Conference room is very cold there is not enough AC for heating,there is not enough toilet and also the food is not good.

Recently we had a workshop in here and the place was not as convenient as it should be. There is not sufficient number of toilet for the participants. Beside the training hall was very cold. We asked the manager for some stove to heat to room, even though he was saying yes but he never brought any heater during our five days training.

I’m Australian and visited Mazar as a tourist in 2017. I stayed at the Zarafshan for a little over a week. I felt very safe and welcome at the guesthouse. They have a large high security safe room on the top floor in the event of an attack. They are very caring and attentive with the famous Afghan hospitality. There is also a great rooftop with 360 degree views of the city.
