was acting smart to memorize our order, half of our order didnt come right late and cold! In top food poison!
MoreLocated at the first floor of Al Seef Village mall, this is a nice Lebanese restaurant. The staff is attentive and professional, the portions are truly generous and the quality of food is very good. Open since morning, they offer breakfast packages. Shisha is offered as well with breakfast or lunch, as an combo package. Recommended.
Morethe restaurant has a very good atmosphere and decoration in addition to good taste of the food beside the quantities of the main dishes are not bad at allabout prices its really affordable and can be competitive to any other restaurant offering Arabic food
MoreThis is a nice restaurant for middle eastern cuisine. I The ambience is very nice and its cost effective as well. Even veggies dont get disappointed with options in cold appetizers. The juices and shakes are really good and recommended for sure.
MoreBest Lebanese around for a fair price. Attentive staff and manager and a great Friday brunch especially for families with kids. Everything tastes fresh because they keep the menu simple to what they do well.
MoreBest choice to spend time with friends and family, and enjoy delicious food. The location, environment, friendly staff everything is perfect. Must try
MoreVery nice atmosphere and the manager is always there on top of his staff making sure the customer are attended to. Food is very good, me and two other colleagues at work agreed it is good, so i invited 7 members of my family for lunch over there and they all agreed the bbq quality is superb. Highly recommend you give it a try. Ample parking is available underground.
MoreIt doesn’t taste Lebanese at all, below average. Food presentation is good but taste is not WAW. Sheesha was extremely bad last time.
MoreI have been to Zaytinya twice, and it is a new favourite of mine. The first time, I went for lunch and had the special (Mahshi Kossah), chicken shawarma platter and some appetisers. The Second time, I had the chicken Tikka, the Cheese Manqosha and some appetisers. The quality of service is amazing. The waiter received us at the door and guided us to our table and the frequency of the times the waiter checked on us was just perfect. They were attentive to our little requests and had great attitude. The food was really good and not greasy compared to other Arabic restaurants. Even though the food was very good there was no "edge or twist" in the food selection; in another word, the items in the menu were regular and there were no unique touches to the dishes, and thats what brings the score from 5 to 4.In summary, if you want good food and good service and you are not feeling adventurous, Zaytinya is the place to go
MoreWe had finished our visit to the Grand Mosque and were looking for a really nice restaurant serving Arabic food and were really happy with this choice. The food was delicious and fresh. Especially loved the humus and babaganoush and the lamb arayesh. The Turkish coffee was just a great way to wrap up a really nice meal. The manager Muhammad was also very polite, friendly and helpful. Overall a memorable experience for us!
MoreAwesome staff, delicious food and nice place. One of the best meddle eastern restaurant in Abu Dhabi.Enjoy Za’atar and Zaytoun Appetizer
MorePositive feedback:Good service, nice decoration, great staff, very tidy and clean.Freshly baked bread.Negative feedback:Food not to the expectation as Lebanese cuisine since I order lamb chops which not fresh, burned, dried and very thiny coming with steamed vegetables I didnt try it & saffron rice where there is no taste for saffron at all.Homous taste as little soured. In general I will give one star only for service but they need to improve their food quality to be inline with their competitors.
MoreNot suitable for vegetarians. Was part of an Iftar party and had a disappointing time. The staff did try to help. But it was too late. No other complaint.
MoreNot among the best Arabic food. The food was too oily and the mixed grill was barely done. Could be much better. Could be a good place for mazzeh and a cup of tea. But the main course is a no go, at least not for those who know how Arabic food should be like.
MoreI highly recommend Zaytinya to all lebanese food lovers out there! The food is great, staff are kind and friendly, decoration is very nice. I just love this place !
