OMG they have the best Kitty cheese meal and you dont have to have the Goldfish cookie you can get a fresh baked cookie my favorite they are always on point love Zaxbys

Its a Zax, theyre all the same no matter the location or state. I good place for a fast meal but always best to order online and pick up. The lines can be long and slow at times in drive-thru.

Absolutely horrible. Got there at 9:25 pm. Sat there for 35 mins. As I watched only 4 cars get out of the window. So there were 5 cars ahead of me. Pull up at 10:01 and tell me they cant take anymore orders. You cook chicken fingers. I worked at a restaurant. You are not fooling me. Never again Zaxbys, never. Waste of time
This was a good fast food restaurant, the quality was good and the staff were always high quality and my order was always accurate. The last two times I have been there my orders have not been accurate. Now I feel that I need to stop and check everything before I leave. Very sad..
I got a #4 hot honey mustard meal. This morning I woke up nauseous. I started throwing up the chicken and had diarrhea. I still feel nauseous, and my stomach has pains but the throwing up has subsided.

I dont know whats going on with this store, it was one of my favorite Zaxbys because of the quality of food. Food quality is still good but the quantities havent kept up with the increase in cost. It actually has gotten less. For $10.50 I would expect more. Dont get me wrong it varies from day to day lately on what you get.
Ordered food from the drive thru and the person charging at the cash registered never returned my debit card . When I finally logged into my online banking to report my card lost I saw an $88 transaction for a furniture store. A transaction I did not make. Called my bank to dispute charge and also reached out to Zaxbys just to make sure about me leaving my card there. Spoke to someone and they confirmed that my debit card was there. Person claimed my card was in a safe.. But yes one of the employees had to have used my debit card to make that furniture store transaction. Could not have been a coincidence at all. Very unprofessional. And weird if you ask me.
I appreciate that the kids meal was a great size and quality for a quick but filling snack.
It’s good the chicken is good but when you get the wings n things plate you don’t get much meat unless you get the traditional wings

It was ok. They need to change the grease as often as possible. My tenders tasted slightly of burned oil. The barbecue sauce on my wings was good, but the wings themseves were to large and chewy like gum. The fries were great. I could make better chicken at home. Dont waste your cash.
Alright have given them another try and its been better!! Coleslaw taste better too! Loved that the restaurant actually cares about the customer by noticing my review!! Only reason why I havent given them 5 stars is because they always mess up my drink! I always order cherry Fanta and will have gotten cherry Lemonade, and cherry coke. They ring up right just I guess they dont know how to make! Other then that! Great!!;)
Fast Food Restaurant. The food depends on the cook. Some days are better than others. I like my fast food hot and fresh. The use these artificial like to keep food hot. That no good. If the chicken is not fresh it taste like rubber. The soda are expensive as well.
Purchased 2 Fried House Zal w/ranch & honey must Dressing @ 9/21/21 7:15pm chk5071. The frost bitten tomatoes, scarce to none ingredients leaves much to desired. Very disappointing salad. I’m tired of purchasing food & you don’t get what you pay for. This is the Hoover location & was very disappointed with purchase today at Helena location today. The Chicken Sandwich smelled uncooked which made me gag…
It’s 9:10 on 6/30/2021 and their doors are locked. Line around the building because they want to be lazy and close the inside. Horrible !
I have been ordering food from here since it first open and it is consistently outstanding. The food is always hot and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We went to Zaxbys a couple days ago around 5-5:30 they had a line but it was moving pretty fast. I had the Zaxbys club meal and it barely had any sauce. We also got a chicken finger meal, Zaxbys spicy signature sandwich and Zaxbys snacker and fried pickles. Fried pickles were fried way too hard and inedible. The spices chicken sandwich was very bland and no sauce. Will not be back it literally made all of us sick to our stomaches.
Came thru the drive-thru today on my lunch break and apparently the girl who took my order thought I said extra croutons but I really said extra cucumbers and the gentleman at the window whos name is Devon was extremely polite and I told him it was fine he didnt have to do anything about it but he said very politely that they could take care of it and took my salad back and got the extra cucumbers put on it even though I told him it was fine. I just thought that was really nice and thoughtful because people really arent like that especially at fast food alot of the time. He was just super kind and I appreciated it alot!
Great food quick service.The server at the window was on par with other chicken restaurants that are known for their hospitality but are closed on Sundays. 👀

Well, little did I know that trying the "free" Signature Sandwich on my Zaxbys app would be such a sickening experience. It looked great, but the chicken was undercooked--such a disgusting texture and taste. By the third bite, I was spitting out and returning to the restaurant. Told them about it, they offered "something free" and I declined. The chicken isnt done, but I am. Bye-bye.
Im not pleased with the drive-thru experience when its busy. If youre going to have two drive thru terminals, you need two lanes that converge into one like Chic-fil-a. The car in the back has to wait to move to the window until the first car is done ordering. This seems pretty inefficient from a business stand point and its annoying as a customer, especially when were on our 30 min break and we have to spend longer than necessarily waiting in line.The food and service has always been great though.
Went here about 9 pm. I was very surprised at the amount of cars in the drive thru and how fast my order was taken and food delivred. I had the new chicken sandwich which is quite big and the General Tsos boneless wings. Customer service was great.
It was ok. The white cheese bites left something to be desired... I dunno... Maybe it was the fact that we were pulled forward and yet the cheese bites were still cold when it got to us 10 minutes later, but good job cheating on drive thru service time. ;)
Very poor experience this evening. We have grabbed a quick family meal from here on many previous occasions with great service, but tonight was vastly different. The drive through line was being serviced by a person with a tablet, as opposed to driving up to the speaker, and the line was backed up around the building and down the road. The person with the tablet didnt acknowledge us when we pulled up for an awkward amount of time, so we drove to the speaker instead, then we were informed that orders were only being taken by the person with the tablet and that we should / could get back in line, the line was out to the highway at this point!!!! There were NO signs NO information regarding this process etc.!!!! Then we are told to get back into a 20 minute line!!!!! This is unacceptable customer service! I would not have had the audacity to suggest something of this magnitude to any of MY customers! Nor would I ever consider sullying my personal reputation suggesting such. I am ashamed for this establishment! JUST BECAUSE YOU SET UP CONES IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND HAVE A TABLET DOESNT MEAN THAT YOU ARE ON THE SAME LEVEL AS CHICK-FIL-A!!! Customer service makes that difference!!! After this experience I called and requested to speak to management to express my concern and was "blown off". My family will not be visiting this location for a very long while. Good luck! Tighten up!
Food was decent. It may seem petty but it bothers me that they charge $0.25 for sauce. Not additional sauce but for any sauce to go with my meal. So many other options are available and there prices are the same as competitors.
MY husband is an "essential worker" during this quarantine. He went in to order food, the bathrooms are locked down EVEN to first responders. He asked where he was supposed to wash up and the employee very rudely told him "I dont know, go to walmart" So I guess instead of allowing people to wash whatever germs they have on them off so they can give you money to support your business with CLEAN HANDS you would rather them go to Walmart ACROSS THE STREET, then touch door handles to come back before giving you money. I dont wish bad on businesses but if this is your treatment to first responders I will NOT be said if you close down permanently
😊The crew that was there on my visit was very hospitable. The food was fresh and hot and the restaurant was clean. The ambiance was peaceful and quiet, and the service was great! 😋 Give them a try!!!
Me and my husband went through the drive thru to get something to eat for us/my dad service was ok. It was 2 separate orders I ordered 3 medium drinks 32oz drinks. When we went to the window I get handed a small 22oz for the first order not a medium 32oz like I asked for/paid extra for a medium drink. I paid for the first order and than when we got to the second order we got handed the other drinks that were 32oz which is a medium like I ordered. I said something to Ariana the cashier about the first orders drink is a small 22oz I ordered a medium 32 oz drink for both orders total of 3 medium 32oz cups that cost extra to upsize. Ariana acted like me saying 1 of our drinks was wrong was a problem and when I tried to give the wrong size cup back to her she said she couldn’t take it back cause I already touched it. I said ok and waited for her to give me the correct size cup that I ordered/paid extra for. She lied to me saying I only ordered 2 medium 32oz drinks even though I have both receipts saying I did order 3 medium 32oz drinks. I didn’t say anything further to her cause obviously it was a problem if she thought she needed to lie to me even though I had receipts telling me what I ordered/paid for. I also ordered extra zesty sauce for my dads onion rings and got charged extra for that sauce even though I did not receive the extra zesty sauce which I didn’t notice until I got home. My husbands sandwich we ordered was a southern filet tlc that’s supposed to be a whole chicken filet like a whole chicken patty and when we got home it was 2 chicken fingers on the filet sandwich. We love Zaxby’s food it’s always usually a great experience but tonight’s cashier Ariana/person that was making drinks and putting orders together was not very great. Not fun being lied to and charged extra for stuff we did not receive/was given to us wrong. This visit was disappointing to say the least.
The fastest serving Zaxbys Ive ever been to. It seems like that came with a little downside though. There was no love in the sandwich that I received. It was thrown together. I had to put the pieces together myself. Nonetheless, still delicious!
The food is good. Ambiance is nice. This is the first time we tried and ordered wings and things traditional. Not so worth of $11. Wings are so bad and not fresh, they are chewy. Fries 🍟 are good. Chicken 🍗 fingerz are good and fresh. Bread is okay. Overall it’s average.
-25¢ extra for ketchup since its considered "extra sauce" even though I got a meal that included fries.- the drive thru speaker is horrible. Had to ask them to repeat everything multiple times because you cant understand them. The lady on the speaker got agitated with me. Maybe they need to go through the drive thru and see what its like.Been to other Zaxbys before and never been treated like this.There are good points but not enough to keep me coming to this one. First time at this one and Im done.
Always a great experience when i bring my family in. A few months ago i had a work event and rusty the GM hand delivered all the food. Gave me his cell number in case we needed anything and even called back to check on us. Everyone loved the food. It was great
Great food and great service. However, I have been here several times where the tables arent clean and sticky. I blame the patrons that leave such a mess but would like the staff to be a bit more proactive.
